No sides so far. I squeezed today and nothing came out. Had a wicked neck cramp today, which is where I usually get the pump side effects. That's about it. Haven't noticed any muscle pumps, strength or anything like that.

I just think if you're going to try something new - you should do it during a natty period when you'll know what is the true value of the system.
Your body is going to be recovering so fast on this cycle... I'd say just go balls to the wall on your conventional split... I'm going to have to force myself to not throw sh*t around 1 day a week.
You could utilize some of the princilpes of DC, ie. Rest pause sets! Then after pct you could go into a dc program! Read up on that dog crap bro! Learn it to the best of your abilities before you go asking questions on IM, as I hear they can be pretty fukcing brutal to stupid/semi stupid questions over there!
The recovery will come. You're still in the beginning stages of your LONG cycle... This is going to be an awesome run. The limited activity wont hurt you right now... probably not a bad idea seeing as the compounds aren't completely active yet.
I'm just gonna go back to my normal routine doing whatever the hell I want balls to the wall. Maybe I'll RP on secondary exercises.

Here's me this morning at weight.........203! I don't even know what to say.
203, nice.......... gonna be a fun run.
I don't even know how much water I can keep taking on. I had a pretty shitty (aka small) carb up Saturday night through Sunday morning, didn't drink much water. This mornings weight put me up 7.5 pounds just between Friday and today. I've never had that kind of gain from a carb up, even a perfect one.
With this weight taken this morning, I'm up a staggering.......13 pounds. Starting weight was 190.

your lifts should starting going up just from that gain alone.
:goodpost:I think it's a combo of theses things:
1) Coming off of a calorie restricted diet. Before cycle I was eating 2300 calories a day.
2) Muscle Memory. I obviously lost some size cutting
3) I was only drinking about .6666 gallons of water a day before cycle; now it's closer to 1.5 gallons a day. Obviously water logged as it's impossible to gain 13 pounds of anything else in 7 days.
4) The Trenadrol has increased my bodies ability to take in glycogen. As I mentioned before, before this cycle even on 1600 gram carb loads I didn't gain more than 5 pounds over a weekend. I probably only ate 500 grams this weekend and went up 7.5 pounds.
That's all I can think of. I honestly couldn't believe it this morning. I had step on and off several times to make sure the scale wasn't malfunctioning.
I can't even begin to fathom where I'll end up.
