what's memomtium?
Cheat meals actually help this momentum you speak of.

lol, i'm not sure but i can easily see how that could happen. it wasn't a simple 'push pit', this was a fvcking 'brawl pit'. pushing never entered the equation. from the first note fists were being thrown, glad i had a little muay thai experience, that sh!t came in handy for close combat, i.e. knees and elbows. i got caught in the back of the head one time but it just stunned for a sec, didn't see the dirty motherfvcker that did it though.
****, this just motivates me to move up a weight class even more if your ass plans to hang around at my weight. I'm sitting at 205ish right now (just took a monster dump) and my training partners want me at 275 before I finish college.
shoulder is almost back to normal but i could still feel it on flat dumbbell, didn't slow me down much though, more cautious than anything.
flat dumbbell 2/3 - 125's x 8 (same)
military barbell 2/3 - 165 x 9 (same)
overhead rope pressdowns 2/3 - 200 x 8 (up 20lbs)
CG v-handle pulldowns 2/3 - 220 x 8 (up 20lbs)
deads - 455 x 2 (felt a tweak in my back, stopped there. wasn't heavy though.)
35 mins cardio
bumping all cardio sessions up by 5 mins from now on.
not very good lighting, snapped this one last night before work.
Evil Dead, Evil Dead 2, Army of Darkness...that makes 3 Ubi...
The Day the Earth Stood Still. Raimi paid homage to it.
stop making me look like an ass.

50 mins cardio. sh!t's getting easy.
no, i stopped all the HIT sessions. figured they wouldn't be a wise idea in a calorie deficit. most sessions stick between 115-120 heartrate for the duration. not 'hard' by any means, but it's exhausting, especially at the start of the diet. nowadays, it just kind of flies by though. to keep my heartrate in that range requires a more substantial amount of speed than it did at 275lbs too. i remember my speed when starting out was in ~3.5, now it's at least 5.0 just to keep my heartrate in that zone.

standing calves - (4) 200 x max (30 second breaks)
What does this mean? four reps Dc style?
thanks trauma, you ain't bad for a red sox fan
ubi, i think i have brutha. i like being lean, if that's what i'm considered to be now. and i plan to get leaner and stay there. i feel healthier, more confident, and better overall. as for cheat days, i don't really pig out anymore although i'll still eat a couple bad meals on those cheat days and call it quits. hell, i'll occasionally **** up during the week from time to time, but doesn't seem to hurt me too much. beer, however, is a required protocol on cheat days, especially now that sam adams octoberfest is back.
