I have been stuck @190-191 for like the past 8 or 9 days. It's starting to piss me off. :aargh:

Thanks everyone! Nice costume, V! I'll post pics of my costume whenever my homegirl puts them up on facebook or myspace (where they always end up). Actually, I'll try to remember to bring my camera out tonight. Only thing that sucks is my costume doesn't have pockets.
The BA was a cool addition. I was a little unsure about how I'd handle the effects of paresthesia before dosing, but I was fine with it, and will likely bump my dosage up to 4 or 5g pre/intra workout next week. The paresthesia kicked in in about 10 minutes tops. I put the BA in a small glass of water (4oz, maybe), and just chugged it down. I did notice the paresthesia began fading shortly after my preworkout oatmeal/whey, and I didn't notice it at all during my workout. We'll see what happens with a larger dose next week.

Tonight I went to war. My recovery between sets was absolutely fantastic tonight. I was moving pretty quickly. Felt really good.

I am ****ing spent. At some point I tweaked my left elbow and left shoulder, but I didn't let it stop me. My back is sore, my traps are still screaming, and my left arm feels like it should be in a sling, but I think I'll be ok with some rest this weekend.
I've got a Halloween party to go to (that started an hour and a half ago), and another tomorrow evening (I'll have a few drinks then), so I'm gonna go eat, shower, and roll out. I feel good about my day today though. Great workout. Gonna run!

Yea, but it seems like the good guy always loses (usually). It's easier just to be the typical jerk and get laid, but I still stick to my upbringing and am usually hold back. I am not even gonna front. I got hammered Saturday night at my Halloween party. It's just one of those things. I've never been too good about having a drink or two; it always turns into 7 or 8, and I'm just better off not drinking in the first place. It happened, it's done with, and I'm over it. I'm not drinking again for a looooong time.
Crashed at a friend's house cuz I was in no condition to drive home. (Wasn't even planning on it anyways.) My diet was terrible all weekend, I missed several meals and ate fast food for the first time in like... 9 months.
Now it's back to the grind!!!
Oh-so wise.
Three questions, what'd you have? Was it good? and what position did you eat it in? I want some fast food dirty talk and I'll relive it vicariously through you.
