Same here. It's one natty test-booster that I haven't tried for some reason. I've used about every other brand though. I'll have to give old Chuck's shizz a spin. It gets great reviews everywhere. Sounds very solid.
 
Shaddow. 9.2 lbs. is very substantial when considering you are using natty substrates like Activate, IGF-2, and PRIME. That's very decent gains. It testifies of your dedication to training and diet to get the most out of these compounds. Good work young warrior!! :clap2:
 
I hate it when the libido is on the fritz, especially when it's for a prolonged period of time, which is why I'm considering the addition of Diesel Test Hardcore and Tsunami by Get Diesel.

How come the actual product is spelled "Sunami" - It really chaps my ass. I've seriously sat in my computer chair for probably an hour collectively trying to figure out if there was really any purpose for the spelling change, but I can't figure out one.

word. mine are all black and I love em even if I look like an idiot wearing them around in the gym... Mine look huge though... size 13 just looks like clown shoes.

I have been stuck at these numbers forever, and I have to fight for them. When I was low carbing this past summer (leanest I've been) I could do 20 pull ups, but ever since I brought the carbs back up my numbers have come down. I should probably switch to heavy pulldowns for a while. Ya think??

I haven't pushed 225 on any type of press in a while. Which is sad. LOL. I need to start incorporating some barbell work of some kind. That's something I have really been slacking on. I always do dumbbell presses, and the last time I tried barbell pressing 185 I got nervous and put the weight back down. My neuromuscular response and muscular recruitment are way outta whack on the barbell from ignoring it for so long. I was actually pressing 100# dumbbells, but I couldn't put up my own bodyweight on the barbell. LOL. True story!

First of all, great job on those seated cable rows!! That's some nice weight you're tossing around there. Next, your elbows. Is it just one elbow, or are both hurting? You could get a couple of those slip on neoprene supports to wear. I do when I go uber-heavy. Which is most of the time. LOL They feel great though dude. They not only give a compression-type support, but the neoprene rubber also helps to hold the heat in around the joint during exercise. I got mine at Wal-Mart years ago. I think they still have them. Is it just the skull-crushers that are causing so much agony? You may have to substitute another exercise for them. There are certain movements that I never perform as they feel un-natural to me and my body. Try the 2-handed DB extensions behind the head. Those are great!! Keep up the awesome work shaddow. You're puttin' on the mass now!! :woohoo:
 
I get the same kind of discomfort from one handed (behind the head) DB extensions that you are getting from skull crushers. I don't get that feeling from the crushers though...so I wish I could help you out on that. With one handed Db extensions...I just stopped doing them. It wasn't like a soreness from a good lift..it was outright pain.

For tri's I like to do to pushdowns with a bar then reverse my grip to the outsides of the bar and do pulldowns with them... Then I grab the rope and do overhead extensions from the bottom pulley above my head... just an idea for ya.
 
Yah at contest time when I'm weak as a kitten I can do plenty of body weight exercises like pullups, in the off season when I am at my heaviest and strongest I am lucky if I can do 2 or 3 pullups. Weight makes such a big difference, yah do some heavy pulldowns but if you can still do pullups I would keep them im my arsenal.
 
I used to get slight elbow discomfort from skull crushers as well, and switched to close grip extensions with an EZ-bar lying on a 45 deg. incline bench. No more pain.

Head crushers are a dumb exercise... You will get more out of an extension exercise every time. I like decline tri extensions with a olympic bar, incredible results for the back of your tri's.

My tris didnt grow until I added decline EZ-bar extensions. I alternate between BB and EZ. How do you feel about reverse-grip bench presses?

I am a big fan of close grip bench reverse not so much.

Concerning extensions.. it is very technique specific you have to push out (extend) not up and it really works better from a declined position. I have a extra bump at the bottom of my arms because of this exercise. Really makes your arms look bigger.

Nice job with the shrugs Shaddow, I imagine when your traps are flushed with blood they must look like small tumors, because of how lean you are.

****! My bad guys! My internet connection was ****ed all weekend and I couldn't get online. Dammit. :frustrate :rant: :mad: And I was trying to use the weekend to get caught up. I got lots done around the house at least. Lemme post my weekend updates and then I'll try to play catch up as best I can this morning.
 
Day 35: Saturday, October 25

Off day. I slept 14 hours Friday night and woke up late in the afternoon on Saturday. LOL. Crazy, huh? I'm really starting to feel the effects of not sleeping enough during the week. I feel like if I could get another hour or two on weeknights I'd recover better, lift more, grow more, etc., so I'm gonna try and get more done in less time so I can work on this. I've traditionally gotten by on 5-6 hours of sleep per night, but with the heavy lifting I've been doing lately it's just not enough and by Friday I am crashing hard and sleeping forever. Hopefully I can get this balanced out soon.
 
Day 36: Sunday, October 26

Another off day. Slept well again. Got my cooking done in the evening.

My Skins weren't getting anything done scorewise in the first half against (0-7) Detroit, but they came to life in the 2nd half. Santana Moss took a punt return 80 yard for a TD and caught a 50-yard TD pass, one of 9 receptions for 140 yards. Campbell was 23-28 for 328 yards and, once again, no picks. And my boy Clinton Portis ran for 120+ yards for the 5th straight game for the 2nd time in his career, joining OJ Simpson in this exclusive club. He had 126 yards on 24 carries, and now has 944 on the season through 8 games.

Playing @ Pittsuburg next week, and then New York is coming to FedEx Field the week after. Gonna be interesting these next couple weeks...

I am coming down to the final days. :( This was planned to be a 40-day run. I have enough AE & AX to last until Friday, and I'll end up with some extra IGF-2 & Prime.

I kinda feel like if I stop this cycle @ the 40 day mark I will be quitting prematurely, cuz I've been feeling really good effects the past couple weeks. The results thus far have been great, and I have made good gains in size and strength, but the libido, aggression, and alpha male mentality have just kinda kicked in in the past couple weeks. If I decided to run this stack an additional 20 days, I'd need to pick up extra bottles of AE & AX. What do you guys think? Keep running the natty products? Or dive head first into the P-Plex/T-Roid? :twisted:

LOL. Ummm... I mean, I've always been pretty lean. Just work hard, devise a good routine, switch it up every so often, lift heavy, eat clean, healthy and often, get plenty of rest, and I'm sure you'll get there. :)

My left elbow feels a little uncomfortable, and it's raining and cold here and I haven't been in the greatest of moods today. BUT - all that needs to change NOW.
