An OUTSTANDING Log: The Anabolic Chronicles...

Sounds like a plan!! I will double dose on w/o days and single on non-w/o. I can't wait to see how it rolls with my Creatine Nitrate??

I'm sure you'll greatly enjoy the combined effect - no doubt.

In other news...

I just ordered a couple HCGenerate (BRIDGE was out of stock, I'm still recovering from that depressing realization) and a bottle of GEAR, both from NTBM.

I have never tried GEAR, but have always been interested, so of course stay tuned in right HERE for details and feedback! :)

Somebody make a post about ANYTHING, and we'll talk about it. Another hour and 15 minutes of work has me a little distraught.

Hey Mich! :)

I was JUST thinking about this yesterday, how I really wanted to log back on and update everyone on GEAR. I was/am excited about it, because I studied the product in DEPTH before ordering it, and I have to admit I am chock full of hope for the anabolic potentiating effects it should surely offer.

NTBM GEAR: An Initial Review

First of all, for the time being, since I am a bit of a supplement miser, I am hoarding the capsules in their revered glory, because I only ordered one bottle, and there is a 200 capsule supply inside. What I am doing is taking 3 capsules prior to breakfast, since that is a protein rich meal and sets the day's anabolism and nitrogen retention in motion - and dosing another three capsule serving prior to eating my pre-workout meal, since I believe it will once again assimilate all that protein more efficiently and specific to imparting anabolism and muscle fullness with the nitrogen retention.

Thus far, after three days of usage, what I can report is that the pumps I have felt during my lifts, has not been necessarily augmented beyond normal capacity, but it has been EXTENDED. In stead of warming up, getting a nice tight engorged feeling in my trained grouping for that workout, and then starting to slightly feel the pump taper off and even-out (or even slightly descend as I wind down the workout), I am experiencing PROLONGED muscle fullness and a SUBSTANTIAL mind-muscle connection that truly lasts from rep-1 to my FINAL set!

Unfortunately, this follows along the well traveled road I am not used to and spoiled by, regarding NTBM products... which means I not feel as though I'll be unable to break myself from this supplement as well, inflaming my NTBM addiction and further ingraining in my mind their superiority.

Every time I add in a new supplement offering by NTBM that I have yet to try, the same holds true like clock work, and it adds in one more noticeable building black of climbing that anabolic hierarchy and coming closer to actualization.

MORE TO COME...

how do you dose hcghenerate? also w/food or empty?

I love the questions! Thanks guys, keep this coming... I'm always more than happy to type away for you gents.

As far as the HCGenerate, first of all I NEVER report back something false or merely for the sake of bettering the image or sales of NTBM, so although I am of course a sponsored rep, I won't tarnish my objective views and perspectives for the simple sake of having something to write about. That being said... HCGenerate once again, rocks the boat and earns my two-thumbs up, far into the air.

I have been 'on' HCGenerate since basically the dawn of my NTBM partnership, and have enjoyed every last dosage of it. What I have done for 99% of that time, is take 3 capsules prior to breakfast, and another 2 capsules prior to bed. I should also note that for at least half of all that combined time, I have also been using BRIDGE, which I have reveled at and offered my acclaim many times over. Back to HCGenerate though, I believe the combination of spreading the dosage out during the am/pm portions of the day allows a nice even flow of active ingredients working their wizardry in the bloodstream, especially at two of the most opportune time periods each day: Upon waking, and before retiring for the evening.

Feed me more questions! :)

PS: I have some more thoughts and also some very exciting news (well, at least to me) to share with everyone as soon as I have a moment to jot everything down!

AT WHAT POINT DO YOU FEEL THE EFFECTS OF HCGHENERATE FULLY KICKED IN?

sorry for the caps-too lazy to type over, lol.

THAT'S A GOOD QUESTION... LET ME ANSWER THAT BY TYPING IN ALL CAPS, AS MY ATTEMPT AT BEING HILARIOUS AND WITTY.

Now, that being said - I feel the sexual effects of HCGenerate withing the very first week, and the restorative properties, for me, take slightly longer than most and require a minimum of 6 weeks continuous dosing at no less than 5 caps per day. :)

THANK YOU:lmao:

Restorative meaning getting your equipment back into full operating order from a cycle?

