IF LBM is the same.....then i dont see how u lost muscle bro...could be water? Im not sure but usually, and im no expert, muscle loss=strength loss so if you are setting new PR's and feeling strong then I wouldnt be too sure if you lost muscle.

Did you gain 3 lbs of muscle while on OEP? Then lost it?
 
Have you lost strength? The meter probably goes off of a certain, typical percentage.


I haven't lost any strength, and gohardblowhard was correct, I have set new pr's since being on this stack: oep, recreate, and anticort.

I spent the night some where else last night, and the bf lady wasn't there today, so I'll wait till next monday.

and when I wake up tomorrow, I'll do my electronic bf montior thingy again, hope it changes...

LBM was the same on last wed. but when I checked on yesterday it showed the loss. I know that everything changes all the time, but that was a significant difference.

thanks for the input. I should have considered that, but I was under the impression from what I thought and read that you can gain strength while losing muscle. if that is not the case, which you and casey have both said. The machine must have been off. maybe I did something out of routine that morning. idk.

because my strength is increasing even in my current calorie deficit.

Start the Prime and the muscle loss will desist somewhat. Your losing fast so you do risk muscle loss in that situation.

true, good points and recovery has been a severe issue... starting prime up tomorrow.

Worrying about .0001% loss is much more counterproductive....

Get to the gym, and continue setting PR's!
 
nothing to say today.

Wasn't home at breakfast to weight myself. couldn't go to any gym because of where I was staying.

settled for an hour of cardio on an ellyptical.

thanks again for the input guys! let's keep this fat melting away and going down the drain!

But on the bright side....the mirror will def show your progress. And to further reassure you i dont think its very easy to gain mass while in true caloric deficit. You body needs to take in mass to pack on mass. If you 3500 calories below maintence every week then you dont have 3500 calories to build mass.

Is it possible to build mass on a cut? I believe it is....but then it become more of a recomp then a cut.

Thanks I'm more around a weekly deficit of 7000cals. I'm hoping the prime helps me recover a little quicker, because I've been sore for two or three or sometimes for four days after w/o. kinda blows.

I never have a problem with the scale not moving all the much, the more it moves the better, but as long as definition keeps coming in, and the wife keeps giving me those stares... its all good :D

workout this morning was the first w/o in four days besides cardio. felt good to feel the pump and burn. felt a little weaker in the gym but kept the same lifts going strong!

1st day with prime.

on the military press, the rack we have for it has plenty of safety drop spots... I don't really use a spotter because I don't know anyone, and if I cant do it, I just let the bar go down to the rack. today I was strong 45 and a 2.5 per side. but when I went to rack it I was too high on the left side, missed the rack on the left but I had mostly let go. bar went over the top, weights started sliding off, bar hit the floor, weights hit the floor. wasn't as embarrassed as I was sore, because I tried to regain control of the weight with my arm, and it kinda tweaked my shoulder.

I stopped the sets of mp's at that point, and went light all day. thats why I felt a lil weak, today. upp'ed the cardio to 45 mins to try to make up for it.

Shoulders fine, just a little sore, so is my ego.

after breakfast weight was +2.5lbs.

today was the official weigh in day. loss was five and a half pounds to 269.5.

no real big updates today at the gym. shoulder feels much better. missed my prime, no pain at all today! hope it keeps up, the best part about prime= great recoveries!

review tomorrow. also tomorrow is my last day of oep, till my package arrives.... I don't wanna stop! come on mr ups man come knocking on my door!

edit: total weight loss, 27.5lbs in three weeks. f'ing ridiculous and crazy, strength is still the same.

Sorry for the lack of updates. I have the LSAT test tomorrow, and I have been studying virtually non-stop all week long. got an update from work. and i have to travel from the 11th-20th kinda sucks this close to christmas... but they pay the bills.

Ran out of pills, but got confirmation yesterday that I'll get two more bottles next tuesday! without them, I feel like a crack addict. I have to keep losing mad weight!

as for an awesome update. This stuff is the Sh*t! it aint nothing new. I love it.

hopefully a week off of OEP might make me more sensitive to it again when I start taking it on wed. not that the effects are wearing off... but everyone knows the longer you take some thing the more your body adapts. so it will be nice to get hit with it again! lol
