Anabeta/Erase Review

I'm actually doing no carbs for a month! Bad idea?
Yes, bad idea and not possible. Almost everything you eat will have some carbs in it.
You should try carb cycling. The human body needs at least 130g of carbs a day to function properly. In my opinion it doesnt matter if they are primary carbs (straight carbs from rice, breads, etc) or secondary carbs (the carbs from almonds, proteins, etc)
Also, when you go low carb youll run into the following problems:
1) low carbs will make you angry. Carbs are needed for the brain and produce a chemical that increases your happiness
2) your memory will slow down.

My suggestion is to get a grasp on your nutrition first, then add the supplements. I spent around 1 to 2 months figuring out what worked for me then added the anabeta, erase, etc.
Keep a log (i did mine on an excel sheet) and log all your cals and take notes (at 130g fat, i felt slow or at 80g carb i was more aggressive and memory lacked)

Thats my recommendation for making faster gains and saving money, lol.

Its a 10 day split meant for fat burning. For the most part, its broken down close to a 3:1:1 ratio however I change it accordingly.

I know it's impossible to cut full carbs. But I'm just minimizing my intake. Witch has lead me to anger and headaches. Was just eating eggs bacon steak and chicken. So that dident really work out for me so I'm gonna throw in almonds throughout my day tomorrow.

take out some of the other fats and replace with coconut oil...may reduce your problems...acts as a carb source due to its molecular weight and fatty acid chain. Medium Chain Triglyceride. metabolized quickly for energy

Stick with low sodium bacon if you need bacon and I would go with flank steak for your beef choice. Coconut oil is another good alternative, just be mindful of how much you use since it adds up fast.

Also, I got some more emails. The last part of the training split is posted.

Great work. I'm not surprised that Anabeta helped you out having used it myself in a MUCH less aggressive routine and diet. With what was an essentially crap diet with slightly above average training, I ended up looking better than I have compared to running back to back PH cycles with much tighter diet. Taken by someone with serious discipline like yourself, the magic is even better.

Agreed!
Im roughly 14 weeks out from my comp. Cant wait to start a 10 week cycle of PES products starting early Feb.

Post up some progress pics every few weeks
Josh, sent you a few emails. Hit me up when you have a chance.

As far as pics go, I had a friend take a few pics today with his fancy smancy camera. Im just waiting on him to send them over.
I was planning on making a 14 week journey blog that shows diet/training/etc or maybe something on facebook.
I will be taking pics ever other week and updating people on supplementing etc.

Awesome job.
Been wanting to get my hands on anabeta...

U already started with a good foundation so I'm sure that helped as well as muscle memory maybe?

U said u were eating clean how clean was the diet through out the week?

Sick transformation op. anabeta ran good for you. I want to run it on a cut some day I have only bulked on it.

I had decent muscle before i started. I mostly trained for strength. If it means anything i use to DB shoulder press 110 like it was cake (mmmmm, cake sounds bomb right now)
Anyways, as far as diet goes once i saw the changes i wanted the diet got cleaner and cleaner. Before it was all about making macros so I allowed myself fast food and just counted the calories. However, switching over to clean food (no preservatives and all that other random junk they put in those nuggets) had be making faster progress. I still cheated every once in a while, but it was within reason.

Killing it on fast food is always a win lol.
Hitting that 110 is beastly too.

Switching up the clean diet even better... I don't have that drive with diet yet.

Back on Anabeta/Erase/DAA/Vidatest
Muscle fullness is back and as well as vascularity and thirst (indications that anabeta is working for me)
currently taking 3 erase/day but thinking about bumping it up to 4 next week.

How great physique here

Only 5 days into Anabeta. Last time I ran it, it took about a week to two weeks to fully kick in.
Ill post another pic when full vascularity is in effect.

Looking lean and awesome, Chris! Got to love those effects from AnaBeta - can't wait for mine to get here to use it again! You can go up to four caps of Erase if you want - if you experience any joint issues though, just drop back down to three caps.

Thank Rosie,
Yeah, Ive ran erase at 4/day. Trying to stick with 3/day to make this bottle last longer before I dive into erase pro!

Update: Anabeta kicking in even more! 2 anabetas preworkout gets veins throughout my calves, arms, forearms and shoulders. Also have all day veins running across my lower stomach!
Eager to see what happens when I have some wine for this weeks superbowl!!!

Ahh, the beauty of wine when you are lean!

Keep up the good work, you look great.

Keep up the good work! Anabeta/Erase is about to arrive at my doorstep this week :) gonna be XMAS!

Awesome man!!! Would love to here your 4 x 10 workout in a pm. Is it the iron man magazine 4 x 10?

Yeah, its the IM 4x program. Ive also introduced FST-7 into my workouts as well.

I'd like to hear more about this workout and right now I'm at work with nothing to do. Can you point me to a place for a good read on it? Facebook is blocked here (I've seen your links to the fb page) just wondering if you knew of any other sources so I can fill my head with knowledge while being paid to do so at work ;)

In a nutshell 4X is doing an exercise for 4 sets at 10 reps each set. You start with a weight that you can do 15 reps with. On the first set you do 10 reps, rest 30 seconds, then do 10 more reps for you second set, rest 30 seconds, do 10 more for your third set (by this time you should be struggling at reps 8-10, rest another 30 sec, then do your 4th set. During your 4th set you shouldnt be able to do all ten. If you do, increase the weight next workout. With 4X you can also include POF (Position of flexion) and X-rep (mini pulse reps at failure taken at 80 max stretch of the muscle.
Ill PM you the link for the e-books.
I should be featured in Iron Man Magazine in the next few months because of this program
