IMO, go ahead and throw in 6 caps. And then work your way up. My favorite dose is 10 caps. A LOT of people cannot handle it tho because the pumps are TOO rediculous. So if I were you, start off at 6, see how the treats you. After 2 weeks, bump it to 8 caps and see how that treats you. You think you can handle it, even if you only try it once, bump it to 10.