Restorative meaning getting your equipment back into full operating order from a cycle?

Haha... no, I was never unable to self-arouse ;)

I mean, restorative as in realizing previous levels of hormonal production and serum circulation; homeostasis and equilibrium as it existed pre-cycle and the introduction of synthetic exogenous goodies.

I was very busy today at work - VERY. This was the first time in as long as I can remember where I was unable to make the rounds across the forums. I wasn't even able to share my good news I mentioned earlier. Oh well, tomorrow is another day and the dawn of yet another hope-filled set of decision and circumstance that will serve 24 hours of unadulterated awesomeness!

That is what I meant Big O...getting your funk back in your junk!! Strictly hormonal, not structural.:lmao:

had to get my outstanding fix seems like its been awhile since I've been in this thread.

DON'T LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN!

Or lest I discipline you like Trump

Nothing better than a little pinch of wordsmithing. :)

that is the question:lmao:

Alrighty amigos,

I'll be BACK!

So... full disclosure - can I vent a little negativity now? Actually, the term negativity is a bit of a contorted misnomer as far as I'm concerned. I don't believe it's being negative when you're merely relaying information or observation, so long as it isn't constant or over-embellished. If we were meant to pretend bluebirds resided on our shoulders at all times, we wouldn't be human, or alive at all - because we're inevitably going to encounter friction and adversity throughout the trails we blaze amidst that start and end point marked by birth and death.

Now, onto the meat and potatoes...

This last week was retarded, mostly. OH NO, offensive wording! Run! Obviously, I don't mean retarded as derogatory toward those who suffer permanent mental incapacitation, those individuals are subjected to a life of misery from our perspective, although the argument is valid that THEY are not aware of it. Now, if you're offended by the word retarded, then you probably are one. So please unsubscribe from this thread. Retard.

Invalid Link Removed

I was forced, face in the dirt, metaphorically speaking, to to endure an incessant meteor shower of aggravation as the past seven days paraded by in orderly fashion.

Invalid Link Removed

Above and beyond the usual malaise of having to work what ended up being a little over 55 hours (with obese filthy vulgar unbearable motivation-devoid lifeless co-workers), I was actually awarded and afforded the opportunity to have a DAY off (well, an afternoon off at least, but still rare)! I sat down, slid in Inception to my PS3, and it wouldn't play. ENTER: Annoyance Ambulance!

Invalid Link Removed

I won't belabor this post with the laundry list of other complimenting factors that made sure to lend a hand to create this week's blah-in-review status, as a nicety to the readership, but suffice it to say that there were many more instances of infuriating scenarios and conundrums.

All this goes to say that the workouts I DID have (and after all was said and done, I only fell ONE workout short for this week - LEGS, which I WILL make up tonight meaning I still got in the entire body this week) were amazing somehow. It would be impossible, disingenuous, and simply unfair to attribute my workout success through the swamp of disappointment toward any one supplement or factor, but nonetheless I waged war, won, and basked in the ever-present soreness and muscle expansion that followed.

Invalid Link Removed

GOOD NEWS:

Now, let's break from that above mantra of less than stellar reporting... and share a little bit more of that gospel I referred to earlier in the week, but never got around to posting.

I found a cardboard taped-treasure-trove awaiting my arrival at home this past week, the likes of which contained a cornucopia of, shall we say orally active, constituents to be beholden and revered. 1,000 capsules of Phera Plex, 1,000 capsules of Superdrol, 1,000 capsules of EcdyMorph, and jug after jug of BCAAs and pre-workout new releases.

Invalid Link Removed

As it turns out, and as maddening as this might be to some to read, I have alluded to the fact previously since joining AM that I am 'connected' with some great and generous friends within the industry, and from time to time I will find these 'Lost Arcs' upon my doorstep - a single beam of heavenly light shining down. All this goes to elaborate on the fact I DO have to give some high credit to this week's awesomeness in the State of Workouts toward the ongoing administration and increased dosages of EcdyMorph (which I have long since touted and praised for years). My current final phase and last leg of my PCT/Bridge before revving the anabolic engines back up, is proving to be PROFOUNDLY POWERFUL all around: Muscle pumps, tightness, and an even noted recomp effect that was only truly seen in obvious manner once I began the EcdyMorph dosing.

