----Anabolic Armageddon: The Peregrination of Trenadrol and M-drol----

No sides so far. I squeezed today and nothing came out. Had a wicked neck cramp today, which is where I usually get the pump side effects. That's about it. Haven't noticed any muscle pumps, strength or anything like that.

What about you? How'd your first day go?

Check it out. Posted my workout. Good and bad at the same time. Was hoping for a nastier placebo effect.

Saving it for next time around. Stick with the Mdrol... this should be fun with the three of us on Mdrol at the same time.

My next cycle is gonna be nuts though... check it: 6 weeks Hdrol, Feraguno, and 1T. :eek: Should be pretty sweet.

Whoa gmg thats crazy sounding 1t solo was insane. I wouldnt recommend it but you could just eat mcdonalds and smoke so its a good deal i guess...?

Too much? I think it would have amazing gains. How did you get your hands on 1T already?

BTW... I am talking about the primordial performance 1T product... its a transdermal 1AD and DHEA... not actual transdermal 1-T. I wish I had some old school 1-T.

Holy ****. I just put taco bell mild sauce packs on my eggs/cheese/bacon/sausage breakfast and it was unreal!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I gotta go steal 100 of them.

I just think if you're going to try something new - you should do it during a natty period when you'll know what is the true value of the system.

Your body is going to be recovering so fast on this cycle... I'd say just go balls to the wall on your conventional split... I'm going to have to force myself to not throw sh*t around 1 day a week.

the best way to explain it is that, you need time to figure out the exercises that work best for you and how to make the best out of each workout, and that takes a little bit of time. and then if something doesnt work you need to switch the exercise,.

and then theres the cruise phase, where u find other exercises to use....

complicated but worth the wait. find exercises now during traditional training, when ur all set in that, then go for it.

You guys are right. I suppose I can wait until PCT and beyond. I had considered the fast recovery, but didn't think about it seriously. Probably because I haven't experienced any yet. Blah. I was looking forward to switching over.
 
The recovery will come. You're still in the beginning stages of your LONG cycle... This is going to be an awesome run. The limited activity wont hurt you right now... probably not a bad idea seeing as the compounds aren't completely active yet.
 
You could utilize some of the princilpes of DC, ie. Rest pause sets! Then after pct you could go into a dc program! Read up on that dog crap bro! Learn it to the best of your abilities before you go asking questions on IM, as I hear they can be pretty fukcing brutal to stupid/semi stupid questions over there!

I'm just gonna go back to my normal routine doing whatever the hell I want balls to the wall. Maybe I'll RP on secondary exercises.
 
i didnt really start noticing the trenadrol working til i bumped it up to 120mg. but i deff felt ON like day 3 at 90mg just didnt notice much in the gym as far as strength and pumps.

My lab rats state recovery is off the hook and no DOMS!

One rat compares it Wolverine like recovery. ;)

Here's me this morning at weight.........203! I don't even know what to say.

I don't even know how much water I can keep taking on. I had a pretty shitty (aka small) carb up Saturday night through Sunday morning, didn't drink much water. This mornings weight put me up 7.5 pounds just between Friday and today. I've never had that kind of gain from a carb up, even a perfect one.

With this weight taken this morning, I'm up a staggering.......13 pounds in 7 days. Starting weight was 190. HOW MUCH MORE WATER CAN I TAKE LOL

your lifts should starting going up just from that gain alone.

I think it's a combo of theses things:

1) Coming off of a calorie restricted diet. Before cycle I was eating 2300 calories a day.
2) Muscle Memory. I obviously lost some size cutting
3) I was only drinking about .6666 gallons of water a day before cycle; now it's closer to 1.5 gallons a day. Obviously water logged as it's impossible to gain 13 pounds of anything else in 7 days.
4) The Trenadrol has increased my bodies ability to take in glycogen. As I mentioned before, before this cycle even on 1600 gram carb loads I didn't gain more than 5 pounds over a weekend. I probably only ate 500 grams this weekend and went up 7.5 pounds.

That's all I can think of. I honestly couldn't believe it this morning. I had step on and off several times to make sure the scale wasn't malfunctioning.

I can't even begin to fathom where I'll end up.
