Hey, good results keep it up. I have been on mitotrophin for 2 weeks. 1/2 dose week 1 and now gone full dose. Similar effect. Crushed appetite lost 2 kgs. See shoulder definition and waist thinning out. Lifting strength and intensity still good. Any comparison with this product, differences?? Keep up the post. Thanks
 
I don't know what's in that and I cAn't share the ingredients of oep what's the ingredients of what u r taking? But for what it's worth every supplement I have ever looked at has no ingredients that are in oep. To me the ingredients are unique to oep.
 
Just interested because when i took hydroxycuts few years ago I could really feel the stim and jitters. Got some results with it but you knew why..lol. With this cant feel it...well maybe a bit, but the results seem slightly better and I am a lot leaner now than I was then. From what I know its tells ur cells power supply organelle to fire up (stops a feedback loop) and fires up ur thyroid to increase resting metabolic rate. dont know if this is unique but it sounds as if your getting similar results without the extreme stim.

The only ingredients in common between the two is caffiene. I'd say take oep and watch the differences. Something tells me oep is way stronger because all of the ingredients in ur supp have been around for more than a while. Oep has ingredients I have never seen in any product. But whatever works is all that matters.

okay this is very strange now. it's offically totally cool as well.

new records on a 750 kcal deficit:

four chinups followed by two pull ups.

70lb db (totalling 140) flat bench 3 sets times 7,8,6 reps.
55lb db ( you guys understand) incline bench 4 times 7,8,5,3.

never gone past two chinups + two pullups
never gone above 65lb db flat bench.

unofficial weight for the day after breakfast: +2lbs.


Officially high as a kite in awesomeness land now. :)
 
Wow ok I am def picking up some OEP now. I will be another who does OEP, Recreate, and anti cort(not sure what yet though).

tried something new this morning. 2 oep, and 1 recreate.

good news: really liked the combo. (2oep, 1recreate am; 1 oep, 2 recreate pm) going to run this for the full 60 days...

bad news: had to go buy more recreate, and now I'm broke.

two mondays till I get bf caliper testing.
 
work out was great. military press...not so much thought my shoulder was going to pop outta its socket or something, so I stopped.

starting to feel warm consistently. it comes and goes. but it is coming more than it goes lately.

checked my bp this morning on one of those machines at pharmacies, stores, and whatnot. its 126/75 which is about average for me.

edit: ^^^ that was two hours after my dose of 2 oep, and 2 recreate. nice to know that bp isn't rising while on this product.

appetite is still super low. I force myself to eat.

unofficial weight: +1lb.

still way too fat and ugly. sorry man. but trust me, I just invested in two more bottles of this stuff so I can run it for the full sixty days.

the official weigh in is tomorrow morning... today it was a total of 23 lbs... hopefully will be tomorrow as well, or more!
 
official weigh in shows a loss of 21 lbs... in two weeks. 297-276.

every morning when I first wake up, I do an electronic bf test, it shows that I still haven't lost a pound of muscle. still at 216 lbm. but again I get caliper tested on the first monday of every month.

I've gotten so many pm's about pictures. I don't need to tell you how embarrassed I am about my body. however, if I took some, if someone can tell me how to edit out my face, before 9:20. I'll post them. otherwise It'll be later tonight.

I'll also post my 13 and 3/4 day review tonight. I'd do a two week one tomorrow but its thanksgiving....

3 sets of cable flies 1 at 45, then 2 at 30.

forgot to mention I'm running a full 2 months of this stack. recreate, oep, and an anti cort. I'll post end result pictures as well.

Yah even at your body fat level 21 lbs is unbelievable. I have done that in a month bot never it 2 fuggin weeks. Man!!
 
Look in to Phosphatidylserine and the newer studies on its effectiveness to manage cortisol levels after exercise (800mg daily).

EndoAmp Max by PP anyone? ;D 800mg/serve.

Recreate is pretty awesome though too, great choice either way.

OEP is actually making me very excited, for guys who've been on Clen and ECA how does it compare?
 
Haven't tried Clen yet. But on eca I was very alert. Very sweaty and if I strained to hard at work or the gym I just felt like my heart was going to explode.

