I've been using anabeta for about 6 weeks at zero, 2 or 4 a day (depending on carbs/calories for that day). so some days on, some days off....then I will be running ABE at 3 caps per day for 7-8 weeks solid....then wanted to run OG anabeta again for 8 weeks of a lean bulk cycle immediately after that. so that would be like 5 months or so of some kind of use of AB or ABE. not sure if that is so bad? at least the first portion was off and on, the 2nd portion will be ABE and only 3 per day, and the final portion will be a full dose all the while.....so not full blown use all the time...

I think that is far too long for anabeta/elite..

I think u would just see diminishing returns after 8 weeks.. And from experience, ten weeks was essentially worthless..peak results came weeks 2-6 increasing weekly, then plateauing.. 8 weeks max followed by 4 off.. Your body will thank you and your results will be consistent. More is not better here IMHO.. If u take some days off, I SUPPOSE u could get away with 10-12 weeks... But 5 months (20 weeks).. No man.. lol

I am not sure how long before someone's results would diminish if they are not using it everyday though. I have never tried this.

I think for me 12 weeks was too long as they did diminish.

Although with honesty, although they felt diminishing once I stopped and my vascularity disappeared I realised it was still having an effect. I hate having time off it and bought three bottles of Natadrol just to entertain me enough so I don't cut my break short and jump back on again lol.

Well the Abe and OG are still essentially the same dose of the main active (dint have the name off hand) so it's basically like 16 weeks
Anabeta and just the cort control + coleus for however long your cut is, in the end it's still 16 weeks of the main anabeta ingredient

But again.. The zigzag dose is probably uncharted territory.. And definitey a feasible approach

Yeah I know....that was my concern of course....too much time on one ingredient . Should have gotten the forskolin separate but I am stubborn and figured to run the Abe. Didn't realize at the time how long I would be on it. Also on 7/11 so Cort control overkill too. Having no such sides though.

I have recently been playing with high purity 4-hydroxyisoleucine

So far I have found it does not change my fasting glucose levels but it is great when used with meals

I also use them during a cut....just less frequently. If you are low carbing that day then maybe center the dose around the highest carb meal (if there is one) or just the highest calorie meal. On a cut Usually low carb = 1 dose for me higher carbs = several doses. The Ala I take ED regardless though even on a cut.

Awesome info bro, definitely considering incorporating this into my cut. The wife is bitching about having too many supps now, so that will help me knock out the Glycobol. If she's bitching now, I feel bad for her when we get closer to the PH ban in a week or so. lol

My girlfriend has no issues with rauwolscine but responds very badly to regular yohimbine due to its effects on the sympathetic nervous system. I know the stimulant effect of Alphamine has been described as a clean, but is SA2-A™ closer to rauwolscine or yohimbine in its effects on the sympathetic nervous system?

I like Alpha T-2. The first day I took I did felt a little anxious but after that it was smooth sailing. I'm thinking Alphamine is gonna be much better than AT2 though. I'm gonna lose so much fat people won't recognize me!. That is good though because I like to stay in the shadows and not be seen in public. When people talk to me in the gym it mostly ruins my workout. Sure I say hello, but that's about it, I'm not there to talk. Just stay away from me and don't talk to me is all I ask at the gym. If I rest too long between switching exercises that just ruins my rhythm.

It's a past time of mine. lol I do feel I will probably end up with more SD and Epi than I'll be able to use though.I grabbed several cycles worth of Orastan last week because it's getting harder and harder to find at a decent price and I've heard great things about it for bodyfat. Now watch.....I'll do SD and hate it and end up with a ton of it. lol

I think I will like it judging by its profile....but I already stocked up on some epi earlier in the year....and just now stocked up on SD. I don't think you can go wrong with epi and SD....just gotta find the dosage that works best for you, that is the hard part....takes a little experimentation.

Epi is probably my all time Fave. It's so versatile and I feel like a million bucks on it. I need to grab a few more Epis though. I have 2 bottles of SD. I've never used it myself but love reading about the gains. I don't like the feeling like shyt part tho. Lol