Now, my friends... back to life... back to reality. Today's 12+ hour shift, as long as that sounds, is sadly the weeks shortest. Sometimes, it's all overwhelming, but life rolls on, and rising above and going beyond the often self-set boundaries so many other sheeple place on themselves, is what makes us a better built person - mind AND muscle.

-Out :)

PS: I saw Predators, aka: King Kong 2, with Adam Brody and Morpheus, er, I mean Lawrence Fishburn, this week. Not bad - at least there was an obvious sense of homage given to the 1987 original, which was PHENOMENAL, and in my opinion TRULY kicked Oak's career into hyperdrive.

PPS: Need 4 Speed Hot Pursuit, on PS3 - is a killer way to unwind for the day. Those Seacrest County speeders get ****y, and SOMEONE'S gotta demolish their Porsche with a Cobra SVT cop car, right?

Now..... what EVER to do with all this M1T, Methyl Dienolone, Superdrol, PheraPlex, Ergo Max LMG/Tren, and Methandrostenolone I have staring at me?

Hmmmm...... perhaps combine it with the Test-E, Test-P, EQ, and Tren-A?

Note: I cracked up when one of my friends sent me an old Exp. 2007 bottle of Methyl Dienolone, remember how hard Gaspari pushed that as 'stronger than M1T,' but they only came in 1mcg capsules.

-------------------------------------------------

PS: I received my first infraction in months today, which really upset me only because some of my most vivid and ineffable writing was deleted in lieu of a rule reference. I guess it was too difficult to keep the overarching message of my quote intact with its original integrity, and simply change the age from 18 to 21. Yeah, that's a LOT more confusing, and would have surely helped too many athletes here, and that's not the reasoning behind a forum, wait, is it?

All writing and no replies makes Outstanding an angry boy...

ATTEN HUT!

Here's a worth while quotable from a few days ago I shot down the AM pipeline in another thread I thought I'd share here, reinforcing my anabolic usage position:

I only quoted you because this was a specific post that reminded me of the overarching persistence and pervasiveness of this philosophy writ large, and is nothing personally against you by any means.

I just have to once again offer my contention that age is a moot point after any athlete reaches the age of 18, AND (emphasis on AND) is an ardent tenacious and calculating adult who is both aware of and accepting of the comprehensive circle of benefit and detriment that exists in the realm of anabolic usage - and informed on the myriad of proven methods to mitigate those unwanted physiological repercussions.

Then again, I realize I am an anomaly and exception to the usual rule that points a finger toward the stereotype proving grounds that most young men are in fact clueless maniacs hellbent on manifesting muscle without due consideration to other imperative factors existing outside their feverish endeavoring to materialize an acceptable reflection in the mirror.

Also, as I have outlined in great exhaustive detail many times over throughout the years and here on this forum, I have administered M1T and Superdrol concomitantly for months on end, and have DUAL blood tests spanning 2010 AND 2011 most recently irrevocably demonstrating the validity to my unabashed preaching of oral steroid ingestion and cycling. The stratagem I follow has NEVER yielded any eyebrow raising fluxes in either my bill of health or any measured benchmark of recovery and internal integrity.

UPDATE:

-MEGA DOSING EcdyMorph = MEGA PUMP & RECOMPING! :)

Questions

- how many caps of free reign have you been using.

I took 9/day for first month... bumped up to 12/day for past week and a half. I got in touch with a manufacturing connection I have through some of the people I have met over the years, and received a large batch from an initial run.

The results thus far have been unequaled in OTC supplementation.

That was an amazing post. Speaking of laurence fishburne...poor man's daughter did a porno and released it  I feel bad for him cause as a father he knows not only his daughter sleeps with random guys that she also made a video of it and released it :(

now back to the subject. 3,000 pills!!!! that's a hell of a bulk order.

Good updates in here Outstanding!

