Another log (prioritizing strength)

Seriously stomach problems the past 24 hours, like I'm constipated and then have diarrhea at the same time. Sorry if its TMI. I had to take a day off work cus of it and may skip the gym as I'm not wanting to eat too much till I fix whatever is up. Honestly, feels like when I had a sibo type bacterial infection.

Anywho, any of you guys check the maresearch website lately??????

I think you brought up having some stomach issues in one of your other threads in the past and @Hyde may have recommended sauerkraut to you? I could be wrong though. What are you eating with the sauerkraut? I’m not a huge fan of it but I’ll eat it on a Rueben but that’s not often I eat them.
I've had stomach issues my whole life, my entire immediate family does. I'm 100% confident I have been suggested everything in existence by someone at some point lol. I opened up the jar of sauerkraut. Took out a fork full and put it in my mouth in between bites of my chicken and rice. A Rubin or a hotdog would be great. But the goal is to fix the gut isdues, not make them worse. I guess if you really need something then you could do some all beef hotdogs or put it on some pastrami or another meat with some spicy mustard or something. It's not that kraut itself is some kind of a miracle but that fermented foods help with your gut health. The fermentation process creates probiotics.

Yeah I’m totally up on the fermented foods and gut health. Was just curious of what you ate it with to hide the taste so to speak. I know you’re always making some tasty looking meals. It’s not my favorite food but it has good health benefits. Maybe it will help your issues if you continue to eat it.

It dont particularly bother me. I really like sauerkraut and mustard on kielbasa but the kielbasa will probably negate some of the benefits. I was shoveling down food towards the end of last week and really took the gloves off some of those days. I know better. But I also love food to the point I often eat things knowing there will be a price to pay.

When i eat low fat and stick to lean meat, white rice, greek yogurt and high water content fruits and some veg I'm GTG. Unfortunately I'm a stubborn prick with a eating disorder that's mostly gluttony lol
 
Maybe I can work on a few meal ideas with fermented foods. @MrKleen73 talked me into writing a cookbook last year and I actually did, at least i started it. I have 13 fitness friendly meals in it so maybe heres a reason to make a few more. Maybe a section on foods for gut health

Kefir. If you go with higher sugar content, put it periWO if you’re worried about that.

You and I are brothers from another mother. I’m supposed to stay away from dairy, wheat and gluten but when I go on an all out fat **** feast I’ll eat bread ice cream and cookies. Fucks my gut up lol!

Would definitely be helpful. I get so tired of my regular meal prep lunches. But I try to keep them simple but sometimes simple ends up being less appetizing. I’m like you. I try to look at other recipes and make them fit my nutritional goals.
 
Wait till you see the frosty giant in a few days. We got lots of rain the next few days So I put a big popup party tent over top so the buds won't get soaked because I'm terrified of bud rot. Once the sun comes back out they will fatten up a little more but the 2 biggest plants are getting close. Somewhere between October 1st and the 21st should be the time. My haze and mystery plants are way behind. Looking like il have to finish those inside the greenhouse and pray for the one in the ground.

But, I've got so much that it won't be the end of the world and if I think they're gonna die I can always chop them down early and make them into hash or edibles

diet changes are a must I guess because yesterday I ate super clean. Pork tenderloin and chicken, white rice and baked potatoes, plain lowfat greek yogurt with fresh pineapple and some homemade strawberry jam. Little sauerkraut lots of water. Stomach is feeling like 90% better
Yeah I feel you on the gut issues……I have to watch what I eat, especially staying away from greasy foods, and load up on pre and probiotics through food and supplements to keep my gut in order.

I like to eat all kinds of foods, I'm definitely a foodie, cookingand goingout to eat. I love working out and I like gardening, mostly weed lol. In the BB world I'm sure you have heard ppl say EAT, TRAIN, GROW, So I have this vision of a vlog or channel or something where I can basically just do what I do. Cook **** or go out to EAT, go to the different gyms I frequent to TRAIN and then do my gardening and GROW some fukin weed and tomatoes lol

My wife and I both are foodies also. I’m retiring in 11 days and would love to travel to different states to food festivals….bbq, seafood, anything really. Not many foods we don’t eat.

Do the channel man. You would get a ton of subscribers. Then you’d make money off that ****. Just name it something to not get sued! Eat, train, grow would be perfect tho.

