Thanks and no unfortunately not. I'm making some changes to the things I'm taking right now to see if I can eliminate the cause.
As a matter of fact I had a kilo of it waiting for me at my door when I got home from classes and the gym today. I took 10g with my post workout drinks and I'll be taking another 10g before bed. It's sour apple flavored and doesn't taste all too terrible by itself in water.
 
Here is today's workout by the way. I felt that I started out strong but fatigued rather quickly. I opted not to take Lean EFX today so I could rest after the gym before a good amount of hours studying, writing, and doing online homework.

Thanks man! Yeah 2 caps is awesome, unfortunately I haven't reordered yet. $30 on one card, debit card fraud on the other, Valentine's Day is tomorrow and I desperately need groceries lol
 
Sorry I haven't updated in a while, took a Lean EFX this morning for the first time in probably a week. NOTABLE increase in heart rate. I was sitting in class with a heart rate hovering within 5bpm of 100 for the entire hour, just sitting there and taking notes.
I hit the gym afterwards, I just finished.

I use a Fiber Supplement that contains L- Glutamine, I think it is Great!

My concern with a product like this is the fiber not allowing the glutamine to be properly absorbed; depends how much fiber you are getting though per scoop, or serving.

If using Finaflex Fiber that has L-Glutamine in it then I think you may be okay. It only has 3 grams of fiber and they are soluble fiber which means they can be broken down and may not simply be excreted. They just take more energy to be broken down and end up not having much of a caloric load due to that. However optimal would probably be in the 10-20g of glutamine a day and that has 5g so you may want 2 doses or buy some bulk and add to it to increase the totals. Sounds like you have no complaints with your current situation though.

True.. I use 12g fiber at once so I make sure to avoid all meds and most supplements around dosing. I also take 15g glutamine daily for IBS/GI issues.

That stack sounds nasty lol. I love alphamine but I get use to it really quickly. Once stop the break and try it, the energy is wild.

I don't use it often, so every time I take it (fasted) it hits me HARD. Same with the Lean EFX too since I've been taking it so sporadically.

Haha, wouldn't recommend taking them simultaneously. I usually separate them by AT LEAST 2 hours, and I try to make it more than that. That will you don't loll yourself with stims but you can still combine the effects of both
