Alrighty amigos,
I told you...

I'll be BACK!
So...
full disclosure - can I vent a little
negativity now?
Actually, the term negativity is a bit of a contorted misnomer as far as I'm concerned. I don't believe it's being negative when you're merely relaying information or observation, so long as it isn't constant or over-embellished. If we were meant to pretend bluebirds resided on our shoulders at all times, we wouldn't be human,
or alive at all - because we're inevitably going to encounter friction and adversity throughout the trails we blaze amidst that start and end point marked by birth and death.
Now, onto the meat and potatoes...

This last week was
retarded, mostly. OH NO, offensive wording!
Run! Obviously, I don't mean retarded as derogatory toward those who suffer permanent mental incapacitation, those individuals are subjected to a life of misery from our perspective, although the argument is valid that THEY are not aware of it. Now, if you're offended by the word retarded, then you probably
are one. So please unsubscribe from this thread. Retard.

I was forced, face in the dirt,
metaphorically speaking, to to endure an incessant meteor shower of aggravation as the past seven days paraded by in orderly fashion.

Above and beyond the usual malaise of having to work what ended up being a little over 55 hours (with obese filthy vulgar unbearable motivation-devoid lifeless co-workers), I was actually awarded and afforded the opportunity to have a DAY off (well, an afternoon off at least, but still rare)! I sat down, slid in Inception to my PS3, and it wouldn't play.
ENTER: Annoyance Ambulance!

I won't belabor this post with the laundry list of other complimenting factors that made sure to lend a hand to create this week's blah-in-review status, as a nicety to the readership, but suffice it to say that there were many more instances of infuriating scenarios and conundrums.
All this goes to say that the workouts I DID have (and after all was said and done, I only fell ONE workout short for this week - LEGS, which I WILL make up tonight meaning I still got in the entire body this week) were amazing somehow. It would be impossible, disingenuous, and simply unfair to attribute my workout success through the swamp of disappointment toward any one supplement or factor, but nonetheless I waged war, won, and basked in the ever-present soreness and muscle expansion that followed.

GOOD NEWS:
Now, let's break from that above mantra of less than stellar reporting... and share a little bit more of that gospel I referred to earlier in the week, but never got around to posting.
I found a cardboard taped-treasure-trove awaiting my arrival at home this past week, the likes of which contained a cornucopia of, shall we say orally active, constituents to be beholden and revered. 1,000 capsules of Phera Plex, 1,000 capsules of Superdrol, 1,000 capsules of EcdyMorph, and jug after jug of BCAAs and pre-workout new releases.

As it turns out, and as maddening as this might be to some to read, I have alluded to the fact previously since joining AM that I am 'connected' with some great and generous friends within the industry, and from time to time I will find these 'Lost Arcs' upon my doorstep - a single beam of heavenly light shining down. All this goes to elaborate on the fact I DO have to give some high credit to this week's awesomeness in the State of Workouts toward the ongoing administration and increased dosages of EcdyMorph (which I have long since touted and praised for years). My current final phase and last leg of my PCT/Bridge before revving the anabolic engines back up, is proving to be PROFOUNDLY POWERFUL all around: Muscle pumps, tightness, and an even noted recomp effect that was only truly seen in obvious manner once I began the EcdyMorph dosing.

Now, my friends... back to life... back to reality. Today's 12+ hour shift, as long as that sounds, is sadly the weeks shortest. Sometimes, it's all overwhelming, but life rolls on, and rising above and going beyond the often self-set boundaries so many other sheeple place on themselves, is what makes us a better built person - mind AND muscle.

-Out
PS: I saw Predators,
aka: King Kong 2, with Adam Brody and Morpheus, er, I mean Lawrence Fishburn, this week. Not bad - at least there was an obvious sense of homage given to the 1987 original, which was PHENOMENAL, and in my opinion TRULY kicked Oak's career into hyperdrive.

PPS: Need 4 Speed Hot Pursuit, on PS3 - is a killer way to unwind for the day. Those Seacrest County speeders get ****y, and SOMEONE'S gotta demolish their Porsche with a Cobra SVT cop car, right?
