I'll be getting in contact with judgementday!, I'm starting a Cut/Recomp here soon.., planned on starting last week, but we had terrible weather which kept me from going to the gym, and doing outside cardio. On top of that, home with the family and little ones threw my diet off to the outer realm of space:lol:

believe it or not that's what i been doing, lol. taking a short break, i gotta get it done.:aargh:
 
i had just took my off day dose of creatine nitrate-4caps when the old lady says-'hey, today would be a nice day for you to do something with the driveway'. after about an hour of chipping away at 2 inches of packed snow and ice i got the worst back and arm cramps ever. i finally got finished and took a hot bath, but damn-normally i love a good pump but this was downright painful, lol.

note to self-leave the creatine nitrate for workouts, lol. gonna be sore tomorrow.....:aargh:

belive it or not, it's a whole different animal bent over chipping at 2 inches of solid ice for three hours than hitting the gym. the cramps were horrible-even more so since i was still tight from yesterdays workout-ouch.:aargh:

I believe you! I avoid manual labor like the plague. I hate when a friend or co worker makes the suggestion that I help them move and pick up something, because I love to lift weights. A co worked made a statement like this the other day "oh well if you help me move this gun safe you won't have to go to the gym today". I was like yeah ok buddy GFY lol

Really I hate lifting anything unless I'm in the gym haha

I probable sound like a pre Madonna.... Oh well!!

me too, i can do all kinds of manual work at my job-but i am used to it. chipping ice is a real beatch-thankfully i don't have to do it often, lol.

but the point is don't take creatine nitrate before you try something like that.........:aargh:

mmmm...chili pie with hash brown topping, and lots of cheddar cheese. may not be the healthiest meal i ever ate, but it was dammed tasty. stick to your ribs kinda meal.

I always get the case of the giggles at the worst times when helping my one buddy move. It's always going up the stairs, with his 6'4" ugliness in the lead and my 5'9" frame bringing up the rear. Now, for the uneducated movers, the tall people go in the back, so we midgets up front don't have to have our arms over our head to keep the stuff of the stairs/level with them. Either my friend never read the cliff notes, or he doesn't care, he always takes the darn point, and it's always when we're carrying something heavy, which means, yup, I'm carrying something heavy. That's when those darn giggles start, and it's always half way up the stairs.

I love manual labor- I love it I love it.. I live in Mass and we got a boat load of snow I put on my XVest ( 50ld) and start to shovel.. The best workout I can have!! Oh the overweight neighbor has s dam snowblower HA HA I mock him !!! I can shovel faster then his dam blower!!! Oh for breaking ICE I created a shock absorbing ice breaker stick great work out!!! Come on folks for real !!!!!!!! I DO NOT MOVE OTHER FOLKS SHI##### THAT IS A REULE!

manual labor is fine, just not after taking creatine nitrate, lol.
 
full body workout at nifs:
dosing:
8 caps creatine nitrate
3 caps rezolution
2 caps at2
1 cap erase
2 scoops powershock

1st heavy workout without mesomorph i a long time, surprisingly it went very well. i missed the moso, no doubt. but the creatine nitrate saved the day. pump was awesome and looking back my strength has really gone up in the last 2 months. did 14 machines at 3 sets each, took about 90 minutes. really sweating hard and got a great workout in.


my body has really gone through a nice transformation in the last 2 months, anyone who is doubting the abilities of mesomorph/creatine nitrate really needs to try them and see for yourself-amazing results in just 2 months. i am 8 pounds heavier but more leaner in the gut and my upper body has exploded. legs have always been big but now they are more chisled. i feel pumped all the time.

yes, normally 2 months on with a month off would be prudent, but on trt i am going to run it straight through. not only the estrogen controll, but by working nights it helps to controll the higher cortisol level night workers get.


pes and aps are my go to companies-i just got my 2 bottles of shift in the mail today, will start that at bedtime.

How much am I supposed to take pre-sex?

btw I got the APS creatine nitrate today, plus i think 3 separate 1 scoop samples of mesomorph, so wednesday i'll be trying those. But given that its valentines day I'll need the answer to my question above ;)

2-4. i always take 4 caps on off days and then 2 before sex. otherwise take 6 caps preworkout then 2 before the deed. but if you just want to take a pre sex dose take 4. have fun....:bling:

why not-i take 4 caps on off days anyways. usually i will at least get some cardio in of off days.

easy, the nitrates really increase endurance, plus as with any creatine you want to get some in everyday to keep levels up.

Very serious statement you made Tom^^, But I know what you say is the truth with out any of the sponsored bending. Really looking forward to this in with my Triazole and Activate X right now.. So, I haven't bothered looking yet to be honest, but is 8 caps the dosing reg? are you dosing pre and post then i take it? 4/4?
