so like it says above, right shoulder is still a little off. I was working through my warm up sets and 185 felt great for some reason. Not heavy enough to feel any pain but heavy enough to feel everything working so I just started knocking out sets. Original plan was something like 285×3 and a back off set to 215 but something in my head said stay at 185, dont risk it today.
Deadlift 455 was challenging but mostly because of my grip. If I had to guess my max pull right now is only 500-510 but I'm thinking I can add another 50lbs to that when the anadrol says hello.
I'm not sure if I mentioned this at all but I decided to take a half bttl of test e 250 and add 5ml of test prop 100 and I'm pinning 1cc a day for 10 days to jump my test levels up faster cus I only got 6 weeks till deadlift. I'm gonna do 750/week after these 10 days and add the anadrol in october. Hopefully the gh is here by then but if not il save it for after I drop anadrol to continue my cycle.
So far after pinning 175/day 5 days in a row I have no estrogen signs but I did pop a quarter dose of adex Sunday and yesterday. My normal rule of thumb is only use it if needed but I know I need a little help on 750 test. I would be surprised if I need more ai and if so il switch to exemestane after everything is "peaked" or whenever I know exactly how much adex I need so I can make the adjustments to exam doses.
Weight was like 201 but it sunk back to 198 after I crapped my pants 17 times tuesday and restricted food since. But I'm feeling good so il pick the fork back up
