Edit: I should also note that I had a layoff of about 2.5 months and I've been back at it for about the same amount of time so that probably has a lot to do with the nice recomp I'm seeing.

It's really humbling lifting with my bros over here too, one of my training partners has hit 644 in a single ply shirt at 242lb bodyweight, another one holds the world record in juniors bench press. Sometimes I train at my school gym and I always leave there feeling like a total freak though :lol:
