Haha Yah. I pre mixed it in my mini shaker and set it on my night stand. I literally turned my alarm off and immediately grabbed the alphamine to drink still while in bed this morning.
Thats a pretty good idea. I wake at 4am to workout, this might work for me.
Got up @ 430 this morning. When you wake up that early to workout you're usually on a pretty tight schedule, every second counts. Even when it comes to putting down your first 1.5 scoop of alphamine for the day![]()

Early morning workouts rule. The same 7 people are in mt gym at that time, and the free weight section is practically all mine. Plus after work i dont have to worry about working out and can do whatever i please.

Yup. Same here except for me its after school I get the rest of the day to study/homework/kick it. I hate being in a packed ass gym not being able to get what I want to get done. Therefore, 430 is well worth it.
I can't do the gym in the morning on alphamine, it makes for a very sweaty day at work.
Me too...but I sweat a lot at work anyhow. I don't get to stay at my desk for long, my job is a combination of office work and chemical work with large amount of raw materials, some of which needs to be manually added.

Hey alphamine pros- in currently taking 1.5 in the am and then another scoop 5 hours later which is after my workout/during feeding window- my question is- HOW FAR AWAY FROM FOOD SHOULD I BE DOSING MY LAST SCOOP? Thanks!
It says 15-30 mins before breakfast in am.. So is 30 minutes (on an empty stomach) before a meal general rule of thumb, or is alphamine MORE EFFECTIVE if taken on empty stomach like an hour or two away from food?
I've been on alphamine off and on since release, i still don't take more than 1.5 scoops.

I think it was the yohimbe, i never used it before. I am fairly acclimated now. I am looking forward to starting my cut and using alphamine again.
The yohimbine alkaloids in Alphamine wont give you negative effects like yohimbine hcl. I've taken both and I never noticed the negative effects from yohimbine hcl.

Ive never been a fan of Y HCL...it would be hard for me to formulate a product that I wouldnt love
We price ourselves on extractions. AnaBeta, Alphamine, Enhanced, Erase Pro, all with extractions that took a lot of time and testing to get right. We dont pull the typical send an email to a china company who has it for sale method
I enjoyed 2 scoops, 1 scoop 5 hours later when I took it. Occasionally I got a little stimmed out, but nothing I couldn't handle. After a week or so I adjusted to it.
I will say the first time I took it I started straight with 2 scoops, and about an hour later though to myself, "man you just made a huge mistake". I was shaking, sweating bullets while sitting around and doing nothing. Took about 5 hours to wear off. I scaled back to 1 scoop twice a day for a week, then upped to 1.5 scoops for another few days, then went to two.
I 100% mean this in all honesty I think addicted to alphamine now. Which is weird because at first i thought it was just another "just ok" stim sup. but now I HAVE to have it in the mornings with my breakfast. Seriously I might have to pass a drug test soon...should I be worried? (Not srs about the last part)

What I have noticed is some surge of energy then lots of sweat during training. Very warm and euphoric most of the day
