ktw, i've entertained the idea of getting onstage but that's the least of my concerns right now. i just know how i want to look, so i'm doing so.

squats - 445 x 5
lying leg curls 2/3 - 170 x 8 (up 10lbs)
straight bar curls 2/3 - 95 x 9 (up 1 rep)
barbell shrugs (double over, no straps) - 315 x 8
alt. calf raises w/ BW - 4 sets x max

35 mins cardio

I'm assuming there really isn't one, just controlled down and explosive up?

you assume correctly. i tried 2/3 squats before and it felt too unsafe. so, for deads and squats, i just stick to explosiveness.

probably a better alternative to TUT squats would be the paused version.

I actually haven't tried the Octoberfest Sammys. I've been trying these srange Belgian beers that come in large wine bottles with corks on them. The problem is when you undo the wire harness that holds the cork, the **** pops in your face at frightening velocity.

Potent beer though. Saisson Dupont, I highly recommend. Cover your face.

well, wife left yesterday and not sure what to do from here. going to try and keep lifting but the diet is already screwed up as i've gone on a drinking binge as of today, fvcked up righ t now actually.

Wow, that's crazy, I have 3 bottles of Chimay in my fridge right now.. the big boys too. One's a red ale, the other two are golden.


Speaking of Beer, I'm sippin' on a Sammy Octoberfest right now Beezer.. and I thank you profusely for the referral.. daaaaannnggggg :D
 
had a few today myself. and by few, i mean a few too many. lifted today too and oddly enough everything went up. already putting some weight back on with the fried bar food and beer. had like 3 cheat days this week, lol. whatever, fvck it.

behind back barbell forearm curls - 245 x 8 (up 1 rep)

extreme decline situps w/ 85lbs dumbbell x 12 (up 4 reps)

do ya'll have a hammer leg press? that thing is badass. i attribute that to my squat continuing to climb without any faltering. builds unparalled strength out of the hole.

Which one? The gym i work at has 2 hammer leg presses. One is unilateral and then they have one which is presses in a swinging motion, then at my other gym they have ANOTHER hammer leg press which can hold 1500lbs or so and is just a standard leg press.

ahhh, the florida keys. not too shabby :D

found a decent gym last week and been hitting it pretty regularly. diet has been sporatic at best but i'm still staying relatively lean and around 235lbs. not going to bother posting the workouts right now until i get more consistent access to a computer, at the library now. things are going well though and getting better by the day. hope everyone here is doing good, and i'll be posting again soon. never fear though, i'm still training hard as ever so don't you go thinking any of you b!tches is going to catch me (ubi) :D

I'm all jacked up so I won't be catching your skinny ass anytime soon anyways. right arm, neck, and hip have gone all akimbo, from doing stupid wrestling **** and sprints.

the keys is pretty cool, very laid back though, not my usual style. it's not that busy right now but season will be hitting pretty hard around thanksgiving, and it really picks up in february through july. learning the area real quick and already building up reputation as a bouncer in the bars down here. lots of wannabe 'hard' guys down here that are getting their ego's crushed. gym is still going great and i'm getting very tanned, very fast. anyhoo, if any of you want to come down, post up and i'll get you details. everything is easy to find down here as it's all on one road. i'm on islamorada which is just south of key largo, and about 90 mins north of key west.
