I wonder why my flash was sucking so bad on these. oh well. I dunno, I dont see a ton of difference. funny, the part I see a difference on is my forearms (but not so noticeable in the pics) that and vascularity is up a bit.

fack. I can't believe the waistline change for the worse. that really blows, particularly because yesterday was a light eating day. a lot of greens + fiber sure, but a lot less overall volume than the whole rest of the cycle. Everything else is pretty sweet tho I have to admit. my shoulders are the biggest ever and also the most defined ever. but the waist blows. oh well. today is shoulders :D

counted caps and 7 days left. So i'm switching to a caloric neutral to slight surplus ketogenic diet for the remainder as i'm tired of oats :D Actually I just want to try out my "pound of peanut butter a day" bulk, so why not. Plus it will make the transition into fat loss in PCT a breeze.

ez curls superset with standing ez bar french press 4 sets of 10

and the pump was so outrageous that I couldn't get past 6 reps with zottman curls with only 20lbs..... crazy. So i'll wait a bit, and go back and do zottmans and 1 arm tri extensions later I guess.

215 today. 6 days left, and drum roll please, today I started my PCT.

What? doesn't seem to make sense does it? Well, for PCT i'm actually starting TRT. I had been working on finding a doctor I felt comfortable with for a while, and finally just before starting this log I found one. I'm tired of my superhigh estrogen levels, never being able to get lean enough and watching strength gains slowly disappear between cycles. Natural products help for a while, and seems like for some the boost even hangs around 15-30 days after stopping but with having to cycle them as well it just never quite seems to work out, and I end up going 3 steps forwards and 3 steps back. So the doctor has prescribed trt dosages of testosterone cypionate, arimidex and HCG. I did a testosterone injection this morning. Definitely a quesy feeling the first time injecting yourself. It will take a while for it to really hit peak, definitely after this log is over. And since we'll be retesting blood levels sometime relatively soon, i'm not going to take anything else that affects testosterone levels, i'm actually going more or less supplement free - only general health related, so Complete Balance, Bio-Mend, Osteosport, etc. I probably won't even use a creatine or preworkout product for the first while, just to see what its like to work out with a normal level of testosterone :)
 
yeah, and i wont have to worry about my normal girlish levels of testosterone and estrogen either :) I have 1 blood test in the last 7 years where my estrogen wasn't over top of normal, and only 2 where my testosterone wasn't below bottom of normal....

Its terrible to see testosterone at 240 while estrogen is at 63

waiting till its over, i figured i'd do the injection today since new testosterone levels really won't peak for a few weeks anyhow, but I wanted to be sure i wouldn't be dry on testosterone when the cycle ends and see gains start to disappear due to low test. I will also likely move to a cut fairly quickly in PCT tho as I wont have to worry about return to normal test levels :D
 
sounds good..i was thinking of gradualy reducing my calories by like 200-300 every week until the end of PCT in which I would then be at around 2k-2200 cals for my cut for a month..that sound like it would work lol?
 
Id even keep the cals high for at minimum a whole month after your done with the TO spres. Easy may not agree with catabolism but Im living proof of it. I used to weight 227 man. Im 180 now :dunno:

Id say hold off on the cut for another 1.5 months..at least thats what I would do.

How will a person keep there gains, I know holding off will keep gains but can PCT only help a person keep gains (wt/strength) or is this a win some an lose some situation of cycles?? :dunno: Like me for example I'm runnin MMv3 then pct ing but will prob loose some gains will i lose strength and wt gains? Sorry Easy not trying to hijack your thread...

they are quite pretty. Its nice to know I can get on a plane with them too :D since i'll be doing a little bit of traveling for work.

forearms mostly, pump was so outrageous there I had to stop.
 
215 today after yesterday being a 4000 calorie CKD day. man I felt like crap after the last meal, it was 3 chicken drumsticks and 4oz of cheddar. The pound of PB a day goes down easier for sure. I think i'm taking an off day today. Dave was sick last nite, just coughing and running a lite fever, but it meant that basically he just woke up over and over. so my sleep level was about none. Oh and I used a ketostick, so definitely in ketosis

off day again today. dave was up all nite over and over again, i'm almost at that point of hallucinating from lack of decent sleep, so no way I have enough juice to work out. sucks because only 2 days left, and 6 caps, so either a 4 day and a 2 day, or 2 3 cap days.

The CKD is working like a champ! and so I know that none of the weight i'm carrying is glycogen supercompensation, which is sweet. So looks like the cycle will end at up 14lbs from start. I think in the future i might try it as a true CKD cut. We'll see, the sleepiness wasn't bad on the ckd after the first 2 days.

I wish, I look more like someone who is 185lb onstage, but in their offseason :P finally have it all worked out tho so that over the next few months i'll get down to about 190 as i now am working with a doctor to correct my messed up overall hormone level (from before I began lifting at all)

welp, after yesterday's carbup, today as last day of cycle i'm at 217 :D So the ckd was adding some more lean mass as I was burning glycogen, which was why weight was stable. So I end cycle at up 16lbs. Man am I an easy gainer. Still no workouts, another nite for 4 hours of broken sleep with dave sick. I might do shoulders this afternoon if I feel better.

so not much change from last measurements till now, but also not much weight change, and I've missed 4 workouts in that time too due to lack of sleep, which sucks. Ah well. I'm going to repost this in post #2, along with pictures either today or tomorrow.
 
Those are some sweet gains man! Fat gain should come off easy. As I doubt you are going to continue eating this way.
 
no, and now with TRT started as well, i'll actually have a lower estrogen and higher testosterone than I normally would, which should help even more