Oep is pretty sweet I get a nice mental awareness and a good mood I don't crash when/if it does wear off, only notice I'm missing it when I first wake up. I mean I feel a perk after I take it. But it's like a consistent energy and well being. Eca was a crash every three hours.

I also think oep has a cumulative effect to it. I didn't notice anything when i first started it. I kinda thought it might be bunk but three days later and ever since I've been in love with the stuff. It rocks.

UKstrength Have u tried endoamp? been really considering it lately.

thurs- all db or bar depending on if my friend comes with me.

incline bench
skull crushers
decline db(always) fly

fri-
squats
SLDL
leg extension supersetted with calf extension supersetted with a 45lb weight picked up off the floor and raised to above my head (don't know what it is, but it kills me)
the machines where you work the inside of your legs (crotch) and then the one that works the outside of your legs (not glutes persay the muscles near it though)
15-20 mins walking
stretching.

sat and sun off.

I posted this before, and somebody said it was all sorts of screwed up, then when I asked for help to tweak it, he never came through.

always open to advice, and input to make it better.
 
13 and 3/4 day review

So it has been almost two weeks since starting this product dosing it at 2 oep in the morning with 1 recreate and 1 oep with 2 recreate in the afternoon. here's a recap of what I've felt/seen/ think about oep:

I am on a 1250 cal cut.

*it still is completely killing my appetite.


*I am In a pretty good mood most of the time, and very very alert. almost as if I had ADD, but there is no cracked out feeling at all

*I have lost 21 pounds from when I started using this product.

*strength is still up electronic bf crappy reader, still says I have the same lbm, but I think that think it's junk anyways. get caliper tested the first Monday of December; that is the same day I measure all my inches and stuff... be really cool to document the shrinkage, I am starting to see.

hit a few new pr's this week. very very nice for me, seeing as how I am definitly in the middle of a cut cycle now.


*I have seen considerable definition in my shoulder area. this is still improving, as well as my lats, and my whole back... really really love the way I am looking.


*best part: Had to put a new hole in my belt today to make it tighter. they kept slipping off me. completely irritating and awesome at the same time.

plans for week 3.

upping the recreate. new layout is:
2 oep, and 2 recreate, and anti-cort. morning
1 oep, and 2 recreate, later
anti-cort before bed.

maybe add in some prime... not sure though It would help with recovery, I have been sore lately, but at the same time why tinker with whats working...ya know? any input on this?



Expectations:


to keep these results happening, although I wouldn't be surprised if my loss's started slowing down, it's kinda really strange to lose so much so fast. hope it keeps up tho. really really do.



Final note:


really excited about getting the chance (I paid for it) to run it for a full 60 days. I am truly dumbstruck at the results I have seen, and hope they continue like no tomorrow!

a few nights this week it was difficult to fall/stay asleep... if this doesn't go away I have a few choices: take my afternoon dose earlier, cut it out all together, or take a sleep supp of some kind, I have melatonin... worst case.

am I happy to be taking oep: yes!
would I recommend oep: yes, my wife wants to start taking it... but I need a solid 60 day run!

btw to some people. those aren't before pictures I posted, those were from this morning. the only before pictures I have would be over a year old when I was at 323ish... I really don't like the camera. but I'm sure you guys understand that if you'd look like I do.

Note it was brought up I have been on ap this whole time been on it for about 6 weeks, before carb meals. it's kinda like a staple.
Also. 30g fish oil vitamin c and d a multi vitamin and that's it.

Just to set record straight.
 
Neuro-PS. They have a bottle now that is 120 count - 500mg each. Basically, you can get 5 bottles for under $40. Not a bad deal.

incredibly irritated. electronic bf doodad checker says that I have now lost 3lbs of hard earned muscle. :censored: bumping up intake by 500cals a day to prevent more loss. however yesterday it still said I had the same lbm when I started.... we will see. I'm not feeling weak at all.

don't really want to believe it, almost feel like going to the bf caliper lady tomorrow to get checked to see whats really going on. all depends if she is there or not.

side note, 30 pushups 4 pullups, and 2 chinups in a row.... new pr.

Start the Prime and the muscle loss wil desist somewhat. Your losing fast so you do risk muscle loss in that situation.
