Are you #&%*ing serious?!? ANABOLIC EDGE (Spons.), ACTIVATE XTREME, IGF-2 & PRIME!!!

Hey shadow, hows training going bro? Just wanted to say hi.......Hi.

Well, all-fukkin-right shaddow!! :clap2: Looking good my brutha. Still sharp as a knife of course. I know you're wanting to gain weight. But a lot of the rest of us would love to have your turbo-charged metabolism dude. Trust me, you don't want to be fat. I've been there. You keep pounding those heavy-ass weights, eat lots of that good clean cooking of yours, and get those rest days. Whenever your body tells you to. We only grow when we're resting and sleeping. You'll gain muscle for sure. And it will all be quality stuff too. That's the main thing. Have a great day my warrior-brother. Battle on!! :head:
Thanks brutha!! It's very much appreciated!! :)

dude that one vein goes the whole way through your arm, lol.
I have the same one but it only pops u on my Bi and has a split off right at the peak... wish it stood out across my delts too, Tiiiiiiight.
Yeah, it's pretty sick. You can literally follow it from my delt, down my arm, through my bicep, across my forearm, over my wrist, into my hand, where it splits and goes into my knuckles. I ****ing love that ****!!!

You should see my other arm, on my right forearm my veins all come together in the middle to form a pentagon. I call it the Pentagon of Power. Some people say I am a direct descendant of satan himself. :smite: Just kidding. But it looks pretty damn cool. Maybe I'll take pics one of these days.

I wanna see this demonic veinage!

Agreed, ridiculous veinage. By cheat meal, I guess the sushi had white rice? ;)
I pretty much have a set diet that doesn't change aside from the allowed substitution of veggies, meats, or complex carb sources (well, except for this bulk. I'm eating way more than usual). So anything that is outside of my basic format is considered a "cheat" in my book. :p

St Louis... wtf... :(
I'll tell you wtf... They didn't show up to play! They showed up thinking it would be an easy win. The Skins D was awesome, but the offense, which hadn't turned the ball over all season fumbled the ball 4 times, losing 3 of those to STL. You're not gonna win games like that! Clinton Portis had another big game, and he's leading the NFL in rushing, but they lacked a real sense of urgency like they've had in recent weeks. That crazy play on the deflected reception that Pete Kendall caught and decided to try running with and ended up fumbling - STUPID. I think the Skins went in EXPECTING to win, and thinking they could always just come back the next drive, but they failed to capitalize on anything. St Louis deserved that win cuz the Skins just weren't there.

Hey shadow, hows training going bro? Just wanted to say hi.......Hi.
Things are going well! Chest and biceps today. I'm gonna try and push some big weights today, see if I can't get more reps on those 100# dumbbells this time around. I think I can get 6.

I'm very much the same way shaddow. I had some homemade chili today with ground turkey. I considered it a "cheat" meal. I had crackers with it. I know those are bad. But who the fukk can eat chili without some crackers??!! LOL I rarely stray from my usual foods.

Nice one! Homemade chili... That sounds like a damn good idea! I like the way you cheat, bro! :food::food::food:

HA! I'm not quite in the thundergod range yet. :box:

And I failed. Miserably. But I noticed something else interesting I haven't really spoken enough about.. Updates in a bit. I need to go eat.

:bruce2:

ooo sounds interesting

Day 23: Monday, October 13

Weight: 188 (+7.2)

Workout #10 on stack - CHEST ATTACK!!!

Dumbbells! Let's do it!!

Incline bench press
30 x 20
50 x 15
75 x 12
85 x 8

Extra reps on my warm up, up in 5# on my two working sets.

Flat bench press
90 x 7
100 x 1 DROP TO:
50 x 12

EPIC FAIL. I think I wore myself out just enough by going up on those inclines to not be able to push for more reps on that 100#'er. Dammit.

Incline dumbbell flies
50 x 12
60 x 10
70 x 8 DROP TO:
50 x 20 Dumbbell presses

Hammer chest press
180 x 15
270 x 10
320 x 6
270 x 10

EVERYTHING FROM THIS POINT ON WAS ONE EXERCISE STRAIGHT TO THE NEXT. Minimal rest time.

