I have been lifting for about 8 years now, off and on. After my first two years away at college (Michigan State), I was pushing 240lbs. It took me a lot longer than I would have liked to realize that I had gotten disgustingly fat. I gained more than 50lbs since my senior year of high school during football season. I made it a goal to get back into the same sort of shape that I was in while in high school. Since then, I have turned my sights more towards recreational bodybuilding and have been lifting more seriously for the past three years or so with some injury struggles.

Just a few weeks ago, I took 2 weeks off and completely revamped my workout routine because I was at a point where I stopped seeing gains. With the holidays and the weather, I was feeling like complete garbage and my gym sessions suffered as a result. I've followed some reviews of your products and became very interested. I think this logging opportunity would be the perfect catalyst for my new training protocol to be a complete success...

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): 4-day split as follows -
Day 1: Quads, Calves and Forearms
Day 2: Shoulders and Traps
Day 3: Back, Hamstrings, and Biceps
Day 4: Chest and Triceps

4 sets of 16, 12, 8, and 4 reps respectively

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
15-20min. Elliptical w/ HR ~175

Planning on working into HIIT running in the near future though.

I believe my experience and knowledge just as a lifter is helpful where I can see through the smoke and properly assess what product is valid and what isnt.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): I use the FST-7 shceme from Hany Rambod. I train 5 days a week.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): I do cardio 3 times a week for 15 minutes.

Current supplements (exact brand/product name): Lots of protein...

Current Daily water intake: I drink just over a gallon every day

Short Term Goal: Increase body weight to 300 lbs...

Just to clarify what loggers will receive:

Each 1-Andro/4-Ad/Arom-X logger will receive three (3) bottles of 1-Androsterone, three (3) bottles of 4-Ad, and three (3) bottles of Arom-X

WHY should we choose you ! !):im a avid athlete took part in high school football,basketball,track and wrestling i would love to give your products a go they really apeal to me and i believe i could put them to good use:D because i train hard and dont slack off i lift heavy and intense and im in my off season of track and would love to really jack up my squat.

I jog for about 2 hours every morning

I`m running the ultimate mass stack now,i`m only on the second week but am noticing very positive effects.

It`s my first time using AMS and all i can say is that i knew i had good taste.If i were you guys,i`d get in there with your applications because you will surely be impressed.

I'm assuming AMS will want us to dose things in a particular way, just holla and I'll do it to it!
Theres some great dosing recomendations/charts on our site you can take a peek at to get you an idea of how to dose. You can critique to your specific needs.
 
I think it`s best to stick to the chart recommendations for the AMS stacks,but split the doses through the day to what suits you.

I really don`t think that taking all your capsules in one go is good though.Space out your doses so that your body is getting a steady supply of goodies.

a bit of a bridge, 6 weeks in length. I figure 4AD at the beginning, and then 1AD to finish things out and help to harden up the gains. Any thoughts?
 
I'd probably run the 1andro for the first 2 weeks, then add in the 4ad.

If you do run what you mentioned, keep an eye on your libido, you may not notice anything, but then again you may..just curious.

Why do you recommend this? Solely libido issues? I'm not too worried if that's the only reason.

Like TP stated I'd rather have the 4-Ad in the end to have a strong libido going into PCT. Something like:

Day 1-30 - 6 caps 1-Androsterone
Day 15-45 - 6 caps 4-AD.

That's a little over 6 weeks.

Here what my last cycle of this looked like:

Weeks 1-5: 1ad-4ad @ 6caps
Week: 6: 1ad-4ad@ 4 caps
Week:7-9: Arom-x @4 caps

I seem to work good. Had zero libido issues and strength and weight both increased. I actually gained a another few poundsin weeks 7-9.
