PCT Day 6

Weight: 175 (+10)


Things have really turned around good the last couple days. I have gained some weight back, and I have seemed to level off at or around 175 lbs for now. Also my vascularity has increased and I have some decent hardness going on with a nice fullness. Not as good as on cycle, but still good. I'm thinking this may be from the Ostarine starting to do its thing. Whatever the case, it's a nice effect! I've been continuing to look very dry and lean, despite taking in higher cals even on burn days so everything is going well at nearly a week into PCT and I hope to continue this trend right on through and make it as smooth as possible. Libido is still going very strong as well. I had a little bit of a cold for a couple days that kinda sucked, but I made it through it and I am starting to feel very good right now.

For the first time, I did not progress in a DC workout...though I have to admit that I didn't really push it to attempt to either. I just wanted to maintain all me lifts rep for rep, and that is exactly what I did. That is more or less going to be my focus through this round of each workout, then when I hit these workouts again I will see if I can either get some more reps or more weight. I will be in my 3rd week of PCT when that starts, so it will be interesting to see if I can do that. If I can, I will be a very happy guy because the 2nd and 3rd weeks tend to be the toughest in the gym and toughest on recovery In my experience...:fingersx:

Today is a burn day, but not a typical burn day, I have added more cals to it and added carbs as well. It's not as much as a workout day, but still over maintenance and they will stay that way through PCT at least for now.

Cardio today will be just some LISS on the treadmill doing incline walking for around 45 minutes and that's it. I'm keeping it low intensity with a much smaller burn through PCT while I'm recovering.
 
PCT Day 1

Weight:177.5 (+12.5)


Well, I was surprised to wake up today and look lean as hell, and a scale weight that was about a half pound less than yesterday, despite the HUGE amount of carbs I had yesterday. I do look very full from the carb up, but just very very dry and lean this morning. Probably more dry and lean than I have looked for a very long time! So, this tells me that the water is falling right off of me. This is probably from a couple different things. First, the test in my system is going down by the day, so the water retained from it is getting less and less....and also the FormaSurge I've been running to lower the water and estrogen further, especially considering the higher dose of Formestane I've been running (150mg). So now I am lowering the dose back down to a more normal dose of 4 pumps per day at 100mg Forma.


Did some LISS cardio this morning walking the treadmill for 60 minutes (3.5 MPH@10% incline) burning a total of 750 cals. This helped make me look dry and lean even further, and I'm strongly considering taking some pics this weekend, because of how pleased I am with how I look right now. I really need some beginning of PCT pics anyways. :yup:

Speaking of PCT, I decided to start PCT supplements today, instead of 2 days from now so I'm calling this day 1 of 30 for PCT. My last pin was a lower dose than normal, so my thinking is that my levels are probably down enough to the point that starting PCT now makes perfect sense. A couple days really wouldn't make a difference either way, but anyways I started today!

Here is the complete planned PCT I have...

Clomid- 50mg per day
Unleashed (test booster)
Phytoserms 347 (test booster)
DAA
FormaSurge
Ostarine (25mg per day)
HCGenerate-finishing off current bottle (probably a week or so left)

I have been using Anabeta and Anabeta Elite on and off and have to say, def a solid Natty for sure. I think it works well with PCT..SJ

I actually do have a bottle of it, but I was thinking of using it in between cycles to help natty gains. I still am contemplating throwing it in though....who knows? :thinking:

Well, I haven't updated in a couple days but things are going well. Despite my weight dropping a little more, my body composition looks great. I've increased cals a good amount mostly on burn days and I am enjoying carbs pretty much every day right now. Even with the extra carbs in there, I have stayed very dry and lean throughout it from the help of the Forma that I'm on. I don't notice any increase at all in bodyfat. I would say muscle and bodyfat both look unchanged to me, and that will be reflected in the pics I will be putting up soon. So, the 3-4 lbs that have dropped in PCT looks to be 100% water and glycogen that I can tell, so that is great news!

