I have been using my new SNS TTA-500 stacked with (1) MitoBurnXT everyday this week and I swear I am drop body fat. My pants are getting looser and I am seeing definition I have never seen ??? I will step the dose up on the MitoBurnXT to (2) Capsules next week and (3) the following week. I am looking forward to reporting back !!

My Current SNS Stack. @sns8778 send me this FocusXT at No Charge with an order several months ago, I am just getting around to trying it. I now wish I had not waited so long Good Energy and it taste Great ! I guess I will have to pick some up with SNS order!

I'm really glad to hear that you're enjoying the stack and that its working so well for you.

I'm also happy that you're liking the Focus XT. Focus XT has some ingredients in there that's great for fat loss as well. It's commonly thought of as a nootropic energy drink but can easily be thought of as a fat burning nootropic energy drink because it has great dosages of ALCAR and Tyrosine it in.

Notes; I was able to best all my previous lifts, this felt pretty good, but I did walk a little funny the rest of the day. I kept having that uncomfortable feeling during my lying leg curls that my ham string were going to cramp up so I stopped in the middle of the set to Foam Roll them and than again at the end of the work out. I did not get ant cramps thank goodness! My waist is down a little bit (pants getting loose) but my body weigh hasn't changed so I do believe I am still loosing some fat. Over all I am very happy with the direction I am heading and thankful for all the advice and guidance my fellow board members/family! Everyone have a great weekend. Life is good !

Good work….yeah if your weight is the same and your waist is shrinking, then you’re definitely still losing fat. I’ve always relied on measurements and the mirror too gauge how well a cut is going.

Yes I feel as though I am headed in the right direction. The last time I went on a weight lose journey, I was lighter bit I looked small this time I am very happy with my look.

I know I posted this a few days ago but I think I look the best of my life in this pic. I'm not thin but I do look fit.

Nutrition

I did not keep track today but diet was clean. My youngest daughter and her husband took the wife and I out for some excellent Thai Food, so overall calories were up, but I had chicken and rice (Steamed) so it was pretty clean.

Notes; I did best 3 out of 6 of the movements, my last set of incline benches I did not even move the bar due to shoulder pain. I think Monday I will call the family Dr. and see about a cortisone shot. I am still calling this workout very productive, at the end I was pumped, my muscles felt very full and I fell as tough I gave it 100%. Tomorrow is Sunday and I think the only thing I am going to do is a few light chores around the house, that about an hour long walk and watch some NHRA Drag Racing on TV. I need a good rest day.

07/17/22 Weight 183lbs - Week 8

This was the only training I did today, no PWO just a quick stop at the gym

Work Out;
Adductor (3) Sets (1)110lbsX15 Reps (2)130X15 (3)160X15
Abductor (3) Sets (1)100lbsX15 Reps (2) 130X15 (3)160X15

The rest of the day I just did a few chores, tinted the third brake light on the wife's CRV, clean the gym and gym bath room, meal prep, took a short nap, etc.

The last week or two I have felt a bit run down, so I ate what I wanted today, and relaxed. I believe it will be beneficial.

Life is Good !

Notes; My plan today was to take it easy and not aggravate my knee, so I loaded 135lbs on the bar and thought I would do 4 set of 20, but my favorite number for reps on squats is 100, so 4 set of 25. The last 5 on each set was hard, very hard, but I did it and it set the tone for one great leg workout !!

I went against @Hyde 's advice and decided to try something. (stupid I know) He has said in the past the L-Carnitine works best with some Carbs and Sodium so I thought I would mix this in with my preworkout. It has 12grams of Carbs (Sugar) and 500mg of sodium. I'm not sure if it is help the L-Carnitine to burn fat, but I have not had one Ab, Calf, Forearm or Hamstring cramp this week. I think I will keep using it for a while.

Do you normally add that 500mg of sodium? If not, that alone is probably the biggest contributor to fixing your cramps. You are quite possibly actually dehydrated normally in the morning when you train. Even if you drink plenty of water prior, if your electrolytes aren’t sufficient the muscle can’t actually assimilate that water very well. I consumed about 1,100mg of sodium (with water) before I went out to train in my very hot garage tonight so I could stay hydrated longer.

I’m glad you felt great!

Yes I do believe the Sodium has had a very positive impact!

On a sad note, last night before I went to bed I felt very hungry, so I decided to have a small snack, half a box of Chicken In a Biscuit crackers and a lot of peanut butter later, I went to bed.

Sometimes those late night cravings are just telling you something it seems. There’s been times I will have been eating perfect all week, looking “okay” and I’ll lose self control and do something similar, half a bag of pretzels and some peanut butter but I wake up looking leaner and bigger.. may not be good in the grand scheme of things but it feels good at the time. Majority of the time I just end up bloated and depressed though! Lol

It’s still been really impressive how you stuck with it, especially with the amount of volume. It’s always best to listen to your body though, and adjust accordingly. Most of the injuries I’ve been through, usually there was always a warning from my body and many times it was when I was maybe overtraining and that fatigue was the first warning. Good call 👍
