Airborne PCTs with Athletix to rock them GAINS!!!

Well since I got bumped from the advon flight to JRTC and moved onto main body 1 on Sunday I decided that's a few more days to hit the gym.

I took one of the workouts from the WS4SB program, because it is one of my favorite programs. Today I did Repetition upper body.

DB Floor Press: 3x MAX (I do 2x 8-12 and by total failure)
50x11, 55x12, 65x11 (explode up, slow down, complete rest at bottom)

Superset: chin-ups x face pulls 3x8-12 (same as before)
Bwx8, Bwx8, Bwx9
70x8, 90x8, 120x10 PR

DB Military Press: 4x8-12
30x8, 40x8, 50x6, 45x8

Superset DB Shrugs x BB curls 3x8-10
50sx8, 60sx8, 80sx12 (losing my grip)
60x8, 70x8, 80x6 (strict as fuark)

Now this may not seem like much to some here but it has been a while since I've done most of these lifts and I felt strong and energized all the way through.

My preworkout was 1/2 scoop of CL Marinade and 1 scoop of AC ConDense. The blend was f***ing perfect bro! I was full of energy and the pump was awesome! I've been waiting for my log to end so that I could stack these two and it definitelydidn't disappoint, if you haven't done it yet you NEED to!

Strength is going up! Bodyfat is decreasing! I'm getting hips again. 260. So +13 pounds! Muscle is still dense and there... I've been tryin to cut bf tho so its working. I have incorporated Alphamine into the mix.

My vascularity is prominant! The tightness of my skin has been noticeable. No gyno so its doin the trick. Nice leaning effect with density. Shoulder seems to be doin better! Btw I'm doin 6 a day now and I can tell a difference. No joint pain.

Recovery is fast!!! Take 2 with pwo meal and 2 with dinner. Libido is still on the rise! Lovin it ;-)

Lol oh I remember...AB can't weigh 270 though..cuz Arnold was 235 and AB looks nothing like him...lol. Some people's kids man I tell ya!

Few broads depends on the night ;) mostly 3 some time more. I get in for free I know all 5 managers including the cop so no money come out of my pocket unless it dinner.
