Whats your carbs at? 100g? Maybe drop 10-20g more and up the protein/fat?

That's very low carb it self. I dropped some of my protein cause I was at 1.5-.7g/lb. But I also lost size which I'm sure no one wants to.

i thought my carbs were low enough i think they are around 30 or maybe 50 tops and fat is like 70-80 and protein like 220

Workout
Haha guys today kinda sucked and it wasnt cuz of the workout. let me explain. so started with no energy in the morning so i took some creatine and a capsule of EPH 100(sample) for a pick me up and it worked great actually. i set a new PR on jump knee tucks which i absolutely hate, i was able to do 30 in 30 secs i was proud of that. seems like everythin went well right?... WRONG!!! so had some nutrapro for post after plyos then had my post meal which was almonds, an apple, 2 tilapia fish filets, almonds. and then after an hour i went to the park to do some sprints i felt good, that wouldnt last though. so i started a warm up lap, then i started doing the 120yd sprints and at about the 4th one my lunch decided to come out and play. Yes fellas i puked at the park, it just came up i couldnt hold it backed i didnt feel it coming up until it was out it happend so quick i was kinda shocked and not onyl that there was a bunch of people looking at me asking me if i was okay which was effin embarrassing. even after that i finished most of my workout i dont stop just cuz i puke. so yeah this sucked

Training so soon after eating can do that to you. If you're going to train after eating, then eat something LIGHT, LOL - or give yourself another hour before training, especially if you're going to do something as intense as sprinting . . .

i know the only reason i did it after one hour was because it felt very light and i thought it was down but i guess not so from now on im gonna wait like 2 hours to do my training.

Workout
TODAY I DIDNT THROW UP!!! YAY!!! haha, so i did ab ripper x and then popped out 20 on the ab roller machine, then went and hit a mile. pretty good workout i took 1 capsule of rx6 (it was a sample i had) so i took it and it got the job done also took a scoop of anadraulic pump pre and it gave me ab pumps during ab ripper x and it gave me calf pumps during cardio. the problem was during cardio the pumps on my calfs were hurting mainly my left leg had a major pump and it was kinda hurting so i called it quits after a mile. But other than that it was a good day.

idk whats wrong wit me guys im still the same havent drop a lb i think im gonna stay like this maybe im eating too much even though i feel like its a lil. maybe my scale is broken idk. who knows but i do look good as i am so i wont complain much but i am a lil discouraged that i havent been progressing although i got to say my strength is still pretty good it hasnt dip as much as i thought it would especially since im susceptible to that during cuts, im not even gonna lie i look good im so confident right now ive never been like this. but ill weigh myself tomm see what i come in and ill do it the very last day too.

Workout
Did plyos only today i had to toughen it out again cuz my left leg was killing me i would hurt me badly when i would land on the left leg but i still got through it, cuz im a straight G like that ;). had an okay workout again today i hit 30 reps on jump knee tucks its getting way easier i really like how long i have come since i began this. I might even miss this on my upcoming bulk but i am very proud of myself. But i did have a good workout nonetheless, good sweating good reps. However plyos is all i did today mainly because of my left leg wouldnt let me.

Diet

and a bout half a handfull of french fries

i would like to add that this meal kinda took me by surprise and i almost threw up. Also i felt so guilty i felt like i had murdered my whole family or something horrible like that, it really amazed me how much psychological damaged it did.
