AE and TN team up with Progestin

Good stuff! I am noticing the urge to flex my muscles every once in a while. Not all of the time but sometimes I just want to push or pull on something for no reason, or just contract & squeeze the muscle.

Underhand chins 5 sets
BB Rows 4 sets
DB rows 4 sets
Wide grip chins 4 sets

Hammer curls 5 sets
1arm preacher 4 sets

Vascularity was off the charts, strength was good and once again energy was excellent. I am going to be spent tomorrow, just drove all the way back to work (45 minutes) to go to a meeting tonight. The progestin has allowed me to work exceptionally hard, so now I am beat as hell

all of the logs are positive, you guys are really making me want to try it.
 
So far so good Big T! Nice and mellow so far. Almost had a calve pump earlier during an impromptu run. Could have just been a serious pump but it had me worried for a second. Although I think in the end it was probably just an intense pump since it went away pretty quickly once I started walking.

at least it wasn't a charlie horse in the thigh-i get those sometimes during sex-believe me it really ruins the moment, lol.

Was only able to get in a modified chest w/o with limited time, but the numbers were quite good

Incline BP 7 sets
Blast strap pushups 5 sets
Flat flys 4 sets
Incline flys 4 sets

Will be able to update more about more noticeable affects after shoulder day today.

Energy is still quite noticeable, as is the vascularity. Yesterday was not a strength day per se, but I am still noticing my ability to move decent weight

i never had a/c at any school i went to including hs, hell i went to college in the philipines and didn't have a/c there either, lol.

Everything is rolling along quite nicely actually. Will update sat-Monday workouts this afternoon. Been a crazy weekend. My wife had plans for us every day so I have not been around as much as I would have liked. Almost looking forward to going back to work.
 
So on Sat and Sunday I hit my normal back/bi and chest/tri routine

Now, I have been slightly under the weather recently, but what I have noticed is that my weight has actually leaned out further (195lbs) and my strength is slowly making increases, well over 300lbs on flat bench and sets @ 275lbs on incline. So this has taken on a recomp for me, as I notice that this product truly becomes dependent upon diet.

I've had a few rough pumps here and there, interestingly with the rotator cuff and pecs. The pecs cramped on me during both of the last 2 chest/tri workouts. It was enough to make me stretch twice between sets instead of just once. I can't honestly recall ever having calf pumps but I have experienced back pumps a few times on other cycles. So far, I haven't even had the urge to dip into the taurine so it's been friendly to me so far.

I am in bucks county near the NJ border.

I also agree, I have not had any pump issues of note thus far, so it has been very friendly.
 
Had another great workout today. Tried to vary my back routine a bit and alter the order in my exercises for bis

Wide grip chins 5 sets
Hanging inverted rows 5 sets
DB Rows 5 sets
Underhand chins 5 sets

1arm preacher 4 sets
Hammer curls 4 sets
Zbar curls 4 sets

Pump was excellent as was the energy. If I had to summarize the last 3 weeks + I would look at the progestin as an excellent energy supplement that seems to aid in pumps.

AE, I know you were trying to get back in it. How would you rate your physique changes compared to what you would have gotten just getting back into it without the progestin? How much LBM would you think you have gained. Seems close to 3 lbs for most of us so far.
 
I would say roughly 2lbs lbm. I am actually down in weight, but strength is up. That is a great combination
 
Nice! Seems we have a good decent strength yet mild on sides PH here. I am beginning to notice the signs of shut down though. Libido is in spurts now, where no interest at all then can't think of anything but. Testicles are not as full either. Just more proof that this is doing it's dayum thang!

Awesome workout again yesterday afternoon. I focused a tad more on muscular endurance than I did on strength, as I really just wanted to fatigue the sh!t out of the muscle

Incline BP 8 sets 2 sets @ 255lbs for 6-7 reps
Flat BP 5 sets
Incline flys 4 sets
Flat DB press 4 sets

JM press 5 sets
French Press 4 sets

Was sweating like a stuck pig when done with this workout and all I wanted to do was lay down. Bear in mind I finished this in under 45 minutes.

Pump on arms was outrageous. I also decided to throw in some work on forearms as well and it really got the veins pumping.

you got lucky-when i have pillow issues it's my neck that stiffens up!!!

Changed up my routine abit today for chest/tris. Did a bit of giant set work for triceps. Fatigued the bejeezus out of my triceps, strength was solid but the focus was a bit different. My wife actually commented to me on my vascularity. Veins are popping everywhere :)

As I start to wind this down (I believe this is done by the end of the week) I am going to give an overview writeup of my experiences

Had a moderate leg workout yesterday, as once again I was tied up in a meeting after work. I will say that I had some energy, it is just difficult when I get up at 4am and cant workout till after 6pm.

BigT, my reference was to how I had energy but again it was not entirely overwhelming. It is not the same as a pre w/o per se, but still a noticeable feeling

i feel you on workout time, i get up at 9pm, at work at 11pm, get off at 7am, and in the gym at 9am-so i am close.

I am with you. It has become increasingly more difficult, and there is a distinct chance it might become busier soon

I sympathize with you guys. Working in a HS I hear a lot of this all the time. Drives me friggin insane.

That and "I know!" when confronted about something. My reply usually to that is "Bull****, if you knew you would act accordingly, and we would not be having this conversation WOULD WE!???????????????????" :frustrate