My workout from yesterday was absolutely incredible. I had some explosive pumps, looks very huge and ripped, and I progressed well on EVERY exercise! I literally felt like I was still on cycle during the workout and everything went great. I'm not sure why everything went so well. The only thing I did different was add 1g of Agmatine to my preworkout. Whatever the case, I'm hoping to repeat more workouts like that one in PCT! Ostarine might be helping to get those further gains. It usually does treat me pretty well in PCT. another nice thing I run it pct for, is helping out the joints and pains. Ostarine has some pretty nice healing properties and did great on my shoulder over the winter. I Haven't had a problem with it since.

Awesome update rick, It's always nice enjoying more carbs and not adding any fat! I'm sure pics will be nothing short of amazing.
 
Here are my newest pics. I'm pretty happy with them overall. From the looks of them, when I compare them to my last pics from the end of cycle during my peak...It looks like I have kept my size, but definitely look drier and leaner due to the 3-4 lbs I have lost in glycogen and water since then.

Fullness may have went down just a hair, but that is also expected with the glycogen returning to normal within the muscles. I definitely gave lost that awesome hardness and vascularity that Masteron gave me. I'm still very vascular, but on Masteron it was ridiculous!

Anyways, I don't think this is too bad for a week into PCT, and 3 weeks since my last pin ;)

PCT Day 11

Weight: 175 (+10)

Well, I had another incredible workout today! It's almost hard for me to believe that I am in PCT with how well I feel, and how great my performance has been. Even though I haven't pushed to go up on weight on any workouts on most exercises just yet, I still continue to progress by adding reps to my sets. I would be happy through this PCT to just maintain strength, but getting even stronger is badass and I will take it!

My body composition is damn good right now as well. My weight is staying pretty consistent now and has leveled off at 173-175 depending on the day. I look very dry and ripped right now too. The Formasurge is doing a hell of a job at keeping me there!

It also seems that I've gotten a little more vascular as of late and even harder too. All in all, this PCT is going the best of any I have yet. I just have to keep up this pace and continue it right through to the end. ;)

Rick... Looking like a Fuggin Ripped BEAST Bro! FYI... I'll be coming for ya soon, Halloween is just two months away, starting my diet down BEAST-MODE myself this coming Monday 3rd, then it will be Balls to the Walls til Halloween, I'm looking to come in Sub-8% BF. I still don't know what I wanna be yet? Any ideas, gotta do something shirtless, if it is the perfect excuse for Ladies to dress like whores, then I want that same excuse to look like a ****y, conceited, ripped to the Fuggin Bone, douche-bag! Bahahahahahaha Nah... on the real though, a lot of guys enter shows/competitions, etc. This is just like my show/competition, Halloween is my most favorite time of the year and I love to go all out with my costumes! I still don't think I'll ever top my Silver Surfer Costume in 2008...

Honestly... when you are RIPPED... you can pull just about anything off as long as you own it, minus maybe the HULK, which is everyone's first choice for me, but I'm not near thick enough, especially when I get ripped! IMO... it would take a true ripped MASS-MONSTER to pull off the HULK, properly anyway.

BTW... I told Kleen he should go as Bain, he would make a Bad-A$$ Bain IMO!

Yeh I still don't know yet. I have a month or so to figure it out. I am leaning more towards captain America, because I think my physique would fit that role pretty damn well, or possibly even the Dark Knight.
 
PCT day 13

Weight: 174 (+9)


Things continue to go great as I reach the midpoint of PCT. my size and strength are remaining constant, and my body composition remains unchanged (which is a good thing), so at this point I have no complaints. The irony is that this PCT is following my biggest and longest cycle to date (virgin injectable cycle), yet the PCT has gone the smoothest and the best to date! I know I am not out of the woods yet, but I am very happy with how the first two weeks have went. Hopefully the next two weeks will be more of the same. Through this recovery maintaining everything I have gained is the goal, and so far I have done exactly that ;)

The workout was bother good one, because I was able to complete my exercises with no loss in reps or weight. I did have a hiccup on standing overhead presses though. My first set of the rest pause went great, and I actually went up a rep since the last workout, but then my next set I spent all my energy just getting the bar pressed for one rep and failed to do any more. I did drop some weight off the bar (10 lbs) to complete my rest pause set with a decent amount of reps though. I think a couple things happened. First is that I got excited about getting the extra rep the first set so I took a much shorter pause than I should have, and I also let the bar come down to far before starting my movement (about the mid chest mark). No big deal, but it did bother me. I've had trouble with these presses before, and it seems if you aren't 100% ready in form and everything it makes all the difference in the world. Those overhead presses separate the men from the boys and are no joke!

