Hey Live, I thought it might have been possibly caused by preacher curls. Either preacher curls, wrist curls, or triceps press downs. How long did your pain last?. You might recover faster than me though because I think you are a lot younger.

It lasted about a month but that was because I was cycling and pushed through the pain instead of resting. I still worked biceps for about 2 weeks with the pain and finally I said screw it and quit them for about 2 weeks. It ended up slowly going away and I haven't had it come back again.

Wow a whole month. I guess its good that I'm taking this entire week off. Hopefully it doesn't take that long for mine to heal.

Could be, but I doubt it could share any limelight of the success that Black Liver has brought to the market. I think it's just a cheap knockoff. Maybe we should get Ron to patent it.

Yea like I said I was stupid and tried to keep lifting through it and I think that is why it made it so bad. I would grip preacher curls and when I went to set the bar down it would be hard to unclamp my fingers from the bar because of the pain and stiffness.

I think that might denature the chemical ethyl bond at the 1,4 position thus negating the potent anabolic properties associated, thereby discrediting the whole product.

What if the DAA we use is 100 times more effective then regular DAA though! I'm pretty sure it has a different chemical ethyl bond!
