Becoming THE MONSTER w/ Monterdrol XT

Been crazy busy the past few days. Went and did a real fast bicep workout today and couldnt stay away from the bench or deads lol. Put up 280 on flat bench with ease so i jumped to 290 but couldnt quite get it so im hoping i can hit 285 which would be a 25lb increase! Got 425lbs up on deads but my grip failed here and i didnt have straps because i wasnt planning on doing this today. So im hoping with straps ill be able to hit more well just have to see. Getting ready to have to head to work now so i will throw on an update of the past few days tomorrow when i have more time to spend on it. Body weights the same hovering around 169lbs not going up at all so will see what the final 7 days has in store!

YEA YEA, just started doing these weighted. Got my form down nice with BW but its a whole new ball game with 2 metal chains and 35lb plate squeezing your **** n balls. Its a work in progress still need to play with chain lengths/positioning to find a comfortable spot.
 
DAY 28 11/22:

Still no sides other than the occasional back pump but its nothing the taurine doesnt help. Weights stayed the same this whole week hovering around 169lbs. The strength is still coming though so thats nice! Really not to sure what to think about whats in these pills anymore! All i know is something more then just upping my cals by 500cals daily has aided me in gaining 13lbs and gaining 25+lbs on all my major lifts these past 4 weeks.

WEIGHT:

WORKOUT:

Bench press: 5 sets/ 5,5,5,5,5 / 230,235,235,240,240lbs

Bent over BB rows: 5 sets/ 5,5,5,5,5 / 195,205,215,215,215lbs *215lbs seems to be my max at this point here while keeping decent form*

Seated Military Press: 5 sets/ 5,5,5,5,5 / 160,170,175,180,185lbs

Decline Bench Press: 5 sets/ 7,6,6,5,4 / 225,225,225,230,235lbs

BB Shrugs: 5 sets/ 5,5,5,5,5 / 350,350,360,360,360lbs
 
i am officially getting ready to see ur video; I KNOW you can crush 425 and 435!! And if you can get it on that regimen i sent u; holy **** hahahaha; and yes straps are almost a must for the regimen :) give me the heads up before you go!!
 
I will for sure film it. Im not sure what routine im going to do tomorrow was just thinking of warming up by hitting some low rep sets increasing the weight until i get to where i want. That way i can still do squats tomorrow. I missed legs saturday so i really need to hit my squats!
 
Had a pretty successful day today, hit another cycle goal! Went in focused on my deadlifts. I hit several warmup sets/reps increasing the weight from 135lbs on up to 405lbs before i started trying my max. I hit 425lbs, 435lbs, and i was able hit 455lbs today. So thats over a 50lb increase on my deadlifts which is awesome in my book. Tried to do squats after DL's no F'n way that was happening! So I just did some seated machine work. So now my new goal for DL's is 500lbs who knows when ill get that lol!

LOL its killer on the back thats for sure. Thanks man! I bet if i focus on it a bit more it wont be too long before i get there. Its not like im training for anything just for fun so no real rush. I need to get some lessons from tomahawk haha!

He's been MIA! Hell you can hit that weight no problem man youve already put up 425lbs after your DL routine. Go in fresh hit a few warm up sets with medium weight and then just increase the weight accordingly and work your way up to it or past it! I always warm up before trying to max, possibly too much but its kept me in one piece so far.

Haha hey ur deadlift to weight ratio is good. Just keep at it and 500 will go up in no time.

Then i hit 425,435, then 455 one rep each. I only took about 3-4 minute breaks inbewteen each of those final attemps so maybe by increasing the rest time i could hit more? Im happy with the numbers as of now i know i got more in me for sure!

Thanks man i was guilty on neglecting my DL's! So really until this last month and a half or so i would only hit them once in a while. Dont know why, theyre one of my favortie lifts now and will be in my future routines.

Well it was hard to gauge my max since its shot up over 50lbs in the last 5-6wks. I was just hoping to hit 435. So next time ill warm up, sip on some drank, mingle a bit, and take more of a break. Now i have a much better reference point to start with now so i can only give it 2 go's.

Ya I hear u about that. My last cycle I couldnt add enough weight to the bar lol. One time I added 20 pounds from the previous week and just ripped the weight off the ground. But now u should have a nice idea where u r at.

Thats because your a freaking BEAST :evil:! I guess the perks of being smaller is i will never run out of room for weights lol.
 
Sorry for the lack of updates. Ive been really busy with family in town the past few days. I still have been lifting though even went thanksgiving morning for a quick chest day. Todays the last day on MDXT so i will be starting my PCT tomorrow. Ill post my final weight and measurments up sometime tomorrow.

WEIGHT as of 11/28: 169lbs(+12.5lbs)

My weight has been fluctuating drastically the last few days. Its anywhere from 168.5-170lbs the whole last week. So its safe to say no weight gains really came after week 3 all the weight was seen in weeks 1-3 with week 4 just retaining what was gained.