That would actually be pretty cool….way more interesting than some of the crap they make into reality shows today. And like Sam said you would probably get a lot of subscribers because there’s a lot of people that love food, weed, and training.😎

Look at that home grown all keefed up! You have got your soils and lighting right my man! What strain is that. I am sure you bought some hella fire seeds. I am a sative guy unless i want to relax / fall asleep the some indacouch is appropriate but it also gives me major munchies. So sativa is my got o. I can still get munchies but not as bad...

That would be a cool show.
 
I wouldn't use smont or smonty cus outside of AM no1 has ever called me any of those lol. I think rippy started calling me that lol, but the whole bakin' with 💪🤘

so like it says above, right shoulder is still a little off. I was working through my warm up sets and 185 felt great for some reason. Not heavy enough to feel any pain but heavy enough to feel everything working so I just started knocking out sets. Original plan was something like 285×3 and a back off set to 215 but something in my head said stay at 185, dont risk it today.

Deadlift 455 was challenging but mostly because of my grip. If I had to guess my max pull right now is only 500-510 but I'm thinking I can add another 50lbs to that when the anadrol says hello.

I'm not sure if I mentioned this at all but I decided to take a half bttl of test e 250 and add 5ml of test prop 100 and I'm pinning 1cc a day for 10 days to jump my test levels up faster cus I only got 6 weeks till deadlift. I'm gonna do 750/week after these 10 days and add the anadrol in october. Hopefully the gh is here by then but if not il save it for after I drop anadrol to continue my cycle.

So far after pinning 175/day 5 days in a row I have no estrogen signs but I did pop a quarter dose of adex Sunday and yesterday. My normal rule of thumb is only use it if needed but I know I need a little help on 750 test. I would be surprised if I need more ai and if so il switch to exemestane after everything is "peaked" or whenever I know exactly how much adex I need so I can make the adjustments to exam doses.

Weight was like 201 but it sunk back to 198 after I crapped my pants 17 times tuesday and restricted food since. But I'm feeling good so il pick the fork back up

I would sure think so, I dont usually feel like test gives me bloat but I also keep it around 300-400 and 600 towards the end.
750 in the past was kinda past my tolerable limit because of shoulder acne and gyno flare ups. But that was a few years back and I'm a little bigger now and been using stuff longer so we shall see what happens.

Got bored so I went to the coolest gym in town for a fun workout

Oh, I remember a few weeks back some talking about the peanut sauce. The chicken seasoning has powdered PB2 and the sauce is my red pepper sauce, a little hot water and I just keep mixing the PB2 in until I get the right consistency so it will drizzle without being watery.
 
Yeah it happened with the AM update. I guess I’ll just have to use safari and go through the website instead. Sucks
I deleted the app and have been using web browser; you can see everything easily. It was an adjustment coming back to browser on my phone but it’s feeling pretty natural again.
 
I use mostly on the computer but it is a little messed up everywhere. Must have been a required update or something for them to leave the forum in shambles for weeks instead of rolling it back to the last version and fixing the bug in a test environment.
 
I ended up training the whole body over the past 2 days for the most part. I did mostly higher reps and what I would call enjoyable pump style workouts as my joints were pretty sore but I feel good today. Il be taking a rest and maybe light cardio day and this week looks like...

Tuesday- bench, chest and triceps (some side delts and cuff stuff)

Wednesday-deadlift, back and biceps
(Some rear delts and mobility stuff)

Thursday- Ohp, legs and whatever else

Friday- rest

depending on how recovery goes the weekend is yet to be determined but someone told me its probably gonna revolve around more bench and deadlifts

Weight-201.0

Stack- building up my test dose to 750 with a ai and nothing else yet (soon)

BP 121/83, 116/74 were my highest and lowest readings over the weekend testing 2x day

The bench press was a 20° incline and a medium width grip, although I did bring it out about a inch wider then last time. The 5 reps on 95 was 15 reps, my shoulders felt good but on 275 i was a bit wobbly and the seccond rep and something in the left shoulder felt weird for a seccond. I racked it. Waited about 2 min while I checked my shoulder over and it felt good, did 3 reps and racked it. Back off set was stupid hard and I think I'd call it as close to failure as I could get without the bar pinning me. As far as the top set, I wont be going up, instead I'm gonna back off to 205-215 and hang around here for a few more weeks to be safe.


Tomorrow for deadlifts I'm thinking I pull the same #s as last workout but add 1-2 reps to the last 2-3 sets. After grip fails il throw on the straps for a extra rep or 2.

Looks like you’re rolling along good in here. All the food porn looks delicious…..you definitely are an innovative chef.
