Back to gym today as well as work. Chest and Tris! Gonna see if I can push as much weight as I have been. Won a tub of Focus XT that came in yesterday. So gonna lay off the stims till ConDense gets here

Most advice you see is very generalized "what should work" but on reality we are all different and require our own methods.