1000 caps of phera??!!!!!

It might have been a little over 1,000 caps... but the Phera Specifically I know was at least 1,000 ;) (Plus all the other goodies)

Thanks a lot for the great feedback guys, I appreciate it so much and also the same goes for the reps. I just enjoy this pursuit, lifestyle, and ceaseless quest - and also garner a lot of joy not only in the reps and sets, but also from the written word spelling it all out! :)

Ha, awesome man, class in session ;) I guess I could have said gather, or collect. But nahhhhhh!

sucks bout the infraction but great writing and updates none the less.that cycle looks like heaven.

No worries, I was due for an infraction... been over three months since I've had one. When you're as active as I am, trying to help other members and making long-winded detailed thoughtful posts, these things happen from time to time. In stead of simply removing whatever infinitesimal typing mistake I made in my post and moving on, they decided to give me an infraction. That's their prerogative, but it's also every member's prerogative to move on to one of the other thousand forums out there.

UPDATE:

I tried listening to Super Human Radio show online tonight... and I just... oh man... I just COULDN'T. It was near torturous. The host rarely uses any verbiage above and beyond that expected of a Neanderthal, and between virtually every word, he would smack his lips - that did it for me! I HATE when people can't speak or eat or chew gum without invading my ear canals with their sickening lack of manners.

6 Bridge 1/2 hour pre-workout...pumpalicious!!

Hey outstanding I have a quick off topic question but I decided to post it here rather than PMing you cause maybe someone else could use this information.

Consumption of fat during first meal...good idea or bad?

6 Bridge 1/2 hour pre-workout...pumpalicious!!

I've done this a few times, and have mixed feelings about it for some reason. I have had PRODIGIOUS PUMP (quote me on that)... but other times... just A PROSAIC PUMP (quote me on that too, haha)! ;)

Basically, although I have held BRIDGE in high approbation since my virgin dosage, I almost feel as if doubling the dosage isn't at proliferative as the single 3 capsule pre-workout serving. I must also admit that on days I've doubled the BRIDGE dosage, I have also doubled my other complimentary pre-workout supplementation as well, so there could have been a vaso-constriction effect with the upsurge in stimulant constituents.

Now that you bring this up, I will revisit this dosing scheme with my next workout, which will be back - a huge muscle group and able to hold an enormous amount of blood volume. I will report back!

On a side note... I did take (5) HCGenerate + (3) BRIDGE + (3) GEAR + (1g) Creatine Nitrate + (3g) Creatine MagnaPOWER earlier today before training Shoulders/Traps/Calves, and it was VERY efficacious.

GOOD! :)

As with any endeavor, it's all user and function/goal specific... but unless you're engaged in something VERY restrictive such as final phases of pre-contest preparation or attempting to minimize fat intake directly prior to a workout to enhance lipolytic efficiency... I would ALWAYS advocate fat intake (eggs + omegas are optimal) early morning upon rising.

BOOYAH.

should have stuck it out-interesting stuff about creatine nitrate and nitrates in general. steve falaci said they did tests which showed that creatine nitrate is 1000xmore soluble than mono-damn. i honestly believe that nitrates are the future.

Polyatomic ions are the wave of the future! Just ask... Howard Hughes; it wasn't jet engines he was talking about at the end of Aviator.

Invalid Link Removed

Leonardo, oh speaking of which I saw Inception for the first time last night. STOP! I just changed the subject three times in three sentences.

Invalid Link Removed

Back on track: Polyatomic ions do show a lot of promise, and I also hear from another one of my industry insider friends that a company is in the very final stages of coming out with the first ever ARGININE NITRATE! Makes sense doesn't it, can't believe no other company has done this.

Invalid Link Removed

Oh, as far as giving up on the Super Human Radio Show... yeah, it's my single most overwhelming peeve when people can't speak properly and refrain from smacking their lips like fat moo-cows doing an impersonation of Jubba the Hut slurping up slime from a straw.

Invalid Link Removed

Now... what was I saying about Inception? Also, I wanted to make an update, but I completely forget about what. Hmmmm, oh well. There were some awesome developments over the weekend, so that's huge, personally speaking. I can't disclose anything however, because I keep to myself and really don't divulge too much online.

