Well, all i can say was today was an awesome training session! Had solid group of people banging away at the weights with some hard hitting tunes cranked! Was damn nice to have the gym to ourselves today. Trained back and it was damn good to get back at it!

Reverse Grip Pulldowns 220x5 / 260x5 / 300x5 / 235x2+1 Assisted with a nasty negative

NOTES:
- took an extra 2 pills of Hypertrop-x and holy hell did it crank my energy and pump up! I think i found my new dosing protocol. 6 total for me...
- pump in my lats today was absolutely sick today
- going to restart cardio this week and start cranking up the ab work to protect my lower back a bit more
- Body Mortar CF is still kicking ass taste wise but it's still not my fave...
- the way this workout went, i'm sure i'm done with flu
- didn't end up training with jord today as i really wanted to train back today
- chest / biceps will be trained tomorrow!
 
On another note, after this log is finished i plan on firing up a Swole Stack / Testalensis combo to see what kind of crazy results i get. Obviously i'll be throwing in some pre-workout and some HGHpro for some sleep aid. Can you say super natty stack!!!

Probably a hybrid of Maniac and something else....I love combining pre's to get a great energy / pump combo!

ya, i'm quite happy with it actually....Really backed off on late night meals and carb cutting off before 6:30. Seems to be working.

So just curious, with everyone jumping on the "Lean Gains and Intermiten Fasting" Bandwagon, are you going to start doing that as well? I want to, but when I start my Ripping up phase I'm just going to do it old-school, what has always worked for me in the past, personally! Now I do plan on giving it a try once I'm ripped to see if I can use it to put on some mass while maintaining my low BF!

Yah lots of stuff works but why not make it easier... that's the big thing for me this method is simple and I get to eat more fun food... Oh and extra calories too... There is now way I would be losing much weight donng these cals using a regular diet...
 
Actually things seem to be working well right now for me so i'm going to keep going with what i'm doing. I will however try lean gains in the future as i've been real impressed with some of the results! But with things working well right now, i'm sort of in a "if it isn't broken then why fix it kind of attitude". I will however be watching Jord's results closely!

Most of the results have been in my crotch and glutes so make sure you watch very closely when we are training!:op:

Agreed, Jordan and I seem to share very similar genetics, so I too will be watching his results very closely and base my decision on his progress and results! Oh... his results, not his crotch, that is your dept. Panthro!

Same here. Brendan is whining that all the abductor work made him pull something and he is never doing it again. Ha, ha... what a wussy. I saw a vid of a leg workout I want to try. Front squat a weight for reps. When you gas out, rack it and then lift it off and do the same amount of reps on back squats. Looks challenging. Training at 11:30 today if you can make it.

Mine is pretty quiet too. Maybe because it is not some huge mass gainer or fat loss product. The stack is quite effective in between any test boosters or PHs. It is nothing too crazy: a preworkout, an intra-workout, and the HypertropX, but it is very effective. I believe the HypertropX is the key supp here since I have used similar products as Body Mortar and PumpFixx.
