Dude, I am not overexxagerating in THE LEAST! It has been bad, I pushed my wife last night and almost knocked her down...it was mainly accident, but still....eeesh!:frustrate :frustrate

well if its any consolation i almost flipped out and beat up a kid and his dad. :aargh: :toofunny:

Everytime i went and did a set of something when i was waiting inbetween sets they would go and take my weight off so the first time i said fine i'll do something else so i went and did it and same thing i get 1 set in and then they come take it off and use it. the kid is like 12. i was fcukin ready to go! :aargh: :aargh: :aargh:

Hahaa, basically the same situation I was talking about with "the guy in the gym the other day." takes my weight off the bar and then doesn't put it back on...I'm like DAMN!! CMON!!

My strength has been pretty good so far with the epi/prop. Nothing spectacular, but slowly increasing which is a positive, DEF lookin forward to the Test kickin in.

Last workout was Arms and here goes:

Started off with a giant set type skull crushers.

2 sets of lying Skulls @ 145x8-10

2 sets of incline Skulls @ 145x8-10

2 sets of upright Skulls @ 145x8-10
------------------------
Straight bb curls:

125x10 for 3 sets
------------------------
V-Bar Pressdowns:

200x10 for 3 sets
-----------------------

Lying Cable curls:

180x10 for 3 sets
----------------------
Bench Dips:

2 plates in my lap for 20 reps --- 2 sets.
---------------------

Hammer Curls:

50x10 for 2 sets

My workouts have no form or fashion, I walk in a have a good idea of what I want to get done, and just pick what I want to do according to who is on what machines a diff things....but yeh --- its random.

So as you can see numbers are pretty good, not where I have been, but I am making the climb still gaining weight right now I am sitting at:199

So yeh...time to post whore!!!!

A cycle virgin! Very nice, you should make some great gains, my first one was 750mg test E, i wish i had of gone heavier though, like some deca and an oral in there, yours looks good.

How many lbs did you gain (minus water)? On your first...I hear 1st are always the best.

sh*t im only at 500 of omnadren/sustanon now and blowing up crazy...my avitar was 1 day before i started...put on bout 16 pounds in 5 weeks so far..

My brother is running 450mg E3d of Test-E w/ 40mg Dbol. His first was Epi. I tried convincing him to run less, but once he got the idea of running a gram in his head, there was no turning back. I'm having a real hard time trying to convince him to come off at all. :twisted:

Ok fellerz! AWESOME chest workout today...felt gooooood.

Still not where I was, but I am slowly making my way back. Muscle memory is a beautiful thing.

Had legs yesterday, had an awesome workout --- especially seeing as how my mindset was to "take it ez" since it had only been 3 days since my last leg day..nevertheless I had to because I am switching up the way my body parts are arranged throughout the week.



Squats: 315x8 --- 3 sets
Leg Curls: 200x12 --- 3 sets
Leg Extensions: Whole machine x20 --- 3 sets
Calve Raises 280x15 ---- 4 sets
Cybex Squat Press: 14 plates+weight of machine = no clue how much, but DAMN heavy!

So I felt like zeus in the gym and I loved it!!

Btw, an iPod is the best supplement purchase you will ever make.
 
Arms yesterday---


Was a REALLY good workout, my CG BB was higher than I have done in a looong time --- gooood stuff.

205x10 for 3 sets CG BB BP --- which is bigger for me than you guys realize --- this has always been my weakest exercise ---- no idea why.

My E-Z Bar curls were pretty good today, I dunno how much that bar weighs so you guys will have to tell me. But I had a 45 plate and 15 plate on each side which to my calcs would equal 120+w/e the bar weighs. Btw these curls are totally isolated, no swinging and cheating going on with any of my arm lifts at all. I get some cheat reps in at the end, but don't list them.

Anerways, how many of you guys are going to the O???
