I will be ordering more for sure !!I'm really glad to hear that you're enjoying the stack and that its working so well for you.
I'm also happy that you're liking the Focus XT. Focus XT has some ingredients in there that's great for fat loss as well. It's commonly thought of as a nootropic energy drink but can easily be thought of as a fat burning nootropic energy drink because it has great dosages of ALCAR and Tyrosine it in.
Her mother is Italian, but I'm not serious about the neighbor. She is no dough my daughter, she looks like me and is built like me (sorry Baby Girl).are you serious right now?? lol.. or am I thinking what you're thinking??

Yes I feel as though I am headed in the right direction. The last time I went on a weight lose journey, I was lighter bit I looked small this time I am very happy with my look.Good work….yeah if your weight is the same and your waist is shrinking, then you’re definitely still losing fat. I’ve always relied on measurements and the mirror too gauge how well a cut is going.
Looking swole to me for sure!Yes I feel as though I am headed in the right direction. The last time I went on a weight lose journey, I was lighter bit I looked small this time I am very happy with my look.
I know I posted this a few days ago but I think I look the best of my life in this pic. I'm not thin but I do look fit.

This should be under the workout section. (3) sets of cardio choresThe rest of the day I just did a few chores, tinted the third brake light on the wife's CRV, clean the gym and gym bath room, meal prep, took a short nap, etc.
I can't call it Cardio, I never broke a sweat. OK the nap was pretty tough !!This should be under the workout section. (3) sets of cardio chores
Sometimes it's a struggle getting to sleep and you have to work for it! May even need a focus non stim pre workout to get to sleepI can't call it Cardio, I never broke a sweat. OK the nap was pretty tough !!

Notes; Today was a great workout, I best everyone of my last lifts, I felt Strong, Pumped and Full. I think some extra food and rest over the weekend really recharged my batteries!! Life is Good !!
It took 4 sets to 100 reps. 4X25Holy crap, 100 reps! I don't think I have ever done more than 12 on squats.
come to think of it. I have never done 100 reps of anything. Clarify, In the Gym, strike that, on any lifts.
Okay, Now I want to see 100 at in one set.It took 4 sets to 100 reps. 4X25
I wonder if I could even do that with a bare bar ??Okay, Now I want to see 100 at in one set.
Sorry, I should have kept that idea to myself!I wonder if I could even do that with a bare bar ??
Ant takers for the 100 Rep Bare Bar Squat ????????????
Dang that's got to suck. At least I'm glad to hear the pain wasn't terrible!had a Root Canal after lunch today
Lol jaw PIP must be a thingI hate Novocain and may jaw hurts for days after the shot, I would rather endure 30 minutes of pain that 2 days worth. I woke up this morning No Pain No Discomfort !!
Do you normally add that 500mg of sodium? If not, that alone is probably the biggest contributor to fixing your cramps. You are quite possibly actually dehydrated normally in the morning when you train. Even if you drink plenty of water prior, if your electrolytes aren’t sufficient the muscle can’t actually assimilate that water very well. I consumed about 1,100mg of sodium (with water) before I went out to train in my very hot garage tonight so I could stay hydrated longer.I went against @Hyde 's advice and decided to try something. (stupid I know) He has said in the past the L-Carnitine works best with some Carbs and Sodium so I thought I would mix this in with my preworkout. It has 12grams of Carbs (Sugar) and 500mg of sodium. I'm not sure if it is help the L-Carnitine to burn fat, but I have not had one Ab, Calf, Forearm or Hamstring cramp this week. I think I will keep using it for a while.

Yes I do believe the Sodium has had a very positive impact!Do you normally add that 500mg of sodium? If not, that alone is probably the biggest contributor to fixing your cramps. I’m glad you felt great!
I used to do that every now and then...........seems too easy until you hit rep 80 or so then it's like ohhh shiiiiiitttttt..................!!!!!! lolI wonder if I could even do that with a bare bar ??
Ant takers for the 100 Rep Bare Bar Squat ????????????
Agreed! It's that lactic acid build up and the cardio side that gets me!I used to do that every now and then...........seems too easy until you hit rep 80 or so then it's like ohhh shiiiiiitttttt..................!!!!!! lol
Sometimes those late night cravings are just telling you something it seems. There’s been times I will have been eating perfect all week, looking “okay” and I’ll lose self control and do something similar, half a bag of pretzels and some peanut butter but I wake up looking leaner and bigger.. may not be good in the grand scheme of things but it feels good at the time. Majority of the time I just end up bloated and depressed though! LolYes I do believe the Sodium has had a very positive impact!
On a sad note, last night before I went to bed I felt very hungry, so I decided to have a small snack, half a box of Chicken In a Biscuit crackers and a lot of peanut butter later, I went to bed.
At least it's cheap!Majority of the time I just end up bloated and depressed though!
Like a cheap whore !
It’s still been really impressive how you stuck with it, especially with the amount of volume. It’s always best to listen to your body though, and adjust accordingly. Most of the injuries I’ve been through, usually there was always a warning from my body and many times it was when I was maybe overtraining and that fatigue was the first warning. Notes; Once again I was able to best all my previous lifts. I believe this will be my last workout of this program, I did make progress on both strength and size, but I think I am just a little to old for a twice a week workouts on my muscle groups. I have been felling pretty "Beat Up".
Thank you and yes you are right, I think most of us think we are invincible until we find out the hard way we are not !It’s still been really impressive how you stuck with it, especially with the amount of volume.
