don't know what it was, increasing the meso or increasing nitro, but enduance was way up. i went through 5 trips easily-if anyone thinks this is easy, i dare you to try it, lol.
i got home and felt like i needed more, so i did 30 fast minutes on my treadmill and did some ab work. it's hard for me to believe i have this kind of energy, stamina and endurance at age 52!!! i really put my body through hell with many years of alcohol abuse, just goes to show the power of exercise and lifting weights-hell yeah!!!!
