It works pretty well honestly.. I was sad to see it discontinued.. It really binds to whatever u eat n keeps u from digesting it lol.. So the next morning... Long bathroom trip hah

I used to carb backload.. But my schedule now doesn't allow me to do so

I feel ya on the feeling like crap from dirty bulking. My "lean" bulk failed :( I started it at the beginning of my Lecheek log and felt super friggin' awesome. Strength was up, #s were up, looked awesome in the mirror (thanks to more glycogen and water!) but after awhile I must have spilled over and here comes the fat train! Glad I stopped when I did... working my way back now :\

I love pizza too much!

Amen. I just got out of a 2.5 year relationship.. The kind where u plan your future and name your kids and plan your wedding, etc.. Only to realize how fcking miserable we made eachother. Go see this is 40, just came out.. Will make u feel much better about The decision to separate

It will get better bro. If she did these things to you now think of what she mighta done for a longer period. Your young and now have a lot to look forward too. No kids either is a plus. I've survived 13 yrs almost and got married at 19. I didn't have my chasing tail days but you know what I got a good wife that takes damn care of my boys and loves me to no end. It's still hard but it's easier with a person that loves and respects you back. She will one day regret this bro and you will come out the better half. We love you man and be here for you through thick and thin!!

lol bro I was 291 but huge more like well over weight. I went to the park about 3 years ago. My now 6 yr old boy Christian, now 6 was playing tag with me. I told him break time I need to catch my breath. He said Daddy you fat you need to lose weight and catch up with me. I said hell nah my kids didn't just say that. I took that and used it as fuel. Knowing I stayed active, but needed to up the game and change diet and figure out why I was so tired both played a role. I lost 20 lbs just by diet change and by that I mean life style not fad diet. Then finding out I had low t levels and getting trt help me to feel like I was supose to be feeling for a 29/30 yr old. Now at 32 and three years later I'm down to 219!!!! Goal is 185 to 195 I'm 5'5 but all my bf is upper chest, stomach, and back. My back is getting much better but damn it we all know the belly and chest is hardest to go. I have girl gone wild tits but never had gyno just got drop that weight. My calves are a freak of their own and my arms are starting to get lot of cuts. My determination got me this far and I will not stop ever.
 
it really is a blessing to have packers around to tell his story. that man is an inspiration of how its done!

Haha yeaaaa I've seen that one! Have you seen the commercial with the woman that gets out of the shower and that giant TV screen is there saying "RECORDING SCHEDULE CONFLICT." She complains to her husband who is brushing his teeth and she says "I don't want this thing around watching me naked." And he says "at least someone gets to." LMFAO
 
Oh yeah I have cause I made a comment to my wife lol. I don't have to worry about her though she's a friggin nympho. I woke up 2am one day this year and she was about to rape me. I was like wth she pushed me down and said shhhh your going to enjoy it. I sat back and said oh hell yeah. lol true story.

Thanks guys! Yeah everything has been turning around and getting better. I just may have found that Gold Fish :)... time will tell all. I hear ya packers, I just keep hearing more new stuff about the things she has done, really making my choice to move on much easier :)

You got a great wife Tom! So happy you guys found eachother, I'll find mine one day, no rush tho, I'm still young :) Cheers to the NEW YEAR ahead!
