Hemo should really help intensify the effects of apido right and hopefully help give me some sick pumps thoughout the workouts

Keep in mind that Hemodraulix has a nice dose of a sesamin. Just about every Hemo log mentions leaning effect. Met and I are convinced that there's enough sesamin to show leaning effect. So in my opinion, yes the Hemo is going to assist in Adipo's effects.

awesome I actually didn't realize that. I was debating weather I should go get some sesamin and cla but since hemo already has sesamin I guess I'll just dome cla from walmart or somewhere near here
 
Celc is right. Hemo on its own yields some gnarly recomp effects. You WILL be pleasantry surprised with how things will be turning out 2 weeks and on from now.
 
Metroba how would u think I should take the hemo?

The way I'm thinking now is go first week just solo apido and the add in the hemo.

Should I add it in slowly or just take 6 like the bottle says?
 
IMO, go ahead and throw in 6 caps. And then work your way up. My favorite dose is 10 caps. A LOT of people cannot handle it tho because the pumps are TOO rediculous. So if I were you, start off at 6, see how the treats you. After 2 weeks, bump it to 8 caps and see how that treats you. You think you can handle it, even if you only try it once, bump it to 10. I'll be along the way with ya tho bro. So I can help you do this thing. :cheers:

3-4 times a week.. This is my last week of school and my gym is down the street from my school so I won't be in the gym I'll be lifting at home so my lifts are gonna be limited so I might be a 3 day full body lift days and then add a 4th day of kettlebell or sandbag training. At home I have an Olympic set and a power rack so no db workouts all bar lifts :(
 
Good...I dont really think you should dose Hemo more than 3-4 times a week anyway.
 
I like 6 caps myself. 10 caps doesn't necessarily ruin a workout with the crazy pumps, but it did sort of get in the way... great for looking in the mirror though :afro: Ha Ha

if you have an olympic set and a power rack, there should be no problem whatsoever continuing with an effective routine :head: Good job keeping up with the log so far!
