Thanks dude. I got it easy too. I'm smelling tree fiddy on Friday if my wrist is feeling better! On the real though I gotta thank you for 1 the bench tips and 2 recommending marinade! I didn't take it at all last week because I had some sample stuff from my last order of protein and I'm trying to save my MM to mix with condense ( if it ever gets here been waiting a week and some change but that's a whole diff story) workouts were sh1t without MM got pinned on 335..started MM again 340 easily at that! Def. a staple in my supps now. Sh1ts legit as fug.

Thanks man. I appreciate that alot. I busted my ass on this cycle every time I stepped in the gym/kitchen. I can't wait to do an all out bulk this spring!

Non problem bud. Cycle info is usually the only section I go through. And thanks 340 is ok but 350 would be better :)

Right... I'm on my phone so it's easy for me to keep up, the computer site is probably all over the place. I had a work listed, PH-17 notes, & a question all before that haha...
I try to speak to everyone in my log and make them feel welcomed so it's hard for others to shift through so many post.

Haha there's no way I could keep up in everything from the computer. When I get on like once a week (probably not even that much) to rep ill have like 100 notifications lol
 
Had a pretty good back day today. A little shaky at first learned the hard way half a pot of coffee + a full scoop of MM on a pretty much empty stomach is a bad idea lol. I don't usually drink coffee but it sounded good today. Won't be doing that again.

Tried 350 today...got it..oh yeah got 360 too :) so pumped right now. Got 360 on video but the videos kinda sketch lol it only shows half my body ill try and post it later.
