----Anabolic Armageddon: The Peregrination of Trenadrol and M-drol----

Too expensive. Gonna see if the cheaper stuff takes care of it; I'm assuming it will.

Well - that and you can have P2P in your hand tomorrow. Caber is a b*tch to get ahold of.

Rugger - I ran over to Vit Shoppe - they actually have a store brand of pure P5P dosed at 50mg. 100 tabs for about $13. Hopefully they'll have it in stock in your neck of the woods.

No vitamin shoppes up here and I don't dare to go to GNC. I go to a tiny, super ghetto, janky ass no-shelving store. LOL They have good prices, lots of banned stuff and probably every NOW product ever made.

Well this is interesting. The Cycle Assist that I am taking contains 200mg B6 per dose and I'm dosing twice a day......

The concentration of P5P in a B6 supplement is extremely low after conversion. Its also less safe to mega-dose B6 as opposed to P5P.

Little light reading for you buddy... Notice my strategic highlight.

The benefits of vitamin B6 are wide ranging - from supporting protein metabolism and muscle growth to overcoming premenstrual symptoms and depression by encouraging the production of 'feel-good' chemicals, such as serotonin and dopamine, in the brain that help maintain emotional balance.

It is important to be aware that vitamin B6 comes in different forms and the type found in most multivitamin supplements is an inactive and cheaper form called pyridoxine hydrochloride, rather than the active form: pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P). This doesn't necessarily pose a problem since pyridoxine is converted in your liver to the active form P5P - the only form your cells can use, which goes to work straight away in your blood stream.1

However, this transformation is not always successful and a lack of the mineral magnesium in the diet or an underactive liver (due to too much alcohol, antibiotics or a generally unhealthy lifestyle) can soon interfere with this process. If this happens then large amounts of pyridoxine can soon accumulate in the body that cannot be utilised, which can cause nerve damage over time.2

It also causes a deficiency of P5P, which can have negative consequences in terms of your health and result in depression, mood swings, muscle weakness, fatigue, hair loss, worsening of premenstrual symptoms, and poor appetite.

So, instead of relying on ordinary vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) being converted properly to P5P in your body, it is best to take pure P5P in the first place. Better still, P5P possesses even more health-related benefits compared to the inactive form of vitamin B6. In addition to helping the conditions outlined above, it has also been shown to improve carpal tunnel syndrome (compression of the nerves in the wrist causing numbness and pain in the hand), and helps control homocysteine levels that in turn helps prevent cardiovascular disease, stroke and arthritis.

"If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is"

i know where aussie is talking about i think...i got it on sale a few months back and i was just shocked. there was a big sale on all their chems, boy did i stock up!

sorry to hear the problems already rugger. cycle layout looks great. taking in so little carbs would be impossible for me, i cant function without carbs, very carb dependant here. I think since you are doing just two weeks of mdrol that you should just start it out at 20mg. Have you ever ran superdrol clones before?

Yea, Caber for less than 200 would be a surprise to me... It along with arimidex are both REALLY expensive, but I dunno... gyno surgery is something like $7,000...

I can get aromasin/armidex pretty cheap. We'll see. I don't have any serious gyno symptoms. I'll be getting some p5p today or tomorrow and a special Super Santa is sending me some 1-carboxy

How are the sides big guy? You get the P5P?

No sides so far. I squeezed today and nothing came out. Had a wicked neck cramp today, which is where I usually get the pump side effects. That's about it. Haven't noticed any muscle pumps, strength or anything like that.

What about you? How'd your first day go?