I'll post an UPDATE... soon :)

cellcor has arginine nitrate in c4. this looks very interesting!!!! glad to see company's trying different ways to incorporate nitrates. imagine bonding a nitrate to a ph.......hmmm.

I'm on Nitrate... NITRATE! It's called Ni-two-ate ;)

UPDATE:

Just remembered what I wanted shout from the forum-tops earlier... nothing you'd want to stop the presses for, but I busted out the ole Cap-M-Quick Machine the other night and busted out a couple hundred capsules, some of which were HCA 50% that I take upon rising and prior to bed to mitigate adipogenesis.

What else?

Well, I increased my daily EcdyMorph intake to ~200mg, which is a LOT if you peruse the empirical gobbledygook. Many people don't know gobbledygook is an actual word. It should be used more. But, enough of this balderdash! ANOTHER AWESOME WORD.

Oh, if you want to know what Inception was like, you've already seen it if you're ever watched Vanilla Sky and Matrix within a week of each other. If not, put it on your Netflix Queue.

So, for now that's it. Oh, Martin Luther Kind was a Republican. Racism and oppression of minorities can easily be traced writ large to Democratic actions and policies through the generations.

You know what's gay as anal intercourse? The fact my journal is buried here in some sub-forum beneath multiple layers of irrelevant rubbish, all because I discuss steroids maybe 10% of the time once a week. Reeeeee-tarded. I write about life changing things in here, but the whole of Anabolic Mind's readership won't ever be privy to any of it, because at some point in time I talked about Tren, or M1T (GASP!). The nerve!

Invalid Link Removed

OH I'm sorry... is it just me, or am I the only one that takes time to maintain an ongoing journal in an effort to represent myself, NTBM, and my endeavoring to grow and achieve success in this lifestyle for all others to derive knowledge and motivation from, in a vivid and entertaining way?

Invalid Link Removed

Gag. Who doesn't love more rules, when they want to kill some free time, and share wisdom one another and make small talk and relax while socializing with like-minded athletes engaged in the same walk of athletic life and ambition. Who doesn't love that.

Invalid Link Removed

You know what? I'm moving on... here's my review of Inception I just saw a couple evenings ago:

Invalid Link Removed

So... yeah, Inception... where does one start. Well, it was alright, this Tom Hardy guy was a hunk, look at those eyes and note the jawline! Iit was eerily similar to Vanilla Sky, if Vanilla Sky got drunk one night and made some bad decisions with Matrix. Ummm, the lead female character wasn't that hot, and I was forced to stare at her for, well for what I think was eleven hours.

Invalid Link Removed

Uhhh, what else, there was some shooting, and the chubby scientist from Avatar was in it. He has more facial hair, so it took like 7.2 seconds to realize it was him. So... yeah, see where this is going? The dude who was in charge of putting people asleep in their Avatar tanning-beds, was also, wait for it, in charge of putting these tools to sleep. Good guys win. Unattractive moron female lead commits suicide, which was awesome - because she sucked. THE END.

Invalid Link Removed

I tried to like it, I really did... I was given such fantastical starry eyed pot-of-gold reviews by my friends, whose word I trust in and have faith in - but, fail. Was it worth watching once? Maybe. See, look at this... I'm so torn, I don't even know if it is worth the eleven hours. After the movie finished, I was like "Woooo hoo, ahhhhh yeahhhh, ahhh haaa haaaaa man, yessss!!!!" I was, for a moment, confused and tricked, thinking what I had just seen was some magical cinematic uber-unicorn! That feeling faded, about 20 minutes after I turned my PS3 and HD TV off.

Invalid Link Removed

That's it. So, yep................

i would say so.

Truly an epic thread, Im late to the party, but will be re-reading from the beginning.

thread delivers;)

Oh you guys! ;)

Hey, it's the Anabolic Chronicles... a lot going on in here other than just resistance training.

I know this thread is hard to find, since it was inserted into the anabolic section in light of some of the subject matter, so I make it a point to keep it updated and lively for anyone who joins in (and honest)!

