and no unfortunately not. I'm making some changes to the things I'm taking right now to see if I can eliminate the cause. I took 2 caps a day ago and damn I had lazer focus, I felt like a robot lol! How long till ur 2nd bottle is here? By the way your lifts are looking good!

I use a Fiber Supplement that contains L- Glutamine, I think it is Great!
My concern with a product like this is the fiber not allowing the glutamine to be properly absorbed; depends how much fiber you are getting though per scoop, or serving.

If using Finaflex Fiber that has L-Glutamine in it then I think you may be okay. It only has 3 grams of fiber and they are soluble fiber which means they can be broken down and may not simply be excreted. They just take more energy to be broken down and end up not having much of a caloric load due to that. However optimal would probably be in the 10-20g of glutamine a day and that has 5g so you may want 2 doses or buy some bulk and add to it to increase the totals. Sounds like you have no complaints with your current situation though.

That stack sounds nasty lol. I love alphamine but I get use to it really quickly. Once stop the break and try it, the energy is wild.
I don't use it often, so every time I take it (fasted) it hits me HARD. Same with the Lean EFX too since I've been taking it so sporadically.

Haha, wouldn't recommend taking them simultaneously. I usually separate them by AT LEAST 2 hours, and I try to make it more than that. That will you don't loll yourself with stims but you can still combine the effects of both
