DAA/LCLT will be stacked with Erase in a month.

In the meantime...

SNS Agmatine - 500mg upon waking / 500mg preworkout or 1g pre workout?
PLCAR - ?
MCC - 2250 2x or 1x a day sufficient? Also, rather than pre workout, I assume it may be better post workout with my high gi carbs?

I've been a mono guy forever. Never bothered with the fancy creatines, but for the price of SNS MCC, why the heck not try it.

I usually don't mind elaborating but the evidence against glutamine's [purported] effects on bodybuilding is so overwhelming that I encourage you to conduct your own quick research :).

I'll point you in the right direction though:

-Effect of glutamine supplementation combined with resistance training in young adults.

-Glutamine: the nonessential amino acid for performance enhancement.

-Addition of glutamine to essential amino acids and carbohydrate does not enhance anabolism in young human males following exercise.

-The effects of high-dose glutamine ingestion on weightlifting performance.

-Facts and fallacies of purported ergogenic amino acid supplements

-Exercise-induced immunodepression- plasma glutamine is not the link.

-Glutamine supplementation did not benefit athletes during short-term weight reduction

well shiit, if i wanted to research it, i would of looked it up. it doesn't intrest me that much.

I just bought an amino supplement because the one i have i dont like the taste.

anyways, it has 5g of glutamine in it (as well as a 10:1:1 bcaa) and someone said something like mrcooper will slap you if he see's that. so was curious why it sucks.

I dont care, I only used it once back in the day, didn't notice anything from it, so never looked at it again.

i mainly bought the amino product for the taste & amino's.

on another note, do not bust open the pea-xtreme 500 caps and dump them into your shake. even with black cherry focus xt, the taste makes you want to gag.

taste worse than andraulic state gt, and that stuff was nasty.

If your amino supplement has Glutamine, it can't hurt. I find it to be a very powerfull immune booster.

Finished my plcar, and already notice a decrease in performance/pumps.

Almost done with my agmatine.! Got some more on the way though.

1.5 pre is great for plcar

I ran 1.5g PLCAR-500 per day alongside a full 2g of TTA-500 for a month and saw some really impressive results without significant manipulation of my diet (eating around maintenance). It was an experiment on my part, and worked out rather nicely.

MCC you can take post. Many take it at bedtime as the M in MCC is Magnesium which promotes restful sleep.

Bingo. Pre bed gives the best benefit for MCC in my opinion.
 
so, was so focused on my workout saturday, I didn't realize I was the only person left in the gym besides the guy at the front counter picking up weights around the gym.

stoped from doing over head tri ext, looked around and the gym was empty, i was like, oh, hey, are you guys closed?

guy says, yea, we closed 10min ago.

oops. man, i still had like 3 more exercises to do.

This. Moving to a 24hr gym has def allowed me to make more progress. The ability to go at 11,12,1am is incredible with an odd school schedule

It's very helpful with school, work.etc. There are also nights I can't sleep so i'll shoot off to the gym.for a light cardio session, steamroom, shower and then go back home. Usually able to sleep well after that

i'll take that over fat ugly newbs curling in the squat rack or doing some other wierd shiit getting in my way.
 
removed foxus xt from my pre w/o stack for now, replaced with sns caffiene. it was getting to be a bit too much stim wise for me. taking a short break while im on this cut.

Stuff like that used to bother me, but I don't even notice anymore. I'm too focused on what I'm doing to give **** about the other people.

Except or the exceptionally old guy trying to squat. I'm convinced I'm going to see him kill himself one day.

Bryan, space the BA caps out at 1 cap 4-5x a day, rather than all preworkout.

I've been meaning to try this one for awhile. If you're saying you're getting tangible results from it I'm gonna have to check it out.

1.5g COP pre-workout is great. Helps w/ fatigue during working out.

I have heard recently that it is actually better to space your beta alanine throughout the day as well as take it with some EAA's.
 
The newest combination of awesomeness?

3 caps MCC + 6 caps Arginine E2 Matrix (mostly for the norvaline) + 4 caps Agmatine + 6g Citrulline Malate + 2g COP + 1g ALCAR/PLCAR..

And a caffeine cap for good measure.

That's a lot of pills, but the pump was absolutely incredible - better than anything I've yet tried (and that's including Hemavol). Back and shoulder pump - two stubborn body parts for me - was out of this world.
 
ayo i just got some SNS ALCAR & PLCAR , and was wondering how to dose them ; take 1-2g of both preworkout ? or space them out ? thanks !