MAXES as of today 11/28:

Bench: 285lbs(+25lbs) not bad!
Squats 390lbs(+40lbs) not bad here either, I attempted 405 3 times but wasnt ever able to get it quite deep enough about 3 inches from a 90 was the closest i ever got with being able to get it back up so it wont count.
Deadlifts: 455lbs(+65lbs) Would like to max again soon im positive i have more of a gain here but with maxing on squats today there was no way i wouldve done deadlifts justice so im going off what i hit last saturday.

MEASUREMENTS:

All were taken cold flexed before and after cycle after a full rest day first thing in the morning.

R BI: 15 3/4"(+3/4")
L BI: 16"(+5/8") overall not too bad, theyre started to even out a bit wouldve loved to more of a gain here since these and my calves are my hard gain areas

R Foremarm: 12 3/8"(+1/4")
L Foremarm: 12 3/8"(+1/8") didnt do any work on these during this time so ill take what i got

Low Chest: 43" across nipple line(+1")
Miid Chest: 45 1/4" mid chest level (+2 1/4") This is where all my damn weight gain went lol, ive got an abnormally large chest for my size. Some of this is obviously back thickness/width as well.

Wasit: 32" (+.5") ahhhhh! Im fat now lol not what i was hoping but maybe some of it is bigger abs and thicker lower back muscles lol??????

R Quad: 22 5/8" (+7/8")
L Quad: 22 5/8" (+7/8") this is welcomed i have tiny bird legs compared to my upper body so almost an inch gain is sweet!

R Calf: 14 3/8" (+3/8")
L Calf: 14 3/8" (+ 3/8") not as much as id like but thats still a decent gain for a smaller muscle.

PCT is fairly simple. Clomid 50/50/50/50 with Unleashed and Liver support. Im going to throw in some stinging nettle root and tribulus today on top of unleashed for a little additional T-boosting aid. After that runs out i plan on taking bridge to see how that does. With x-mas upon us (i have 2 little girls) i cant really spend too much more than this on PCT.

But for now i feel great. I never got lethargic, never felt shut down, libido never took a hit, i kept waiting and waiting for something to go wrong but luckily nothing too major other than the occassional back pumps. But once i started taking the taurine they went away for the most part or were easily manageable.

on day 8 of MDXT myself and up ~7lbs already. i see all your gains were in weeks 1-3? thats what i figured so i, doing 3 weeks at 40mg ED instead.

Thats perfect length IMO. If I had another bottle and were going to run it again thats exactly how id run it myself. And id finish it off with some epi or katandrol. I was up about 6-7lbs myself by day 8 so was my lifting partner who also ran this. He gained 16lbs total in the first 3 wks! Goodluck with your run man and at 40mg id have the taurine ready because i got back pumps at 30mg.

Yeah the gains usually stop after the 3rd week for me as well with most potent orals, the 4th week is usually just major strength and insane pumps for me.

Looks like you got a pretty ass kickin cycle there ozzie ;)

haha thanks yes its a great combo of compounds i have going atm :D gotta keep BP in check tho.... tren already has me elevated.....
 
i can feel it in my head, like a swimming kinda blood swishing feeling, and if it gets very high a constant headache. also blood on the tissue (in small amounts) when you blow your nose. bloodshot eyes in the gym when doing heavy bent over stuff also.

these are all tell tale signs for me bro
 
do you ever get full on nose bleeds? I used to have high bp and I noticed dull aching headaches. My bp was horrible too, I remember it being as high as 240/180. Yes I realize thats the bp of someone having a heart attack. I was 16 at the time, **** was not fun. I've had a few on mdxt but I've been checking my bp regularly and it is sitting at 130/60 most of the time.

Had a few nose bleeds since I started up last week but no elevation. Weird.
 
ive never had a full on nose bleed man thank god, its more just specs on the tissue, nothing serious.

my BP last time i checked (had doc appointment ~4 weeks ago) was awful, but i was nervous and bloated though. registered at 161/82. 2 weeks before that it was 153/80.

still pretty high isnt it?

not as high as 240/180!!!!!! jeeze man thats hectically high
 
Damn ive got great BP and had no issues on cycle either. I went to the doctors straight from the gym while i was on MDXT at 30mg daily for a physical for some stuff im doing, and the doctor commented on my BP being really good.

I hit the scale today just out of curiosity and my weights gone up....its just over 170.5 but not quite 171. Im sure itll start falling off in the next week or so but heck maybe not, i hope not haha.
 
I was on bp medication for over 2 years. After I lost a ton of weight (240 to 180) it just went away. I hated being on bp medication, made me feel lethargic all the time even at a low dosage. I get nose bleeds fairly frequently and have my entire life. To me they aren't anything of concern, just annoying at this point.

the 153 is a low side of being high. Nothing to worry about.
 
Updated post #278 with final measurements. Sorry it took so long ive been lazy and have been forgetting to post them. Weights still hovering right around 170lbs so thats good.

Here's where my gains were if you dont want to look a page back to see the measurement numbers....

R bi: +3/4"
L bi: +5/8"

R forearm: +1/4"
L forearm: +1/8"

R quad: +7/8"