Hammer incline chest press
90 x 12
140 x 12 STRAIGHT TO:
Incline Smith press
135 x 12
135 x 12 STRAIGHT TO:
Incline Dumbbell press
50 x 12
50 x 12 STRAIGHT TO:
Dumbbell hammer curls
20 x 20
40 x 10
50 x 8 STRAIGHT TO:
Standing cable flies
60 x 12
70 x 10 STRAIGHT TO:
Dumbbell presses
50 x 12
50 x 12

DONE. That was brutal. And this is where I feel that this supplement stack really seems to shine. When I'm taking short breaks between sets/exercises I just kinda feel like I have an extra gear. I can seem to catch my breath more easily and get on to the next exercise quicker and push out more reps than I think I can, and even when I wanna stop I can usually push out a couple extras. I'm starting to get some pretty sick vascularity.

Anyways, time to eat. :food::food::food:

Nice workout/meal as usual!:D

Damn! thats some crazy veinage holmslice!

on the real, you could probably get light headed from masturbating because all that blood your forearm can irrigate and hog up.

Great workout, great post-workout meal, and great pic of insane veins there shaddow. You sure do eat a lot of tomatoes, don't cha bro? I'll bet you've eaten more tomatoes in the last month than I have all year. I guess I'm just not that crazy about them. I know they're good for you. Just not my thang! Now, I'm with you on bananas. I eat 2 bananas everyday. Love 'em. I guess my most regular eaten vegetable would probably be broccili. I eat a lot of green beans and asparagus too. Oh well, I'm rambling. I just got home from work, got high, and now I'm fukkin' hungry. It's time for a whey shake and hit the hay.

LOLz. Thanks guys. But did you actually see The Pentagon of Power?!

I don't know what it is with me and tomatoes recently, but I tend to go through phases with just about everything. Right now it's tomatoes and spinach. I was big on the broccoli too for a while. Went through my green, red, yellow, and orange peppers phase, had my squash and zucchini phase... Ideally I'd like to switch things up more often, but oh well. It is what it is.

Great workouts! Sounds like you are making some very nice progress.
Things are going well so far. I'm not making the big strength gains I was really hoping for, but my training right now isn't specifically conductive to strength gains. So while many of my weights have gone up, and I have set a couple PR's, it's still mostly been about higher volume with this stack. It's been weird with this hamstring injury. I couldn't do legs for a few weeks, so things kinda got a bit random with my training. This week I'll include my first leg day since my injury, and I'm gonna switch to a different routine altogether next week. Hopefully some strength gains will become apparent then. :)

haha nice gif! Someone was bored!

I feel ya on the tomatoes and spinach! Love the stuff! I eat about 3 whole tomatoes a week. and 2 bags spinach a week.

ok now we need a sweet backstory...
like he was stabbed with kryptonite or something there and he's invincible everywhere but there.

ok now we need a sweet backstory...
like he was stabbed with kryptonite or something there and he's invincible everywhere but there.

Shaddow used to be a scientist at a NASA Space Station Lab, and because he was required to work in zero gravity conditions, the program required that he resistance trained everyday to prevent muscle atrophy.

A biochem company wanted to test out a new serum that would keep skeletal muscle in a steady hypetrophic state to extend the body's ability to perform extended missions in space, but rather then growing in size, the muscles grew in density as to prevent the muscle from outgrowing the spacesuits or severely altering the aesthetics of the scientists. Only 5ml was required to achieve this steady hypertrophic density state for 72 hours.

Shaddow brings his on-the-go, liquid Whey protein with him to work Invalid Link Removed

A hater at the space station wanted to off Shaddow because he kept hogging the attention of the female scientists, so he filled Shaddows entire liquid whey protein with this serum, in hopes that it would kill him, or at least keep him away from work long enough to get himself some female scientist chicken heads.

Following a normal training session, Shaddow downs his liquid whey, which was actually filled with the special serum. However, he ingested over 100x's the allotted amount of this serum and fell to the ground. He felt his body becoming harder and harder, until his muscles became so dense, that it was like steel, and this became a permanent effect because his system was so overwhelmed and over-saturated.

The only thing that can kill Shaddow is swimming, he's too damn heavy to float, and that strange Pentagram of veins in his forearms, which will be revealed later.

Anything but your "cheeseburgers"!! LMAO

hahaha fukking hilarious Volcom! :box:
