Airborne PCTs with Athletix to rock them GAINS!!!

Back to gym today as well as work. Chest and Tris! Gonna see if I can push as much weight as I have been. Won a tub of Focus XT that came in yesterday. So gonna lay off the stims till ConDense gets here :-) let's do this!

Thank you bro! I give credit to Athletix as well as ManBeast.
ManBeast would have told me to not lift heavy first two weeks but I did lol and I'm holding strength and size :-) lifting light last time and moving on last time I kept size but not strength throughout pct.

Pct is for recovery not making gains. As for lifting heavy I would say that's dependent on the person. For AB it works, as for others some don't even lift the first week. Most advice you see is very generalized "what should work" but on reality we are all different and require our own methods.

Well as you know your body gets shut down from all natty hormones so when you come off your recovery is gonna be ****. Stimulation not tear the f up

Pct's gonna be hard for me lol I just want to lift heavy when I walk In the gym I can't help it haha

Well I'm gonna meet the team. Ima keep my same workout routine till pct is done and then off to powerlifting
