Great update.
 
Nothing to report today, rested wednesday, today just did back therapy exercises, stretches and some light treadmill.

Back has been pretty bad, got the wife to give a deep tissue rub tonight, on top of the back my damn back tooth is killing, I have an appointment May 3rd, but the way this is feeling I may have to go in earlier, just more money to waste... Gonna call the physio in the morning and make an appointment for that. Not sure what I'm doing tomorrow, def will do some light legs, rest up saturday. Not sure what I'm doing Sunday, maybe chest and back.
 
Anyone know if it's ok to mix an anti-biotic with the Androseries?... Damn dentist put my appointment so far apart my tooth just got re-infected..
 
Day 4 (Thursday)
Did some light back therapy, stretches and hit the treadmill on an incline for 15min speedwalking, tried to just get that blood flow going in the lower back.


 
Day 5(Friday)

Meal 1
2 scoops of Myofusion, 500ml of skim milk

Thoughts
I never go into workouts with routines anymore, I just go in and go with the flow, I didn't expect to have a good workout today because my back was bad yesterday, but I put my back support brace on and pushed it, no rest the whole time, felt really good, nice pumps, sweated like crazy. Very happy about todays workout, pain in knee is almost not there anymore, that cortisone shot seems like it helped a lot.
Had a cheat meal lol... UFC fights on tomorrow night most likely will beat having another cheat meal, but starting Sunday the diet is going to be strict. Not sure what I'm working out Sunday, def hit chest, not sure what else, we will seeeeee1!!!!

 
My tooth is killing not sure if it's alright to mix the Clindamycin with the androseries, trying to get an answer before I start the Clindamycin...

So far I can say a big increase in vascualrity and better pumps, couple extra pimples on my upper back, increase in libido. Thats it so far.
 
Great update JD!!! Man you going thur lots of pain and stuff...and you so young...what's gonna happen when you in ur 40s or 50s?? :lol:

Best way to describe Androseries and Alpha Mass mixed with these anti-biotics is it = Acid Reflux lol

ugh this anti-biotic sucks!!! upset stomach all day, could only take 2 caps today... so harsh, but kinda have no choice to start taking them all. Got rid of the left over Pizza, gonna have a low carb day tomorrow, damn weight is back up to 220 and not a good 220, lots of water.
 
Workout was awesome, pretty happy with getting the 85's for 7, I'd love to hit the 100's for 5 by the end of this stack. The Hemavol and GPLC intra workout is awesome, holy crap was I ever pumped!!!!

Not much to report from the stack yet, libido still high, diet is gonna get better tomorrow, I should have a better idea on where this is going in another week.




 
 
Craze (First thoughts)

Pro's
- Focus is very high on this, more than any other pre-workout imo.
- Felt great through the workout, didn't really want to stop.

 
Con's
- This was odd, at times I felt super amped and stimmed, than at times I felt like energy was down and not so much of a stim feel, so weird, it's like the energy kept going in and out.


 
Thoughts
This is an odd one, not sure what to think, had a great workout and felt super focused, but energy went up and down, never felt that from a pre-workout before. Overall it was very good, all tho from that thread on AM I've been reading it seems to an ingredient not listed in the product lol. Next workout will be Tuesday, I'll be putting 1 scoop of Maximize Intense to the test and see if I respond better to 1 scoop.

Clindamycin metabolism will be effected by the grapefruit's enzyme inhibition. To what degree, I don't know.

Yeah I was reading that the other day, I asked a doctor and he said I should be alright. I'm just not dosing them close to when I take Clindamycin.

I've read a couple logs, I believe Andromass ones and people reported a slight decrease in libido, but holy crap so far it's not even close, Libido is stupid high lol

Low carb today, I feel so hungry. Diet is gonna be strict no cheat meals for the rest of this stack, gonna do 2 low carb days a week, 2 maintenance days and 3 high carb days on weight lifting days. YEAH BUDDY!!!

Thoughts
 
 
Had a great workout tonight, was shocked I maxed out to 240 for 5 on pulldowns, considering my form is really strict because I can't use my lower back at all LOL. Felt great tonight. So Monday woke up around 220 in the morning, 1 low carb day later and this morning I woke up at 213 lol, very happy the bloating went down. I don't have a goal weight, I just want to increase lean muscle and strength gains. Rest day tomorrow, lower back is NOT happy right now, been so sore since I woke up, back stretches just feel like they aggravated the lower back more. I see a physio on Friday.



