i may be slightly retarded, but in the info i was sent...it doesnt tell me how many caps = 1 "dose"...

Dosing/Timing for HGHup♂

Resistance Training Days
Dose 1 - 2-3 caps 45-60 min pre-resistance training
Dose 2 - 2-3 caps pre-bed

Non-Resistance Training Days
Option A
Dose 1 - 2-3 caps first thing in the morning
Dose 2 - 2-3 caps pre-bed
OR
Option B
Dose 1 - 4-6 caps pre-bed

You may want to start out at the lower dosage for the first few days; this hits hard.

If you're on the lighter side (i.e. <140-150lb) then use 4 caps daily; otherwise dose 6 caps daily.

What makes YOU a good choice?[/B] I am a very dedicated person and can run a very strict diet and workout regime. I have never ran a hgh product and my body will most likely react very nicely to it considering my age and stats. I have ran and am currently running very detailed logs and it will be no problem to update daily and include all the various categories you want logged