Thanks so much RoadBlock! :)

I will update later today, I have something I've been wanting to discuss and mention, I've just been doing these 60+ hour work-weeks, and it's murder.

this is some good reading.I think your enjoy reading through from start to current.

Invalid Link Removed

What a guy! :) Thanks Mich.

UPDATE:

I leveled off at about 4.5g/day (5g max) of HCA 50% this past week (preceded by 10g/day the week before). There is a pretty strong leaning effect wrought by these extreme dosages, and I'm glad I finally took the time to bust out the capping machine and make some triple-zeroes ;)

I like em' BIG! Haaaa!

Invalid Link Removed

I strongly suggest anyone who wants to both save money and have complete control over their dosing, spend a few dollars on some raws and an encapsulation machine. There is also a very clear and present pride you can feel, while weighing and producing your own capsules.

Invalid Link Removed

Another one of my 'connections' in the industry sent me a mega-load of Cellucor products recently, which I have never used. Their P6 Testosterone Booster Extreme stacks VERY well with BRIDGE (and, plausibly DAA - but my cycle of that is completed). BRIDGE, as well, will be coming to an end in about four days, capping off an extensive over four-month cycle of PCT.

Invalid Link Removed

C's T7 product has 3,5 among other constituents, and is a very powerful product when stacked with Thermo Shock Extreme (if I'm getting any of the names or acronyms of the products confused, I don't have them in front of me and have no previous experience with them). *I should note though, that I experienced a pretty substantial and obvious drop in muscle fullness this week after starting their thermogenic/thyroid stack - EVEN while on 200mg/day of EcdyMorph! I cut back my dosages all 'round on the lipolytic-type products (those were the only ones I was taking).

Invalid Link Removed

Some thought about BRIDGE are that it remains statuesque in my mind as one of the most powerful pre-workout blood volumizing agents ever available... and is undeniably beneficial for its intended purpose (to prolong that 'on' feeling, after cycle cessation).

Invalid Link Removed

Other than that fellas....... last night, being Saturday evening and all...... included a viewing of Inception (my 2nd time) and some cornbread and chili. Inception, truly is better, the second time you watch it. Ha, my review above wasn't entirely fair or accurate I suppose, it was an artistic movie... but Chritopher Nolan included just WAY to many repeat Batman actors in this film for my liking. Even Ra's Al Ghul got in on the action!

Life is... Wundebar!

UPDATE - INCEPTION MOVIE REVIEW:
My Wanton Ways

Invalid Link Removed

Watched Inception once again, last night, and was much more impressed with the entire concept and execution. It seems as though the movie must be watched and contemplated, two or more times, to receive the full intended effect and psychological stimulation.

Invalid Link Removed

But STILL... COME ON, Ra's Al Ghul was even in this movie! I believe this movie would have been totally salvaged and placed upon high, if only LIAM NEESON would have been in it!

Invalid Link Removed

Get a new casting vision Nolan! *I MEAN, WOW, to make matters ever worse, ole' Chris Nolan is even casting T-Hard as BANE in the upcoming Batman 26, oh, I mean 3. I'm confused. Anyway, I'm not against Thomas Hardness being on screen again, by any means, and of course as a mere Anabolic Minds writing self-publisher, it's not MY prerogative to cast redundant characters in movies (it's Nolan's).

Invalid Link Removed

All in all though, Hollywood does seem to still have some tricks up the ole proverbial sleeve. I wrote the review earlier, out of a place of jest and sarcasm (obviously), trying to play on and even exaggerate upon my less-than-blown-away status immediately following my first viewing. As I already covered, I believe this movie would have been much more memorizing and awe-inspiring, had I not been told it was life-changing beforehand. I half expected some terrible form of cancer to be eradicated from the human race after sliding this DVD into my PS3.

Invalid Link Removed

So, are you HAPPY NOW Inception fans? ARE you?

A man can admit when he veers off into wayward waters... swimming into the deep end of the consequences of his inaccuracies. As we all know, I am a man, and an awesome one! Admitting I'm wrong, only establishes a new and exciting layer of wonderfulness to my overall bombasticity!