Day 9 Androseries + Alphamass stack effects thus far
- Libido is very strong

- Vascularity is up and pumps are really good

- Looks like the AndrohardV3 is kicking in with the hardening effect, chest, shoulders and arms look more dry/harder. Should be fun when I up it to 6 caps a day :D I believe this stack is really starting to kick in now that I'm hitting some good weight workouts.




Maximize Intense (at 1 scoop dosing)

Pro's
- Energy felt really awesome at 1 scoops, the energy lasts SO LONG!
- Felt strong, motivated and ready to go
- 1 scoop serving seems to be very effective

Con's
- None I can think of, still felt rushed out for about an hour after my workout lol.


Pre-Workout Thoughts
I will keep switching pre-workout every workout 1 more go around, than use each one for 1 week straight.

Nice update. I take it the wrist is feeling better? That's a **** ton of pull downs. Lol. I haven't done those in years. Might have to give some a try again soon. Always tied up at my gym though so I never plan on it.

Wrist is still hurting, not as bad, but curls don't feel very nice on the wrist, I did 45's on the one set and that felt harsh so I stuck with 30's for the rest of the circuit. I can't wait until my wrist does feel good, because one of my goals by the end of this log is to hit them damn 75 pounders on alternating seated DB Curls for at least 5 reps each side.
 
I'm fighting thru some wrist pain right now as well. Tried doing Oly bar curls the other day...faaaaget about it. EZ bar curls alleviate most of the discomfort. When you push things you always seem to get nicked up and deal with pain. Age doesn't help either.

All I did today is some light stretching and speedwalking on the treadmill at incline for 20min. Later on I bent over a tad and my back totally wanted to give out, there is def a slight minor pull feeling now, like my back pain wasn't enough....ugh def not good, havn't had a full on pulled feeling in about 6-7 months, my back has been going downhill the last couple months, I'm going to light on it, not sure wtf is up, figured these lighter therapy stuff would be easy on it but nope. Gonna just rest the next 3 days and try not to move to much, I'm going to the doctors in 5 hours to get referred to a different surgeon. Appointment with physiotherapist on Friday, hopefully I can get some help for this, it's so frustrating, can't sleep right now, looks like I'll throw on a movie and try not to think about the pain in my back.

Sorry to hear about the back man. I know how frustrating that is. It will teach you patience for sure. I know mine did. I'm frustrated with my wrist right now also. I can't get it to heal and I have that mud run Saturday. I'll be wrapping the **** out of it and just trying to power through it I guess. I know it's going to mess it up for my may osta run though.

Maybe those heavy pull downs tweaked the back a bit? Have you tried Chiro? I can't remember. Sorry I'm sure I've asked.

That sucks. Take care of your back. This is also one of the challenges I face. One wrong tweak and my back just gives out.
 
Sorry to hear this JD. You need to figure out the structural problems first and then fix that before the rehab can commence. All the best champ!
 
I'm thinking I'll finish off the just my first bottle of each, than start pct, no point in me running 2 bottles of each back to back when I can't push myself. My new focus is just my lower back, I'm going to only do weights 1-2 times a week for now, with workouts lasting no longer than 45min. I need to cut back and focus on just healing my back. I think I'll start my rehab log once I'm done my first bottles, just to keep me motivated with improving and moving forward.

Health comes first, gotta train smart bud the older you get the more you realize how important it is to stay injury free and evaluate any possible further issues if you keep pushing it.
 
Sometimes less is the right decision. The supps and weights will be there when you're ready man.

Thanks man! Already been a year and a half, just avoided dealing with it the right way for so long, thats gonna change now.
 
Saw the physio today, the guy was really awesome and he has given me some hope on getting my back up and running. To start off he gave me the McKenzie protocol routine to start doing, he feels if i listen to all the steps he puts me through my back can be 100% again. So we will see! I'm still gonna finish my first bottles off of the androseries, I'll give an update on that once I'm done. I believe I will start a rehab log and post my stuff up in there, ill be doing light upper body workouts twice a week and focusing on w.e the physiotherapist tells me to do.
