That's what we do man! Get in here, stop by from time to time : ) Its cool to have a network of like minded people. I would say the majority of people that don't lift don't understand it. Shít a lot of people in my generation are still doing blow, X and getting drunk every night, its pathetic but, it is what it is!

So... I wanted a supplement break... I kinda tool 1. All I have been using on/off past few days is creatine, a pre w/o, SLINshot, Fat Smack XR, & agamatine.

Want to burn some body fat, but for what ever reason my appetite seems to be kicking up more now and I think I want to go back to adding size.... :( thinking about getting back on something. You know the feeling. Doubt I'll do it though.