Thanks bro! My triceps and shoulders are probably my strongest areas, so naturally the presses are my best in terms of strength numbers.

Luckily for me, my joints have been excellent through the cycle AND through PCT, so DC is still going great! :)

My joints have been much better than I anticipated they would in PCT. I have had no pain or discomfort in them at all, despite all the drying out and lowering estrogen with the Forma I'm on. I'm also running Ostarine, which is excellent for helping out the joints so that may be helping things also ;)
 
PCT Day 15

Weight: 172.5 (+7.5)

I've started my 3rd week of PCT, and things continue to go great. The main thing that has surprised me those most is my composition. I have done almost zero cardio lately, and what I normally have as burn days have turned into more of a maintenance day with an increase in cals overall. Despite that, I think I'm actually LEANING!! I look super dry and ripped right now, and even more than before which makes no sense to me with the calorie increase. I'm thinking that the FormaSurge might be helping with this. It has definitely got me to this point of being dry, and even after eating a whole lot of carbs in a day I can't seem to get one little bit of bloat afterwards. I did check my bodyfat again, and I keep coming up with about 5.5%!! That is the lowest reading I've ever recorded, and I came up with it several times of measuring, so that shocked the hell out of me. I know that the fact that I'm holding very very little water at all in my skin might be making that bodyfat number appear better than actual, but it is very nice to see right now!

Size is staying constant as well. My overall weight may have dropped just a tad more, but as I said, I'm drying even more and my readings say I'm leaner. I think my next set of pics should show that I'm holding all my size, just with more definition unless something changes between now and then, which I don't really see happening.

My performance and strength amaze me every time I set foot in the gym. I'm not only maintaining all of my strength from the cycle, but I'm progressing still a little each workout adding a rep or two, and even adding weight to some exercises! Mostly though, I've been trying to just keep the same weight over the last 2 weeks and only adding reps mostly, but that is all going to change starting next week! That's right! Going into my 3rd week of PCT, I will be ADDING WEIGHT TO MY LIFTS!!! It won't be every lift, but I will ry to progress in weight on all the exercises that I've added enough reps to lately to justify the increase....which is a whole lot of them! :D

Yes it has! I'm still missing that great "on" feeling though, and that insane fullness, hardness, and vascularity I got on cycle. However, this PCT has probably went as well as I could hope for.

PCT Day 18

Weight:175.5 (+10.5)


After a holiday weekend of some pretty loose eating, I did manage to put on a little bit of weight. There is good and bad in it. The good is that I filled out some more and look pretty big from it. The bad is obviously that I am holding some water under my skin blurring out some definition. My diet is back to normal today though, and with the help of the FormaSurge I'm sure I will be back to ripped status in no time!

My libido seems to be down just a hair lately from where it was at the very high level. It is still good, but just not as good.

I decided to try another workout today without increasing weight, even though I probably should have after looking back on it. I still progressed a rep or two on most exercises with a couple exceptions. DB shoulder presses started out great, with me getting an extra rep on my second rest pause set, then when ging into the third I just ran out of gas and couldn't get a rep up on them. I had that problem last week with standing overhead presses too, so I need to keep that in mind and "pace" myself through the movement so I can complete the last set. My Tbar rows were stagnant too. I was able to match previous numbers, but not get any extra reps.

I am going to try and add weight to my lifts on as many exercises as I can from here forward, on the exercises that are ready for the weight increase.

I already did a cruise when esters were clearing. I did a whole week without entering the gym at all, then cruised at the current lifts for another week.

I'm definitely not going to let up now while I'm in recovery, and besides that my body feels great and in still progressing. I am starting to stall on some things, but its expected considering the circumstances with PCT. Just maintaining at this point is a huge success.

I will be swapping out a lot of exercises here very soon for new ones though
