I love them! I have to thank Dma378 for introducing them to me, and they are definitely a staple now. My back has started popping a lot more since I started doing them.
Although I get yelled at because they make a lot of noise....

Yeah buddy I love it!! Shoot and in a month of doing them you're pulling the same as I do. Not in this recent session, but I saw ya pulling 285 for reps in your other log.

I was just doing speed work today :) I actually got 315 for 3 and 5 reps in consecutive sets last week on my upper body power day.

Me too, thanks man. Idk what's going on. Ton of chest and sinus congestion, and a very sore throat. The doc said I'm probably just run down from pushing myself hard, working, and now classes on top of it.

That's what the doctor suggested too. I can literally feel the congestion in my lungs when I breathe. And I have to cough on a regular basis or my throat hurts really bad and my voice is nonexistent.

Nyquil and a ton of sleep always help me when sick, I doubt it the nyquil lol but how long it knocks me out for.

I've been taking robitussin during the day and NyQuil at night, also 2000mg vitamin C and like 100mg zinc per day in split doses. So far I don't feel any better.
The NyQuil has not been helping me sleep though :/ it doesn't help to have roommates who get home at 2am belligerently drunk knocking shiit over and making a ton of noise for at least an hour before falling asleep in our living room.
 
I am a big believer in Zinc !!
 
Great shoulder workout even though they started out incredibly stiff and I still feel like I'm dying. Weight was 220.5 post workout. Followed up with a 20 minute sauna session

Definitely the sustained energy, especially trying to keep up with everything while I'm sick. Normally I need a breather at some point throughout the day where I just lay in bed for 30 minutes to an hour and do absolutely nothing or think about anything. I haven't found that necessary while using Lean EFX. Also has helped me with cravings for junk food. I have multiple packages of cookies and cartons of ice cream in my apartment, and they have somehow not all been eaten within a few days of being purchased. My gf talked me into cooking a frozen pizza last night that I've had for 2 weeks, and I didn't even end up eating any of it. I just wasn't hungry.

I use a Fiber Supplement that contains L- Glutamine, I think it is Great!

However the reason for that is because the first half of it is taken up directly to be used for gut and immune health. Also when dosed at least 2 grams at a time you induce a GH spike about 2 hours later. So great for evening dosing, it also causes protein synthesis similar to leucine so another awesome benefit. If I had to choose only one amino to take it would be L-Glutamine over BCAA just for the health benefits alone.

Sweet! Man I'm taking quite a bit of stuff with effects on GH right now, and it's really starting to show at least in my skin!

Not bad for being sick! Just hit a new PR on deadlift, 435lbs for 5 reps WITHOUT STRAPS!!! I've never gone over 365 without straps until today. Today was also my first day deadlifting since early December, and my first leg day in two weeks. HELL yeah. This was all with breathing difficulties from my chest being so congested too.

Ive pulled 445 but more recently it I've pulled 425 because I didn't have the endurance from LGD. By December we will both be getting 500!

Bro I'm hoping to pull 500 by summer
