One of the most Awesome Desserts I Have Every Had !!
Yeah I don’t eat many sweets at all, but one of my weaknesses is Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, and any kind of like Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cake, Pies, and Ice Cream and I have a hard time saying no. That cake sure does look good! 😜

yesterday the rest was mainly Chicken, some days Beef, Tuna, Salmon or Venison

My Ideal day would be 50 Grams Fat 100 Carbs and 200 Protein

Nice! I get about 60g from protein powder right now. I might up it slightly to get in some extra protein. I could put a little in my oatmeal to mix it in with a meal.

The good ole belt is a great measuring stick! I'm down 3 holes as of this morning.
Funny I got one hole that is stretched out from being used for years. the 2nd hole was only used for 2-3 months and can hardly tell its been used.
The new hole is nice and tight! (That didn't sound right)? well you know what I mean. LOL

Notes; Last night I barely slept, I don't think I slept at all but I'm sure I dosed off for 10 minutes or so here and there. I got up at my normal time and did my fasted cardio (my butt was dragging) Doing my core work after cardio, I could barely do it, so I thought I would take a little break, I sat down on a bench grabbed a Muscle Mag, but I did not have enough energy to read, so I thought maybe my blood sugar is low, although I did not have the normal symptoms of hypo. I went to the kitchen grabbed the peanut butter and graham crackers (my go to for low blood sugar) and had a few. Went back and read my magazine, than finished my workout. I had my post workout Proats (with added peanut butter) and things were much better. My total breakfast calories 1127. I got to work and my butt was dragging but I kept feeling better as the day went on.

No worries there - those will always be suppressed when your body is running on exogenous testosterone. Those are the actual bloodwork markers that matter when we talk about hormonal “suppression”. You aren’t relying on your endogenous testosterone any more and you aren’t trying to father more children so sperm production doesn’t matter.

Your IGF1 is insane! Probably double mine. Are you using HGH or Mk677?

Also, are you taking an aromatase inhibitor or anything for estrogen out of curiosity?

I never in the past paid much attention to my IGF1 numbers but I go back and look at past blood test they have always been over 200. I do not take anything for my Estrogen either. If you remember I was worried about my Estradiol being at about 60 at one time and I started taking Get Diesel EX-2, but you told me 60 was ok so I get using it. My only problem I have is my libido in very low and I can't come up with a fix or a reason, I discussed this with Mike Arnold and we could come up with nothing, he did suggest trying some Proviron which work very well till I ran out ??

Great IGF1 levels, so that’s excellent.

Well, in my bropinion, your estrogen would be a bit low for me at those test levels. That may or may not have any effect. Obviously there’s no AI you are taking so that’s not something we can decrease to raise estrogen. Are you still using any Deca? If so, was libido the same before it or has it declined. Deca always lowers my libido and actual tissue sensitivity a bit vs when not using it.

Proviron is great, but even that is only useful for about 6-8 weeks. For libido, it must be cycled. It won’t keep helping significantly longterm.

P5P or L-Dopa can raise my libido a bit. That could be something to cycle for a couple months. Especially if you are using Deca.

I just took my last of the Deca this week so maybe things will pick back up ? Year I am taking DHEA and my levels are pretty high, I was going to cut that off this week also.

^This is a great idea.

If doc won’t give it to you I know a few affordable places; it’s a lot easier to get than it used to be thankfully.

Also the deca leaving may help in a month or so.

I would see if your Dr. would prescribe Proviron. not just for the low libido but, not being able to sleep and getting fatigued. it will also help with focus. my dad use to take it. made a big difference for him. I think its way made by Bayer?
