haha yeah man some are still around and that's good enough for me. Although I am worried bout PJ and FUFU. I never hear from there anymore at all.

Sure did brother. Just need a kick in the ass to get back in the mix. I think I gained damn near 11 pounds in the last two months. I haven't log anything in months to so I may go on the hunt!

How'd I miss this?! MD is a solid routine man. It seems to have a lot of instructions tho lol, too much for me personally! I'm jumpin over there, but check out mine just posted! Starting Monday :D
