Week three review

Swole stack:

Dispite this calorie reduction diet muscles are looking big and pumped, the Glycobol is helping with the full pumped muscles.

Joints are feeling better,less aches than usual,especially less knee aches from the cardio, and this is due to the quercetin in testopro and stoked

Enndurance has increased which may be because of the quercetin, resveratrol in stoked(and extra querctin in testopro)

Strength :Strength has been slightly getting stronger overall, not by much recently but still some and I am impressed as I have been on calorie restriction now for five weeks, going into week six. I notice a little bit more than usual which helps a ton.

Sleep/recovery: All Anabolic Innovations are helping recovery in my opinion. Sleep is excellent and Hghpro really puts me into a dazzle type sleep state helping mental function, physical function, recovery. I have been sleeping a couple more hours than usual. I have not taken any naps this week so this is probably why.

I may start taking naps after training(after I get post workout nutrition in of course)

Cycle support what can I say it has so many health promoting ingredients and especially NAC which does help with strength by raising cysteine levels.Although, I am taking one scoop per day I feel this has really helped me.

I am very impressed overall.

95lbs=13x's(3 rest pause- very strict reps)
one arm cable curl
40lbs=12x's

one arm reverse curls 45lbs=12x's

Mid-grip pull down(yates way)
205=10x's(3 rest pauses) ( 3 partials at 3/4th movement , most people count these as reps I don't though I count it as a rep when I hold it , slowly descend, explode pulling to chest and holding)

Rack dead lift(top of shins, below knee caps)
360lbs=8x's (easy didn't even go to failure)-This is a PR(I think) I contribute my stack to greatly helping me with this PR
The Swole stack is awesome, Hghpro is fantastic, and cycle support is nice.

*Remember though I separate cardio, cardio and weight training sessions by 6-8 hours so meals are eaten in between for energy.Usually the 40 minute cardio session is low-moderate intensity, while the 30 minutes one is moderate-high intensity.

research shows that two cardio sessions , 30 minutes,30 minutes burns more calories and stoked the metabolism than 60 minutes and it is really common sense. This is the way I do my cardio while dropping body fat

John seperate anything you want it is your dedication that makes you so impressive 70 minutes is nothing for you, because you chose to do it. Not only exercising your body but your humility too! Big Props!

Thank you.Usually a moderate high session of cardio per day,except on leg days , and on leg days a lower session. (a few hours after legs) just to burn more calories.

On off days two cardio sessions, one moderate-high intensity and one low or lower-moderate intensity, depends on my energy levels, if I am zapped I do it much slower, or if totally drained,totally take off.

cardio 30 minutes moderate-high intensity

cardio 20 minutes low-moderate, immediately followed by posing do not know lost track of time did it until I collapsed.

Donkey calve raises
320lbs=8x's
seated calve 45+25=9x's

Leg press
6 plates and 35(per side)=10x's
very close hack squats
235lbs=10x's(had to stop it short knee pain)

I most likely will take a week off after this log is over is over at the end of this week. All the high intensity cardio has been probably wearing knees down I am 240 lbs pounds of running I feel a lot of boom boom boom , while running.

I'll be seeing my joint specialist May 25th for my MRI report and hopefully getting another one on my shoulder. I am very lucky because this past MRI cost 2,100 dollars.(went to another city to a special MRI machine that has better technology than my current city in the MRI)

Lying leg curl +3(+3 is a DC technique I got from "Dc inventor" Dante)
110lbs=22x's(3 rest pauses)

I am icing, using pain creme, and doing my own physical therapy exercise on a routine bases. If it doesn't get any better hopefully I can do more aggressive measures

Man i hate to hear you are having issues as well. I am going through training withdrawal... I am glad I put dates on my resuming training because it feels like weeks have passed and this weeks will only be the first full week with no lifting.

Running a few up hill sprints yesterday let me know my quad wasn't quite all the way healed up so that won't happen again. It didn't get sore to a point of worry just barely but enough for me to know I am not going to do sprints, and that I will be using much less weight on my official return.

Most important how did it effect my recover: This stack effected my recovery greatly.

The swole stack helped with increasing my strength slightly on a calorie reduction diet, plus cardio. I am satisfied and recommend this for either surplus calories or reduction calories. I dosed this as recommended.

Testopro helps free testosterone with testofen and divinal. Quercetin is in it which is an anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory and for increased absorption

Stoked may have helped endurance, potent anti-oxidant from the resveratrol and quercetin. The Icariin is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor(PDE-5) which viagra works the same way so I think it helped libido.

Glycobol Insulin mimetic

I want to review NA-R-ala Super potent anti-oxidant, improving insulin sensitivity, anti-obesity, anti-hypertriglyceridemic, anti-inflammatory, helps with brain function, and rejuvenation effects. Most people get these benefits with R-ala, which is much more potent than regular Ala,however, NA-r-ala is 10-30 x's more potent than r-ala. I have been stufying lipoic acid from six years now and I am convinced it is a must for health.

Hghpro helped with a better nights sleep which helped recovery, in addition the green tea is shown to help fat loss ,b6 prolactin control, and a bit extra zinc.I dosed this as recommend

Cycle Support orange is a good flavor and mixes well with vanilla or chocolate whey protein. The Nac helped cysteine levels and so many of the health benefits. May have kept my blood pressure lower as I was using a stimulant, during this time. so many health benefits. I dosed one scoop per day.

Overall, this stack has greatly helped me hold onto and most likely gain muscle in the initial stages of my calorie reduced diet since my strength levels did not go down and actually went up a bit. Moreover, I feel healthier than ever, and these products have helped me with my health and with my musckles.=) (yes spelled wrong on purpose)

nice review. I want to try testopro, glycobol, and hghpro on a bulk. I think that stack would give me some good results.

The Go Pro Stack... Not official name... will definitely be a great and synergistic combo. The HGHpro also stimulates LH release so it would play well into the TestoPro. I def recommend it.
