Sorry about needing to take the time off but that cold really trashed me! I'll be hitting up the gym today and will update later on!
Yep! I'll open it up for just a few of us...
On another note, after this log is finished i plan on firing up a Swole Stack / Testalensis combo to see what kind of crazy results i get. Obviously i'll be throwing in some pre-workout and some HGHpro for some sleep aid. Can you say super natty stack!!!

Notes:
- bodyweight is currently sitting at 231 in the morning
- strength has been maintained even at this lower bodyweight
- Triangle stack has been giving me absolutely sick pumps in the last few workouts and energy has been endless! Body Mortar CF has been great as well but i'm really wondering what the carb version is like! Been damn happy with my RecoverPro as well! Both have great taste and mix well if you let it settle a bit.
- Cardio and abs were done today...Find both boring so i will not comment on it!
- shoulders and triceps tomorrow...Hopefully i'll be able to get in there with Jord!
ya, i'm quite happy with it actually....Really backed off on late night meals and carb cutting off before 6:30. Seems to be working.
So just curious, with everyone jumping on the "Lean Gains and Intermiten Fasting" Bandwagon, are you going to start doing that as well? I want to, but when I start my Ripping up phase I'm just going to do it old-school, what has always worked for me in the past, personally! Now I do plan on giving it a try once I'm ripped to see if I can use it to put on some mass while maintaining my low BF!

I will however try lean gains in the future as i've been real impressed with some of the results! But with things working well right now, i'm sort of in a "if it isn't broken then why fix it kind of attitude". I will however be watching Jord's results closely!

I have DOMS galore from saturday's workout! Sitting down to take a crap is a challenge right now...
Same here. Brendan is whining that all the abductor work made him pull something and he is never doing it again. Ha, ha... what a wussy. I saw a vid of a leg workout I want to try. Front squat a weight for reps. When you gas out, rack it and then lift it off and do the same amount of reps on back squats. Looks challenging. Training at 11:30 today if you can make it.
