AI's always on my mind. D2footballjrc (half sponsored log) w/blood work.

There's no shame in keeping a diary man....Fl3X tells me he writes like 2 full pages in his everynight...

If anyone is interested in my weight loss to date here you go. Be nice, I'm getting there, starting to see a lot of definition in arms, shoulders, and chest. Crazy enough the last 3 weeks has been a lot of progress.

Holy CRAP!!!!! Great work and dedication, my man. How much cardio are you doing each week? Anything unique about your diet?

Have you hit any plateaus? If so, how did you break through? Supps/change routine/change diet?

VERY INSPIRATIONAL

VERY INSPIRATIONAL

I have hit a couple plateaus and they tick me off, basically I just work harder and keep at it. It's got to break sooner and later and it does. Diet wise I follow the Spike84/ Body for life method, where once a week I spike my cals high to replenish my body and keep my metabolism high.

I do about 30-45 minutes of cardio a day. I lift EOD for 1-2 hours following a 5X5 HL system.

I started off with no supplements, added mutlivitamin, then fish oil, then protein powder, 30 days in I added BCAAs and then 60 days in PWO, then 90 days in I really started to get into supplements. I will say the last almost month has been insane the transformation my body has made. My wife and people around have noticed. I've went from being the fat kid to a guy that people are starting to be like, whoa dude, you are really changing how you look. It's really increased my self esteem which was shattered when I went to a Dr. Office and they couldn't even weight me because I weighed too much. I had to go and buy a scale that went up to 400 pounds, I knew I had to do something. Funny enough I've came to love the gym, I never did before, even in school and sports. I have a burning desire to be big, strong, and fast for life.

Yeah, but does he keep his diary in a satchel? Indiana Jones has one!

Interesting thing lately. Since I started taking Fish Oil and working out my BP has continued to drop drastically. I started out with BP of high 140s/90s (August and Sept 2011). I got checked 3 times over the last week and its been 111/56, 107/49, 109/53. Before that its been in the 120s (Oct.-Dec.). They told me my BP is a bit low now, should I start doing Fish Oil EOD?

That's great news

Wow what a day, Gym was packed and I got possessive of the machine I was using. I did a lot more sets then usual on one machine to stop a d-bag from using it fast after he made some comments. Ended up being a boss today and my HRM watch cut my arm/wrist at the gym lifting really good. I went to the bathroom and fitness taped it tight and finished working out like a man. When I got home I noticed it was still bleeding, I whipped out the good ole' super glue and glued it shut. I don't need no Dr. on it! Work has been long and hard.

Looking good JR ... awesome workouts! :)

Keep killing it, you're doing amazing!

Down another .6 pounds today. I have to go to a homecomming game tonight with the wife so I will miss doing some cardio. It's all good. I'll hit it up tomorrow morning before I start my spike day!

Not sure how I missed this. Amazing transformation so far bro keep it up!

9 hours sleep some nights....what's that like???

Sub'd from here on out!

Side note I'm sending your parcel out tomorrow.

congrats on the new pr on the deadlift and good work on everything, keep hammering away.

I don't know if the lack of lifting for 3 days was the cause, or if the fact the Dr. offices drew blood twice on my check up visits today. I have psoriasis (Skin disorder) and today was my 3 month checkup and injection (Stelara) which they draw blood where they check for infections and all that jazz. (Which is nice because I always know how anything is effecting my body), I also had my blood drawn by my normal Dr. for the testosterone test, and he goes ahead and does a full blood work up on the rest. (To see if I got my calcium and cholesterol up.) I couldn't get close to any PR's today or even what I lifted a couple days ago. All my lifts was off about 10 pounds today. I pushed through them all, been really missing pre-workouts and I have quite a few on the shelf. I might do a lose dose in the future if I need some motivation.

NSV (Non-scale victory), today at the Dr. office though the nurse that gives my injection told me that she was having a hard time in my arm finding a spot to inject since I've grown a lot of muscle in my arms. It's a SubQ (Fatty tissue, under muscle) injection, she ended up giving me the shot in my stomach. I tell you what though, having someone feeling your arms and telling you something like that.... EGO FULLY Charged, feelsgoodman.jpg! Dr told me as well that losing all this weight will most likely make my psoriasis go even further into remission. Was a good appointment.

On to joint pain, I'm going to try to do Erase Pro EOD from now on, The joint pain is still pretty strong and defined when lifting. I lifted through it but I think Erase Pro is a bit strong for me to do every day. I know Erase I had lowered the dose a tab so I am thinking EOD Erase Pro will be the route. Which is good news because then it lasts longer even.

I am very happy with my log so far! I thank AI Sports again for such a great opportunity! I should have blood work back on Friday and will be sharing it!

Today was a good day at the gym even if just cardio. Ive stuck with my daily goal of 1k calories burnt by exercise and besides off day, I've hit that every workout day. I've learned the key to the gym is all about attitude, some days you might not be feeling it, but you just have to have the attitude that you own that place. Keep kicking ass and taking names. If you take it easy you are taking easy way out. I don't just want to be skinny or o look good in the mirror. I was to be a damn champion were ever I go. I might not be but I want o carry that attitude whenever I'm working out. I can't control bad days but I can control my days at the gym! Keep your heads up if you are reading this and keep pumping that weight!

Great attitude, keep killing it! You've accomplished a lot but you WILL accomplish your goal, be a champion!!!

Been 2 days, starting to get the itch to lift heavy pretty bad. Probably better for me then I would like to think with how sore I've been as of late. Super happy with the results of the stack so far. I want to mention a supplement that I haven't gave a ton of love. 3z, I will be placing an order of more soon. I have 2 sample packs left as my bottle is out. I didn't even think about that, but I've slept great since getting on 3z. I will be without a bottle for a little week so I will see what kind of difference it makes. It was one of the supplements I was most skeptical about but has been huge on how well it works.

Side note, lost 2.5 pounds this week!

Definition is getting there more and more.

I entered the SAN body transformation contest. I know I have little chance of winning seeing some of the pictures in the past. I figured it would give me another reason to keep on pushing. I'll set up a 30 day strength test so I can compare over the next 60 days.

Bodybuilding is a personal challenge, so any changes should be for the best . . . therefore you cannot lose. Keep up the great work!

I just received some very sad news. A teacher, friend, and church member of mine has passed away today. He was running/finished another half marathon and had a heart attack. It is a huge loss and I'm having a heavy heart today. I'm going to go to the gym, but I plan on going over and helping the family out so it'll be a short trip. The man has helped shaped me in many ways over the years. Truly a huge loss.

Sad news indeed. But also grateful that you had someone like that in your life. Some people say I am cold-hearted, I just look at the bright-side and remember the good times, and how fortunate I was to have known the person vs dwelling on the fact they are gone.

Take out some aggression in the gym this week . . . it's a great outlet!

First night without 3z was interesting, maybe just the placebo of not having it. I did wake and roll around a bit which I hadn't done in awhile. Strength hasn't went up much since I set PR's last week. One thing I notice from taking measurements is I'm down about .5 inches this week in stomach, chest, and neck. Jeans are fitting better.

I need a good day at the gym tonight. One of those days where that is just where you want to go to tear off some steam.

I hear ya JR - I need to go in and test some of my max's ... see what's up with them. I like Fri/Sat for throwing around weights, when the gym is empty and I can do what I want :D

Today is a Lemonhead kinda day! ;)
