yeah man, I'm happy with how well this is going so far...I gotta hit the scale tonight to see how things are looking.

I've been eating like crazy in an attempt to get my size and strength back, but now I wish I had focused more on leaning up a little...might cut the carbs back this next week to see if the tren can lean me down a bit.

I just started the same stack, im in week 2 right now and i was thinking i need to lean up alot more. I was on the seefood diet for a little while and its catching up with me:yikes:

Im trempted to add a low dose mdrol for 3 weeks and use the epi in weeks 5 and 6 to lean me up more...... What do ya think?

You ever use M-Drol before? I have a hard time advocating it's use... Epi was great - why not just run that for 4 to 5 weeks?
 
use your diet and training to achieve your goals, not SD! stick with your plan and make it happen.

I don't know what your experience is, but my personal thoughts...don't stack SD.

Didn't you just finish a pretty harsh cycle not too long ago? Did you take your cycle + PCT = Time off break between?
 
well, I got what I asked for!

played in my league tonight; it's a social league and I normally laugh everything off...I caught myself getting a little too intense tonight! I really had to throttle back on the aggression, and that's not my personality. hopefully this rage will ignite in tomorrows chest workout though :saevil::fingersx:

Take my advice and don't get greedy. It sounds marvelous on paper... things don't necessarily work out that way. Super is a beast in itself.

just looked at your old m-drol/tren log...did you start your current cycle straight out of PCT?

I do like epi but the **** takes to damn long to kick in for me.... which i why i was thinking about adding SD.

bud, you were in week 4 of PCT less than a month ago! 5 week cycle plus 4 weeks of PCT = min of 18 weeks between the last day of PCT and the first day of your next cycle. if you've already been ON for a 2 weeks then you couldn't have been out of PCT for more than a couple weeks before you started this run.

sounds like you're in a huge rush!

not gonna harp on you anymore, but you probably need to slow down!

Ham strings and calves are still really sore from Wed's routine, glutes are a little tight too.

I know I rushed into a cycle, but MMV3 is a tad less harsh than Tren/Epi. It is kinda like the fact I will tell my kids to not drink before 21, not fuk til marriage (daughter especially) and obey the law. I am not saying I did any of those things, but it is much safer. :lick:

I would not ever gone into a cycle of Epi, Tren, M-Drol or the bottle of The One I currently have that close to the end of PCT.

Then again, back in the day bodybuilders ran a cycle and used a short 4 week PCT as the break before starting all over again.

Incline DP Presses superset with EZ Bar Curls:

on my last rep I strained the tendon in the short head of my bicep where it connects in my shoulder - not the first time this has happened.

Pushup burnout routine - starting on the ground, I do pushups to failure. then I set the bar on the smith machine to the lowest setting and do pushups on the bar until failure. I raise the bar 1 or two notches and continue to failure, raise the bar another notch or two and repeat to failure.

Notes:
I ended up working until nearly 10 at night, I showed up at the gym at 9:45 when the gym closes at 10. Good thing I know the people there pretty well, I was able to workout there after hours...in the dark though. I think the workout would have been a little more successful, but I hadn't eaten since mid afternoon and it was a really long day!

also, I've been taking osteo sport for some previous joint issues, but the tendonitis in both my knee and shoulder seem to be making a comeback :( I'm going to start double dosing my fish oil and taking 1g of bulk cissus before bed.

weight, I weighed in at 195 today...that equates to 8 pounds in 16 days :D

I can't report any neg sides yet...libido is going up and down, but I anticipated this. I've been using the dermacrine to help with the libido and lethargy. Although, I haven't seen any lethargy yet.

Apetite has been crazy and I'm starting to see the agression!

I wish I had more time for a longer workout...I had more energy, but not more time :(

note today:
appetite is through the roof! had torrent post workout and then dinner about an hour later...a 1.6 pound steak (weight included the bone though) with brown rice and some grilled veggies. an hour later I was still hungry!

this morning I ate breakfast (4 eggs, ww french toast, turkey bacon); 2 hours later I was starving! killed off a container of muscle milk and oats and an hour later I was super hungry again...I'm out of food in my office :( counting down the minutes until lunch time!!!!

also, today is the first day that I can tell my BP is a little high. I had to be at work at 6am today...I had half a cup of coffee and my head started to hurt and I felt a little ill.
 
Do you have any support supps for bp?

was a long day! worked from 5:30am to 6:30 pm and then hit the gym. I was lucky that I packed pleanty of food for work today! I'm really impressed with my numbers considering my day and I could feel that I was going to have a great day in the gym as soon as I stepped in the door.

I can't call most of these numbers PR's, but I haven't seen many of these numbers for a long time...I'm truly pleased!!!!

also, I've been noticing a bit of a rush a few minutes after taking the Liquidrone and the havoc...don't know if it's a placebo, but it's a great feeling (hope I don't get addicted).

extra side note:
I'll find out tomorrow, but my business trip might get pushed out a few more days (again)...if it does, then I'm looking forward to running this full term!

yep, trip is getting postponed another week or so...I'm guessing that I'm going to leave on the 10th now.

I've got another 10 days to finish this run and get my PCT started! I'm really excited because I feel like I have so much momentum right now :firedevil:

I'm increasing my CS to 3 servings/day instead of 2 until I can get to the supp shop for some celery seed extract.

I spent my whole workout focusing on slow movements to keep my knee in check. I'm not very pleased with the numbers, but I'm pleased that I was able to walk when I left the gym this time :D

also, I'm starting to notice some acne...I've got some painfull pimples on the back of my kneck and my forehead. I'm not sure if this is from the dermacrine or the liquidrone/epi though.
