It's pretty self explanatory but if you need help setting yours up, just go into your UserCP, look at the menu bar on the left, go all the way to the bottom.. then into Blog.

When you set it up it will tell you what your URL is for your blog.

Last I checked, a forum was not a blog and a blog was not a forum.
